Dio scoffed at Raphaella's attempt to pass blame on everyone that helped fight the Minion. Seriously was she that hard-pressed to find out about Issun that she would suspect anyone that could fight. Suddenly Dio just burst out laughing. It was uncontrollable how hard he was laughing. Civilians began to stare at the group of warriors, more specifically Dio. "YOU SERIOUS, PRINCESS?!" the silver haired gear was hunched over holding his stomach. A moment of silence passed before he straightened back up. "And how do we know you weren't in league with him and this is all just a ploy?" he spoke in his brash tone once again. Raphaella had best choose her words wisely as Dio wasn't one to take having the finger pointed at him for things that he did not do nor care for.

It had been quite awhile since he had returned to the kingdom and a royal member was already accusing him of something. He took a seat on the hood of a car that was behind him, legs kicking against the front tire. "Before you answer, after all this you aren't getting this sword back." oh how the princess would realize the fragility of her actions if she did dare to take it. His eyes shifted between the few people that could actually make a difference today. The same look that Sol once gave him when they first met; Dio was now giving this look to these people. An instinctual look that he inherited from Sol Badguy.

Even if they were in league with Issun, what did Raphaella expect to do? Was she going to fight them all off? Attempt to lock them up? Sure it was difficult to trust in this day and age when you have a evil overbearing figure sending people to murder the world. Honestly all this did interest him slightly when he thought about it. He had been training for so long to perfect his abilities and now there was a world threat lingering on the horizon. A certain thrill sent a shiver right down his spine. Oh this could be honestly way more fun then he at first realized. Maybe I could break some faces and find Sol at the same time. a vague thought that was waiting to become reality.
Not much to respond to. You getting only two paragraphs.
"Uzushiogakure."

Minemoto stood tall at the entrance of the most pathetic village of the five nations. There wasn't one thought in his mind that this village needed to be burned to ground and became the very namesake of it's land. The very birthplace of his lineage, of his father was being sullied by the hands of the current Kage and the village his brother helped build. No other village could incite such anger in him. No thought could bring such frustration unlike the thought of Senju. Despite how much he hated the Senju, and this village, Mine did in actuality love his brother still. If anything he wished that Tajirama would have worked with him. Unfortunately for he and his family, the Uchiha and Senju would always bear hatred for each other.

"Father, we must hurry to the Uzukage's Manor." Sangan reminded his father of their objective.

"You are right." Mine cleared his throat before he began his stroll through the village. Three jounin including Sangan walked closely beside the Hokage. Uzushiogakure was quite a sight to behold. It was close in appearance to Konoha once you reached the inner area. All eyes were on the Konoha-nin as they made their way to the Uzukage's Manor. Eyes full of hatred and fear. Some probably even harbored thoughts of revenge and Mine didn't blame any of them. Family and friends died during the war at the hands of Konoha. If anything he'd welcome anyone that wanted their chance at revenge but, he hoped they strong enough to back up any such thoughts. His eyes mowed over the various villages causing some to glare and others to turn away.

Several minutes later Mine and his guards came upon the Manor of the Uzukage. Oh how the memories flooded back to him. The battle that he and his brother first had right in this very area. The pain and blood spilled here would last a lifetime. Vivid images left his mind as he walked right in the manor and made his way to the meeting room of the kages. Mine's eyes peered directly to the other side of the oval-shaped room; Suzaku was the target of his stare. He took a seat at the table and motioned for his guards to take a stand a few feet behind him.

"My my Suzaku. I see you have kept this place together. You always were my father's greatest friend."
Yog Sothoth said his clan was not fond of the arrogant Uchiha clan, and they were especially displeased when one was chosen to be leader of Konoha, but they had to swallow their indignation and recognize Minemoto Uchiha as the Hokage. but having an Uchiha as leader would not change anything between the their two clans and Beru hoped that one day the Nagimari clan would become the next great line of Hokages.

Nagimari: The Saltiest Clan Alive
I'll move the Hokage to the exams and figure something to post for Yoshi today.

Quick comment, Kal, didn't marc say that you weren't supposed to be able to infect other people with the arm? Because it sounds like the arm can still do that (unless I misread)... but I don't know if you two worked that out in private or something.

Nope. It can't. I just explained what his little bit of madness can do.....to him.

Well you know
Inside the Black Heaven and Earth Dojo

Zhao stood before his students with his hands in the pockets of his pants. All eyes were on him and what he would decide for the dojo. With the threat of the creatures harming the nations and the call for warriors, the students were all pulling for their master. They wanted him to join. Not to defend the nation but instead to bring glory to the Dojo. The more exposure, the more people that would seek tutelage, and that more that dojo could spread it's knowledge. It was a solid plan with only one glaring hole; Zhao's death would destroy the Dojo's reputation. Death was not a pretty idea for Zhao; he was secure in his abilities despite the high risk. The Grandmaster slowly rubbed the back of his neck accompanied by a heavy sigh.

"Come on. You can do it Senpai."

"Fine. People do need to understand our style and I'd suck if those monsters wrecked our home." Not even a breath left Zhao's mouth before his students were glossy-eyed and exclaiming their joy over the decision. He didn't want to just leave his Dojo unmanned so, fortunately he had been training his eldest student in the art of teaching. For now that would be good enough until Zhao's return. He quickly brought an end to the commotion by signaling for his students to get back into form. For now they would finish the training session. No lesson was ever left at a cliffhanger. The session didn't alleviate the thoughts of fighting powerful monsters that roamed in Zhao's mind now. "What am I thinking? This could be fun."

3 hours later

The Crimson Barracks overshadowed Zhao's body as he gazed upon it. He had never seen it up close in his life, always thinking that he'd never have to. There was a larger group of people gathered around the front of the barracks; a few people recognized Zhao from his time in one of the tournaments. Despite inquiring a few moments ago about any information anyone had about this, no one provided any helpful info. A shrug of his shoulders indicated his notion to finally enter the building. His eyes roamed the barrack's interior whilst he walked in. Previous thoughts suggested the place was grand in appearance on the inside. There would be golden embroidery and the like. Instead it looked quite normal to Zhao. Finally he reached the one of the chairs near the couple that had walked in before, spun the chair around, and sat in it backwards.

"So....I'm here to volunteer, General."
