Personal Information

Personality: Despite being innocent in appearance Kaguya is not without her own "unique" traits from her own unique style of speech she adopts to her more "otaku" lifestyle. Despite these quirks of hers she is a dependable person who cares mainly for those she is close to. Being more Solitary in her life style makes her a bit closer to a shut in than most of her family and friends would care for. In the long run though she is a kind young girl who due to her unique mannerisms makes it harder for her to socialize with her peers. While she has a keen memory her laziness prevents her from taking advange of it.

History: Kaguya Kasugano grew up in academy city. Her recently widowed father tries his best to care for her though due to his job is rarely able to be there. Being one of the few leading scientists on personal reality makes him busy. Though despite how little time they spend together she does love him dearly. Growing up in academy city practically made it where she could be classified as a genius outside of academy city. Though within the city walls she can only be classified as above average. Her ability was even unique enough to garner attention towards it. Originally she was going to attend Kirigaoka high after her graduation from Tokiwadai. Though supposedly due to a "filing" error she was instead enrolled into Kichijoji academy of the gifted.

Phantom Body - Kaguya has the ability to create a mist like apparition of herself that she can freely control and manipulate. It can act and function on its own as long as she allows it. Though as a downside she has to be within at least two kilometers from it at maximum distance. Despite its corporeal appearance it is solid enough for Kaguya to touch and interact with. When seperated she can look through its eyes though it takes concentration to do so. Due to the fact she can manipulate the apparition it mainly takes the form of a formless spirit till she wills it otherwise.

Info: Yuki Tokikaze is a teacher at Kichijoji who takes the role of aiding the academy's students hone their abilities. His skill in doing so makes him one of the best at teaching young espers how to harness and control their skills in new ways. Though outside of this he can come across somewhat flakey but his knowledge is nothing to scoff at.

Also be warned a majority of knowledge relies on my understanding of the anime and manga for Railgun and Index I have been reading up on index light novels though so if I do get something wrong or miss something please tell me and explain and ill try my best to fix it thank you.

Introduction

Welcome to Academy City, a sovereign city-state located in a walled enclave sitting right in the middle of Tokyo. As its name suggests, the city is essentially one massive institution dedicated to the cause of science and education, and as a result of its advanced research and development, sits ahead of the rest of the world by thirty years. Its population of 2.3 million (approximately 80% of which are students) are spread out across 23 School Districts, where they learn, grow and thrive for the never-ending cause of scientific advancement.

You see, the purpose of the city is to study and develop psychic powers, creating beings known colloquially as Espers. Under the aegis of Academy City’s researchers and scientists, the students are put through the Power Curriculum Program, unlocking their psychic potential and providing them with the ability to make use of their power. Yet despite the presence of these extranormal abilities, the students still continue to participate in a reasonably normal school life, with the regular tests held by the institutions they attend serving as the only real difference to a school anywhere else.

Kichijoji Academy is one of these institutions. Located in District 12 in the city’s east, Kichijoji differs from the theological and occult interests of other schools in the area by having a more generalist focus, seeking to ensure that all of its students, no matter the lifestyle or ambition, are capable of evolving in every area. As such, espers of all sorts (with no discrimination against power or level) are accepted, beginning their youthful high school lives.

What is an Esper?

Of course, you may be wondering right now: what exactly is an esper? As the name suggests, espers are those who possess extranormal abilities, but to be more specific, espers in this setting are those who have undergone the Power Curriculum Program and cut themselves off from regular reality through drugs, surgery and other experimentation, thus giving them access to their powers.

Espers possess their own personal realities, and through the mysterious energy field they emit (known as AIM), they impose their own reality onto that of the world. Powers differ from esper to esper (although some types can be common, such as telekinesis), and each can only possess one type of power. These are ranked from Level 0 (essentially powerless) to Level 5 (of which there are only seven in Academy City) depending on their effectiveness. In this RPG, no characters are allowed to have already reached Level 5.

Summary

If you’ve skimmed through the first few paragraphs out of confusion, let me explain here what exactly is going on. This RPG is based in Academy City, the setting of the To Aru Majutsu no Index series and its spinoffs. Here, you play as an esper attending Kichijoji Academy, where you’ll be soon drawn into plots that require your participation to resolve, or even just avoid them for a perfectly mundane educational experience (albeit with superpowers). Whatever your choice, the hope is that you can enjoy your time here

"If there is people that need help than please let me be of some use no matter how limited it is" Senhime said her voice straight and firm she was not going to let people in danger alone not when she was able to do something. That was not her style and far be it for her to shy away from duty even if it was a self appointed on. "I may not be the best at fighting and I am apparently fragile to fire but I can heal." She spoke up not only was her guardian healing based it seemed but she also brought a first aid kit hidden in her school bag along with a portable sewing kit to repair any small damage that may occur.

Levi called out as she turned her attention to the others Bringing out her heat saber she charged forward she would buy time even if it meant her downfall her way to repent for what she has done. That was her idea her goal and it was going to be made a reality. "Come at me you feddie pilots try and get me, Sieg Zeon!" She yelled over the radio as she quickly found what appeared to be the GM juggler and charged at it. The fighting had to end there was no more reason to fight and she would make sure that it happens.
