I'm in. I have a character that uses crash though but a weaker version unlike Gildarts broken ass. A child gathered by Gildarts for he is the last Vermillion of Mavis's family since her family was never really mentioned as deceased or not. From reading, I assume this takes place way after the seven year return and things.

After 2450 years of testing and experimenting, Tyrion is cited as the perfected result of the Cyber-Soldier Program. Whilst in fetus form, Tyrion was taken from his mother’s womb and his humanity stripped away to become a Cyber-Soldier.

Personality Description:
Tyrion is a veteran warrior with years of combat experience in the battlefield, as such he is an extremely focused man who misses no details, and is a master of quick improvisation with nerves of steel. He has a rather straight-forward and hard-edged personality, with little time for being social, and tends to often be blunt about sensitive topics, without realizing the effect it might have on others. When dealing with life threatening or dangerous situations, he usually maintains a calm and collected demeanor, and rarely shows any signs of fear or panic in extreme circumstances. This allows him to maintain his composure and stay focused on the situation at hand, and eventually notice important details around him, which makes it easier for him to think out proper strategies to fit the situation.

Tyrion possesses a very sharp intellect and has good observational skills, as seen from his ability to gauge his surroundings, noting both mundane and unusual things, people and actions. This allows him to quickly notice if something is not as it should be, as shown from how he can easily see through an opponent’s tricks. He uses his skills to stay one step ahead of his enemies and is one of the reasons why he is an accomplished combatant.

Throughout the years it has been noted by several people, both enemies and comrades alike, that he has an innate desire for conflict, and holds a degree of enjoyment towards battle, namely because that was the only thing he truly knew. Although he was not open about such behavior, and even denied it at first when accused of, but at some point in his life, he began to realize his own desires and the thrill he finds in fighting an opponent. Despite his love for battle, Tyrion has a tendency to hold back and usually conceals his true strength to enjoy a fight for as long as possible. He usually gauges an opponent’s fighting power and will fight according to his opponent’s strength, meaning he will hold back against a weaker opponent and will fight with his full strength against a tougher and stronger one.

He is willing to sacrifice people or kill in cold blood, in order to complete an objective, and will most definitely turn on old friends if they become corrupted. Tyrion will also use unwitting allies to further his goals, if it allows him to accomplish his tasks more easily. He can handle stress extremely well and it is impossible to use torture to extract information from him, due to his strong will.

Skills, powers and abilities:
Superhuman Body (Intermediate): Treatments and the nanites have escalated Tyrion’s body far 2above what any human could accomplish. Most notably is his speed and agility. He can run up to 60 mph in a sustained sprint and 150 mph while in armor. Whilst average speed, he possesses hyper-sonic reactions at their peak, dodging a rail-gun at mid-range in his armor. Out his armor Tyrion would be considered a Bullet Dodger. Acrobatics are easy for Tyrion to execute even in his suit due to the medium weight and and his own remarkable strength. Lifting and striking is not a problem as the Cyber-Soldier can lift 5 tons with effort without his suit, and up to 15 tons with his suit on. He can even jump up to 3 stories high. Such strength is partly attributed to a much denser bone and muscle structure. The least potent of his body is his enhanced healing largely due in-part to the nanites. They are able to repair damage to the body in a timely manner depending on the severity. Loss of limbs cannot be regenerated.

Cyber-Mind (Intermediate): His mind works in the same way as a computer with unlimited storage capacity, only much faster. He is able to perform several mental functions at once without losing focus on any of them. Also, it allows him to instantly recall specific information with incredible speed and accuracy. He's able to store everything that he experiences in a photographic memory and retrieve it immediately without the typical human pause for thought. The sheer speed of his thoughts lead into augmenting his analytic ability so that he is able to make snap decisions about his surroundings and create complex scenarios at that same speed. As such, Tyrion is able to track the probability of an event by piecing together stored data.

Expert Marksman (Intermediate): Tyrion has been trained and conditioned to have accuracy higher then any human could muster. Any firearm/thrown object is deadly in his hands. A testament to his skill is hitting an apple dead center from over 2 miles away with a standard issue sniper rifle.

Advanced Hand to Hand (Low): Extensively trained in various combat forms, ARTHUR-224 is competent in hand to hand. Most of his training was focused in “MCMAP” Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. He is not a master at all but, he uses his abilities to back up his skill disadvantage.

Swordsmanship (High): A natural skill honed through his many battles and training sessions, Tyrion is truly at home with a sword..specifically his blade Durandal. Completely self-taught in such a manner that has granted him master level skill. Tyrion is truly dangerous when wielding a blade, in and out of his armor.

Mechanical Engineer (Intermediate): He can invent various devices with special properties when needed. While not all of his inventions are as good as other geniuses, he possesses engineering abilities and intellect that makes him a peer and has proven to be able to invent and create weaponry that rivals their engineering capabilities most namely his sword and Black Storm Missile. Tyrion can also duplicate practically any other technologies after learning how they work or by glancing at the designs. This is all made possible due to his cyber-mind.

Longevity (Low): Tyrion’s aging process is slowed down considerably. He’ll be in his physical prime long into his 80s.

Character Equipment:
Nanites (Intermediate): Tyrion aka ARTHUR-224 was experimented with various nanites, which are tiny microscopic robots that live within his body. The nanites push Tyrion’s body beyond the limits of the human body, mentally and physically. ARTHUR-224 can use the nanites to remotely connect to external communications systems such as satellites, cellular phones, and computers. He is capable of projecting his voice through transmitting sound systems such as cellular phones via electric transmissions from his central nervous system. This also gives him unrestrained access to his armor and equipment, superseding anyone attempting to take control. Lastly the Nanites are able to interact with the electrical fields to constantly generate the power source of the armor and actively disrupt magnetic fields.

M-32 LR Carbine (Low): This is the M-32 Long-Range Carbine, a standard issue carbine for the U.N.M (United Nation Military). It's powerful, long-ranged, and compact. It fires a clip of twenty 10.5mm armor-piercing rounds capable of penetrating 4 inches of armor plate at ranges of up to 600 meters and he carries three clips of ammunition at a time. It's factory-equipped with three sights. A Mark 45 Reflex Sight on the left side of the frame, an Accuracy 25 EagleEye 10x Magnification scope onto the frame, and a set of iron sights at both ends of the barrel. There are four Misriah rails on this weapon. One under the barrel here, with the capability to fit a shotgun, grenade launcher, flashlight, or handgrip. Another here on the right side of the barrel, and a two ore on the top and left side of the frame, where the reflex sight and the scope are fitted.

Durandal (High): The only sword of its type created solely for Tyrion’s close range combat, an experiment that flourished during the last war that Tyrion preformed in. Durandal is a sword reinforced by a powerful alternating current and resonates at extremely high frequencies. This oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything it cuts, thereby increasing its cutting ability. Striking, cutting, and thrusting attacks are performed with the blade, with the sharpened edge and point used for lethal attacks, and the blunt edge used as a clubbing weapon.

EXCALIBUR Mark VII Battle Armor (High)

EXCALIBUR: The armor used by Tyrion was named after of the mightiest sword to exist in history. The most advanced armor of Tyrion’s homeworld, it was created solely for the purpose of perfecting his abilities and making him the ultimate soldier of war. He was to become the greatest soldier the galaxy had known with EXCALIBUR in tow.

Helmet: The EXCALIBUR Helmet is one of the most vital aspects to the EXCALIBUR system. It is made of Titanium and contains key features like a Heads Up Display that links to the brain and hands, and can identify equipment and display information about it when it is picked up by the wearer. Another feature is the direct neural interface system which connects to Tyrion’s nanites. Two core processor chips are implanted into the subjects skull in the rear of the head. This is essentially comparable to an on board computer using parts of the human brain for processing - when the connector at the rear of the subjects head and receptors in the brain link to the helmets on board sensors it creates the neural link needed to move the EXCALIBUR suit. The helmet also contains other equipment to protect and aid the user in hostile conditions. This includes: filters to remove toxins from the atmosphere, a supply to provide air to the wearer during EVA, thermal and motion sensors, communications, solar-powered lighting, and imaging and video gear.

Titanium Alloy Outer Shell: The outer shell of the EXCALIBUR armor is comprised of a fairly thick titanium alloy. This plating covers the chest, arms, hip, legs, calves, feet and hands. This alloy is very resilient, can take significant punishment, and is nearly impervious to heavy arms fire. The outer shell of the all EXCALIBUR suits is covered with a refractive coating to help disperse the heat of plasma weapons of up to 2000 degrees.

Titanium Nanocomposite Bodysuit: Sandwiched between the external armor and the internal padding is a thick black armored bodysuit. This suit has numerous functions, small but vital to the safety and survival of the wearer. The bodysuit is made of a titanium-based material, making it very strong and yet very flexible. It also serves as another layer of protection against ballistics attacks and is coated with a heat resistant material to disperse heat from Plasma weapons.

Hydrostatic Gel: The Hydrostatic Gel's main purposes and drives is to conform to the wearer's shape and body temperature, keeping the wearer from getting too hot or cold (Up to 300 degrees over and 400 below). The Gel has the ability to be pressurized to various levels, allowing it's wearer an amount of cushioning during hard impacts. This way, the hydrostatic gel layer can also be pressurized to various levels to potentially save the wearer’s life should the wearer be subjected to high G forces up to 75 or a high velocity impact; however, over pressurizing this layer can cause nitrogen embolisms.

Polymerized Lithium Nibocene Layer: Sandwiched between the external armor and the internal padding, the liquid crystal layer contains the polymerized form of lithium nibocene, a highly piezoelectric polymer. By deforming when an electric current is applied to it the layer acts as a sheath of artificial muscle, adding to ARTHUR-224's already considerable strength. This layer increases strength, speed, and all around physical performance.

Flight: The armor can typically reach speeds in excess of Mach 4, however EXCALIBUR has been recently depicted as able to reach orbital escape velocities (5 miles per second) straining the nanites and system when flying at such speed. Use of the jet pack/boots provide enough power to lift a load of about 30 tons.

Magnetic Weapon Holder Strips: Available on the Mk. IV, Mk. V, and Mk. VI the magnetic strips are very small yet powerful magnets place on the legs, waist, and back of the suit and is used to hold any equipment with a magnetic property. The suit also contains an electromagnetic system on the boots of the EXCALIBUR suit that allow its wearer to stay attached to various surfaces and can be toggled on or off by the wearer.

Shields: Shields is the common term for a complex series of field generators that disrupt incoming force using a stationary warp effect. The theory is that bullets that would normally shatter on impact instead break apart when they strike the field. The field then bleeds away the object's kinetic energy. Shields are also capable of withstanding tremendous amounts of punishment. It can withstand high caliber bullets with ease, rockets, missiles, and torpedoes before shutting off to leave the suit vulnerable. 20 kilotons of TNT is the max the shields are able to handle.

Pressure Seal: The Pressure Seal is a vital component to the system, it keeps the system airtight, underwater or in space. The seal is very strong and will only break under extreme pressure, such as in a high velocity impact or when the Hydrostatic Gel has been over pressurized.

Force-Multiplying Circuits: Located throughout the armor, these systems boost the force applied by the user. They make hand-to-hand combat easier, but also make the armor difficult to adjust to; a slight motion can be translated into a potentially harmful one if not conducted correctly. For this reason it is only possible for Tyrion to use this armor, as his strengthened body is able to withstand the increased power and speed of movement, which, in un-augmented human bodies, results in broken bones or death, due to spasms caused by the pain of broken bones.

Reactive Circuits: Reactive Circuits are systems installed directly linked to the nanite. They amplify the Tyrion's reaction time by connecting directly to his thoughts, making it much easier to control and allowing for the soldier to be both more efficient and have a higher survival rate in combat.

EXCALIBUR Weapons

The Arc Rail-Gun (High): A weapon born of the nanites new found ability to form themselves through the armor, changing its appearance and function into a weapon similar to a cannon. This weapons takes precedence over either of the armor's forearms. The Arc, as Tyrion calls it, is a weapon that is able to use the electrical fields to generate the specifics of a rail-gun using electric currents to flow from one rail to another to accelerate objects up to mach 7, the lowest set for a rail-gun. The destructive output of the Arc is great enough to cut through Boron steel with no effort. What is truly devastating about the Arc is its speed. With how much is needed to fire this weapon, it's recoil is so great that it causes Tyrion to slide back a few feet or indent whatever he has his back into. It can only be used up to four times, twice on each arm, before causing strain to his arms and the nanites begin to act up.

Pulsar (High): A Pulsar is a form in which a high density muon beam that can be projected, as a powerful blast of concussive energy called Pulsar blasts. Pulsar blasts are directed by magnets and focused by electrostatic lenses; can repel physical and energy-based attacks, traveling as a single stream or as a wide-field dispersal. It's damage potential is extremely lethal, from being able to go through 2 inches of Boron steel. They can be powered up to make a larger beam or a Full Form Pulsar Ray, which does 360 degrees of attacks. The Pulsar is located in his hands.

Missiles (High): Missiles such as those used by EXCALIBUR are small, self-contained weapon systems located in the thighs, shoulders, and forearms. Each missile contains an electronics package to handle targeting and telemetry, a propulsion system, and a small Condenser. Particles provided by the Condenser coat the outer surface of the missile, enhancing its penetrative abilities.

Cryo Missile (Intermediate): Using technology adapted from the carbon-freezing process, the Cryo Missile covers those in it hits with supercooled chemicals, causing pain and hindering movement. Used as a weapon, it could trap a person or object within the ice formed by the blast; the cold itself could also be lethal to living beings and damage equipment such as robotics and vehicles.

Flashbang Missile (Low): A flash-bang missile is a weapon that, when thrown, blind and deafen the target rather than harming them, allowing the user to either attack or flee. Most modern versions disrupt the senses of both organics and in-organics

Fire Missile (Intermediate): Fire Missiles are a type of missile that releases a quick burst of an incendiary agent which is very quick to ignite. The burns generally incapacitate the victims for a short while, but tough or well protected targets are known to ignore them.

Subsonic Missile (Low): Subsonic missiles are a type of missile that utilize sound waves rather than explosives to inflict damage. As the name suggests, it utilizes sound waves in the sub-sonic range to physically knock over an adversary, causing limited physical damage.

Shock Missile (Intermediate): These missiles are actually attached to a wire that is part of the armor and are calibrated to use the electrical field of the nanites so that it would cause massive electrical disruptions to a circuitry. When used against organic beings, it is still capable of electrocuting and even killing any organisms. Shock Missiles can release up to 3000 volts of electricity.

Vulcan Guns (Intermediate): The Vulcan guns are 60mm gatling guns stored on the sides of the EXCALIBUR's head. Having the greatest rate of fire of all the EXCALIBUR's weapons these are primarily used to ward off advancing enemies, shoot down missiles, or hit other fast moving targets. They also made good use as an anti-aircraft and anti-personnel weapons. The Vulcan guns however had a hard time piercing heavy armor (though they had shown the ability to do severe damage if fired at point-blank range) and thus were not often used against larger, more heavily armored foes. They each carry up to 50 rounds.

No. What I was implying that with the limited amount of flames, it ends up with quite a few people having the same flame. Now how they use the aspect of the flame is up to them, but at times it can feel similar. I said I like to be different as in the flame being used. I.E. Flame of Wrath.

I know it's common knowledge that the Sky flame is the rarest ala the Xanxus example.

Though it could be argued that if you are joining an rp based from an anime/manga then you are only spoiling yourself.

Flame of Wrath or I can just make the Flame of Earth a thing and use it differently from a little well known badass. The flame lost to the ages but reborn in a child, the enemy/rival of the sky. Similar story though.

I like to be different. lolz. Since everyone basically has the same flame in multiple cases.

Or can go the Xanxus route and have a second wielder of the sky flame. I won't bite......yet.

Wait...what?......I'm totally confused by that in that Manga and the anime are the same thing except Manga was able to finish telling the story.

I'm interested but it seems like you guys have all the guardians. Though i did have an idea for Simon's famiglia ring's recreation after Tsuna's reign and using a Simon that helps the Vongola. Basically a new type of guardian. Guardian of the Earth. Or quite possibly a rivalry/friendship with the Sky Flame User.

I see examples for high being Dr. Strange, a man who holds universal powers, Ultimecia, who can tear apart space and time, next to Magneto and Mace Windu. I'm assuming placing a character between those examples would fit right into High quite well.
