His kind nature was so thoroughly engrained in him that even upon awakening his clan's bloodline, he never succumbed to hatred. With the aid of his own willpower and the people closest to him, he's been able to suppress the underlying darkness that every Uchiha, and arguably, every human being, holds deep within their psyche. This innocence that he possessed as a child would ultimately come to shape Toyo's personality and form his philosophy as an adult. It has evolved into his most defining trait, shaping the majority of his actions. However, despite his refusal to succumb to his clan's legendary hatred, Toyo is only human. A human tainted with the blood of Uchiha, at that. The hatred he keeps under lock and key in the jail of his subconscious still lingers beneath the surface, rattling its chains, threatening to break loose. As such, though Toyo's willpower is incredible, it is not enough to keep his darkness under control. He has come to rely heavily on the influence of his closest friends and that of the person he cherishes most: his tag-team partner, Ichigo. He is a stabilizing influence upon him, bringing him back into his light when his darkness threatens to overwhelm. Aside from his benevolent nature, Toyotomi's personality is pervaded by his infectious cheerfulness. He is boisterously upbeat, constantly smiling and joking. No one ever catches the guy in an off mood; he likes to actively project his happy-go-lucky persona, feeling that it is preferable to being someone who constantly expresses their negativity. Toyo views such people as completely depressing, and strives to be someone that influences the people around him to be happy. This can mainly be attributed to his firmly held belief that happiness is inevitably the most important measure of success to be gleaned from life. This man is nothing if not honest, sometimes unintentionally brutally so. He isn't afraid to speak his complete, unadulterated opinion, clearly lacking any semblance of tact or social grace. Toyo is compared to being somewhat like a knife: sharp and to the point. His honesty is, to him, one of his best qualities, though he concedes that it can also get him into major trouble. This happens mostly when interacting with other people. He has a tendency to speak without putting his words through a mental filter. Despite being a twenty-eight year old man, Toyotomi is a playful, childish person. He refuses to truly be serious unless it is imperative that he do so, as he feels like seriousness simply takes away from the fun and wonder of just living. As such, he will frequently play around and waste time, and isn't hesitant about displaying, well, sheer goofiness. In fact, he is considered to be an irresponsible child by some who haven't experienced his more mature, determined side. He is capable of surprising even those who know him best with this side of his personality, some having doubted its existence. When it is necessary, Toyo can possess a grave maturity, displaying a calm seriousness beyond what anybody considers him capable of. When his somber side shows itself, nothing will stop him from relentlessly approaching whatever situation draws it out with an analytical, taciturn methodology. When he gets serious and sets his mind to something, he will not allow anything to get in his way. Though this hidden seriousness mostly reveals itself in tense situations, it will sometimes appear at random when Toyotomi is deep in reflection. Bouts of graveness will occasionally grip him. As the Clan Head, Toyo naturally has formed his own world-view, and it shows in his style as a leader. His beliefs, or Nindō, amount to a strong belief in the guidance of conscience. Toyotomi truly believes that given life's moral uncertainty, all one can really do in the world is let their conscience guide their actions. Thus, he has a strong disapproval of those who go through life never examining their own views of morality, considering these people to be ultimately unfulfilled ("The unexamined life is not worth living." - Socrates). His own conscience leads Toyotomi to hold such ideals as peace, equality, justice, and freedom very dear. History: Toyotomi and his twin brother Daaku are born to Tomie Raito and Date Uchiha. Sensui Uchiha, their grandfather, takes both boys from their parents to experiment on them. The experiments are deemed successful for Daaku and Toyo is deemed unworthy. Toyo learns that the experiment upon him and their grandfather's spiritual connection mutated him differently from his brother. Space-Time Ninjutsu is created by Toyo and extends his life far greater then any man. Tomie and Date turn up missing leaving Toyo as the inheritor of the Uchiha Clan. Toyo and Daaku earn their nicknames when they destroy an entire clan posing a threat to the Uchiha. Toyo becomes a huge name in the Ninja World alongside his brother as the longest living ninja to date with various achievements. Toyo has three children, one girl, and two boys. Daaku leaves the clan after heavily injuring Toyo and killing two high level jounin. Toyo gives up head of clan to his eldest daughter, Azula. He instead returns to being a jounin and can aide a reliable word when necessary. =========================================

Ninja Items

Name of Weapon or Item: 20x Kunai Description: Kunai, along with the shuriken, is one of the most common ninja tools in the Naruto series. It is a black dagger designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it, and is about the length of one's hand. Many shinobi attack by attaching an explosive tag to the blade. The kunai is usually thrown so that it lodges in an object near the target, and then the explosion from the attached tag destroys the target. This use of the weapon is known as an explosive kunai (起爆クナイ, kibaku kunai). Kunai can also be kept on spring-loaded wires up the user's sleeve. They can be used for close combat, like a normal knife. Empowered with chakra flow, kunai thrown into targets can cut through solid wood and even solid stone targets. Shinobi appear to favour them so much due to both their sturdy and dependable nature, as well as their evident versatility. ==================== Name of Weapon or Item: 20x Shuriken Description: Shuriken, like kunai, are one of the more basic weapons seen in Naruto series. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, pin down enemy shinobi, or if accurate enough, can be deadly. They have an open circle in the centre, useful for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also beneficial to the weapon's overall aerodynamics, ensuring more accurate trajectories. ==================== Name of Weapon or Item: 10x Explosive Tags Description: Explosive tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centring around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku). Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake exploding tags. They work even under heavy rain.[1] When an explosive tag is detonated remotely, ninja tend to use the "Snake" hand seal. Similarly, when used remotely, exploding tags can be detonated in sequence, allowing them to be used to trap opponents. ==================== Name of Weapon or Item: 4x Fūma shuriken Description: The fūma shuriken is a large, four-bladed shuriken possessing pre-eminent sharpness and lethality. This type of shuriken is considered characteristic to the famous Fūma clan, after whom they were named and who possibly developed them. However, their use is not limited to this clan. Its four blades can be collapsed for easy storage, leading to its nickname Shadow Windmill (影風車, Kage Fūsha). As Zabuza Momochi and Obito Uchiha demonstrated, the shuriken can be used in melee combat, by spinning the blade in one's hand to slash and stab the opponent directly. In Sasuke's battle with Itachi, he has shown the ability to rig the four blades to disconnect via pulling a connected wire and have them fire in cardinal directions as a surprise attack, as well as imbuing it with a Chidori to increase its cutting power. ==================== Name of Weapon or Item: Wire Strings Description: Wire Strings are thin pieces of wires that are highly durable and can be used for rappelling, manipulating weapons, or to bind and restrict the movements of an opponent or in setting traps. ==================== Name of Weapon or Item: Blood Increasing Pills (増血丸, Zōketsugan) Description: The Blood Increasing Pill is a pill used by ninja to speed up the formation and increase of blood in the body. After having lost a significant amount of blood in battle, a ninja can use this pill to replenish their blood so they can keep on fighting.

Special traits

Special Traits Chakra Control - Toyo's chakra reserves are noted to be above average even for Uchiha standards. However, to compensate for his lack of raw chakra strength and potency, Toyo is in possession of refined chakra control. His chakra control allows him to produce jutsu with a single hand and at a smaller cost then needed. Though Toyotomi has extensively mastered Fire Release Jutsu and placing his kunai/shuriken into his fire jutsu. Shurikenjutsu - Toyotomi is well versed in the use of weapon such as kunai and shuriken. Despite being the weaker of the two, basic shuriken are the weapon Toyotomi has the easiest access to, to the point of sealing a multitude into his wrist for easier access. With this method, he proves both his speed and throwing skill, able to launch multiple shuriken with great speed and accuracy, to the point where his hands are a blur that the eye cannot track. Like several Uchiha, he also seems to favor the use of the Fūma Shuriken, and is capable of the use of techniques like Shadow Shuriken Technique in which he can hide one shuriken in the shadow of another. Toyotomi is capable of wielding kunai with as much proficiency as a self-taught sword expert, easily using his kunai to parry blows from even oversized katanas. Like with shuriken, Toyotomi has great skill in both the speed and aiming of kunai, able to use methods to accurately hit targets that are located even in his own blindspots. Toyotomi also uses a method of combining wire with the holes in the kunai tip, wrapping an opponent and manipulating the wire so that the kunai invert their positioning and cut into their opponent. He also stores a kunai up in his sleeve for easier access.

Shiro Higi (White Flame Art

White Flame Art is an advanced style of Fire Release created by Toyotomi Uchiha, the Third Head of the Uchiha Clan. It was named, obviously, for its colour. The flames created in a White Flame Art technique turn a rather ghastly, yet spellbindingly breathtaking translucent white. The white flames are characterized most definitively by their intense heat, the raison d'être for the aforementioned coloration. Scientifically speaking, white fire is the hottest natural occurring fire, as it occurs in the hottest parts of diffusion (incomplete combustion). The creation of this special utilization of the Fire Release commenced shortly after Toyotomi learned the Void Dash. He decided upon modifying the traditional manipulation of the Fire element, in order to better coalesce with the fighting style predicated now so heavily upon his swiftness. To accomplish this, Toyotomi realized that what he desired was a form of Fire Release that allowed for near instantaneous conjuration of flames, something that would take a rather powerful level of skill to create. In the White Flame Art, this nearly complete combustion of flames is accelerated, a mark of mastery in a Fire Release user. Nearly instantaneous combustion is the result, allowing the user to conjure flames almost immediately. However, the cost of this rapid creation of the ultra hot white fire requires a fair amount of Chakra, more so than the normal flames of the less advanced Fire Release. Given their high temperature, these white flames cannot be extinguished easily, and though they will eventually burn themselves out, this takes longer than it would for normal fire. While Water Release techniques can douse the white fire, it would take a rather massive quantity, so therefore fighting the White Flame Art with water would take a true master of the element. The final component of White Flame Art, alongside rapid combustion and intense heat, is the malleable, controlled nature of the fire. Normal fire conjured by a user of the element is normally controlled to only a limited degree; however, those who are capable of mastering the White Flame Art have an inordinate amount of control over the flames, able to form them into specific shapes, bend them to their will, etc. The White Flame Art is tantalizingly simple, yet exceedingly intricate in its mechanisms, being a feat more sheer of chakra control and potency. For the user to achieve the spectacular white flames, it takes the perfect balance found in what is very like a chemical equation. For normal Fire Release, chakra seems to take the form of fuel. Chakra transformed with the fire element is then combusted by the presence of external oxygen, much like in a normal chemical reaction. The factor that alters Toyo's particular White Flame Art is that it takes this a step further. In the White Flame Art, chakra takes the role still of fuel. However, Toyo's extensive mastery of the Fire element coupled with his powerful chakra control allows him to give his chakra a dual purpose; to wit, his chakra doubles as an accelerant, as well. This is the vehicle for White Flame Art's characteristic near-instantaneous combustion, as well as its intense heat. The chakra's accelerant effect is what elevates the flames to such high temperatures as to warrant their incandescent white hue, and their propensity to flare in the blink of an eye. The flames, in summation, are a testament to their creator's powerful mastery of his affined element.

Name of Technique: Katon Chokutō Type of Jutsu: Supplementary Rank: C Range: Short Nature Type: Fire Handseals: N/A Description: Toyotomi flows his Fire Release Chakra through his Chokutō or a kunai which gives fire like properties. Fire chakra engulfs the desired weapon in intense localized flames, which follow the subsequent path of the object in question, incinerating objects which come into direct contact or release it as a wave of flames. Enough concentrated heat is able to “melt” objects depending on the level of heat resistance. Weakness: ==================== Name of Technique: Void Walk Type of Jutsu: Supplmentary, Space-Time Rank: S Range: Personal Nature Type: Space-Time Handseals: N/A Description: The user is able to transport themselves and anything in their possession within the blink of an eye. This power does have preset limits, in that any user cannot transport anything exceeding a total weight of 907.2 kilograms (1 ton). The user is able to make these "jumps" by creating a localized void where they are able to form a maze-work of chakra lay-lines due to specific formula that acts as a reverse summoning. These lines are only visible to the user and allow for them to transform themselves and anything they are in contact with into pure chakra and the lines in turn act as transmitters and receivers. The action itself is seen as the user bursting into particles before reforming in a new location. This power unlike that of the Rinnegan Shifting Technique, and more similar to that of Kamui is that it doesn't need to lock on to a set area in order to jump and unlike Kamui, the user is able to switch their target at will mid teleportation, which is done by simply following a different lay-line. This form of teleportation is extremely taxing on his body and chakra reserves if he jumps too many times in a short period of time or if he pushes the weight limit too many times in a one day period. He has stated that if he were to push his ability to its limit the lag time between that and his next jump would be about 2 minutes. When teleporting objects he has to be in direct contact with it while he teleports himself and as a result he cannot use it to teleport incoming chakra-based attacks away from his body. Weakness: Only four teleports are allowed up to one mile and the user must wait fifteen seconds to before he can teleport again. ==================== Name of Technique: Space-Time Continuum Barrier Type of Jutsu: Supplementary, Space-Time Rank: A Range: Short to Mid Nature Type: Space-Time Handseals: Ten Special Handseals Description:This jutsu allows the user to create a confined barrier of everlasting space. Due to its extremely complex design, it teleports whatever exits the barrier back into it, preventing escape by all means. It can also be modified to where if the opponent tried to exit on the right, they would emerge from the inside of the barrier on the left, and vice versa for other directions. Because the barrier isn't made of chakra, but is composed of space warped to the fullest extent, it can't be absorbed by chakra absorption techniques, such as the Blocking Technique Absorption Seal. It works by isolating the opponent in a seperate reqion of curved space-time. Just like a wormhole can transport a person from one part of the universe to another via a shortcut within space, this barrier relocates them back to the inside of the barrier upon exiting, via chakra signature of whatever was placed within it. The user can sustain this barrier as long as he supplies chakra to it, as it consumes a medium amount of chakra at a constant rate. Weakness: The user must maintain the barrier and any broken concentration destroys the link to the barrier. ==================== Name of Technique: Space-Time Lag Type of Jutsu: Supplementary, Space-Time Rank: S Range: Personal Nature Type: Space-Time Handseals: N/A Description:This jutsu suspends the user's ability to age. It distorts the time upon their body with a special seal that is completed through a series of experiments that awaken the power of the eyes that the space-time manipulation stems from. Weakness: The only way to stop this jutsu would be to remove the eyes that help create it.

Utilizing its small size, and therefore great agility, the rat can easily get past an opponent's physical defense, and strike them down with its sword. As per jutsu, the rat does not seem to possess any, but has been shown to make clones of itself during battle.
