I know I need the sample post. Got this far without my computer crapping out. Will edit later.

Player Name:
Kal-El

Character Name and Alias:
Thor Odinson the God of Lightning

Origin and Brief Bio: (Provide one paragraph summarizing the character's origin and the highlights of their career up to this point)
Thor Odinson has lived for over five millennia as a warrior for the Asgardian Gods. He stood a testament to their strength, willpower, and also their arrogance which led to Odin sending his own son to Midgard to learn humility. There he met Jane Foster, a woman who would come to be his lover, and he crafted bonds with many heroes. One particular hero would be Steve Rogers, who Thor regards as Earth's Greatest Hero and his best friend. Unfortunately Thor found himself in a harrowing predicament. He let his anger manifest into a warrior madness, an act due to Loki's tricks and losing an arm, that led Thor into a battle with various heroes including the Hulk. A battle that injured civilians and caught Odin's ire for his son's foolish disregard. Exactly one month later, Thor had returned to Earth but without his hammer. He had become unworthy and he would need to prove himself like he did many millennia ago.

Powers and Abilities: (Describe what the character can do)
Being a god, Thor is physically what one would call a powerhouse. Beyond his monstrous physical attributes, Thor has spent most of his life in war, garnering a vast understanding of strategies and tactics though Steve Rogers is still his superior. He is also well versed in most forms of combat, armed and unarmed. Lastly, while Thor may have lost most of his magic, he can still channel some of his lightning and mundane energy blast.

Brief Sample Post:

"Look at you. Weak as a newborn baby without your hammer." The red giant of man remarked as he placed a right hook on the god of thunder's jaw. A single punch turned into a quick combination of various punches. So much force packed in the red giant's fist, known as the Juggernaut, that sound of fist on face could be heard down the street. Earth shook from each blow and Thor could barely mount his own offense. For a moment, he could only imagine that this was part of his punishment for his foolhardy nature in the past. This thought process held control over Thor's mind and body, keeping him from being the man he could be.

"THOR! FIGHT BACK!" Suddenly a young voice rang out from the crowd of people that were watching the titans battle. It was the voice of a boy that still held belief in the god of thunder, a boy that knew of Thor's foolish battle with the Avengers and still screamed for Thor to fight on. While Thor may have hated himself for the things that he had done, he could never discount the love that people held for him. That love and belief was all a god needed to truly fight.

Juggernaut threw another fist but this time Thor caught it with his uru metal arm. His feet didn't even budge as he stood tall against the red giant. It was at this moment that Juggernaut knew he had chosen the wrong opponent. Thor brought a swift haymaker to Juggernaut's stomach, knocking the wind from the villain's sails and forcing to take a step back. Another blow landed in the form of a kick to the shins and then a quick step inward to get behind Juggernaut. Thor wrapped his arms around the villain's waist to hoist him up, bend backwards, and slam him head first into the concrete.

"I may be without hammer but I am still a hero. Lest you remember that." Thor said in a confident voice, axe in hand, pointing at Juggernaut. He was the God of Thunder but heart he was always an Avenger, hero of Midgard.
Well, like I said, we're playing fast-and-loose with canon, so the exact specifics of lore and history really aren't all that important. What matters is that it's recognizable as the character; you can mix-and-match stuff to your heart's content as long as people can look at the end result and go "okay, yeah, that's Thor."

Bear in mind that given the nature of the game, there's probably going to be little to no time for solo posting or character arcs, so if you go with Unworthy Thor, he's probably gonna stay that way.

I'll say with the nature of this game, I could possibly use it as his redemption arc. I'll have something for you hopefully sooner than later.

Can you?

Yes. Since these sheets aren't as big as say a Naruto sheet, gonna see if this computer can handle even this small thing for now. By next Friday, I'll have my own laptop around me more than my own........eyes.

@AndyC

So we pull from only ONE of the universe for our characters and not using say two universes for the interpretation of the character? But i could I say take the unworthy thor storyline from 616 and basically interpret it in a way that makes sense for this rp.
I'd like to apply for Thor. I can pull something together in the following week. Getting a new laptop so I can rp reliably.
Pagonia couldn't fathom that his day would be going in such a weird manner. To see Zestasia was the happiest moment of his life currently to which the young knight would not allow anyone to break them apart again. Racing with many thoughts his mind nearly overloaded himself with the amount of problems they would cause. Pagonia stepped forward to stand beside his brother, unsheathing his sword, and preparing for the battle ahead. There was no plan to kill anyone here but, getting out alive was the only option. Before he could start, he felt the barge come to an abrupt halt, forcing Pagonia to grab the closet object to remain stable. Nothing ever good lasted in this day and age.

"The barge stopping must mean..." Pagonia stopped mid-sentence to focus on his the blade of his sword for a few moments, "Can't seem to summon my magic. I've seen this more than once when under Master Garland. Anti-magic." The knight stumbled forward a bit to see his younger brother attempting to create his own magic or that's what figured with the boy staring at his hand and not looking as confident as before. Pagonia wasn't feeling the situation and he kept his irritation under wraps. His mind wasn't fully in the game till he saw a large shadow cover the barge.

The knight looked up the very last moment as a bird of some kind swooped down towards his face. At the last moment, Pagonia just barely moved his head to right, the bird cutting his cheek with its beak. Warm blood rolled down his face, dripping on the tattered black cloak covering his armor. A swarm of birds loomed over the unfortunate passengers, ready to rip them to pieces. Another took its chance at Pagonia only to feel the steel of his sword. Another and another swooped down to meet the fine edge of Pagonia's sword. His defensive style could fend off multiple assailants but he didn't know how long he could hold them off. This would not bode well for the innocents on the barge that were just traveling.

"Zes, we have to protect these people. We can't just run." Pagonia roared over the sound of the swarm. His body darted forward like a bullet, cutting through the wind to the point you could hear the movements. Swinging his sword in a dance-like motion, he tore through several birds attempting to attack the child from earlier. Pagonia stood before the child and it's mother with his sword in his hands. This day was not going as planned.

Pagonia Calore

Pagonia still stood in the same spot as he watched the landscape. The commotion in other places on the ship kept the young swordsman from engaging his environment. There was too much at stake currently to get involved with suspicious people. A kind nature made Pagonia feel a bit guilty for staying to himself. It seemed as though people were crowding around someone that brought attention to themselves. A chill rolled up his spine as the commotion grew louder and intensity. Whatever was happening was not of his concern and he needed to maintain that thought pattern. Unfortunately that peace of mind would be interrupted by a very rude young man.

“There’s only one person who would dare brandish that sword," Pagonia was frozen in place the moment he heard those words. There were not many who paid attention to it often or could accurately detail the sword to spot him so quickly. The fear of being caught loomed within his mind. Pagonia turned around slowly but cautiously. A faint, golden light resonated from the a fist flying toward Pagonia, his reactions going into overtime at that moment. A swift movement belying his expert training, he lifted his right hand to push away the fist and in one movement his other hand was at the attackers throat; Pagonia's hand glowing its own faint, light blue. An hazy, cold smoke rose from Pagonia's hand.

"Who in the hell are," Pagonia stared into the eyes of the man before him; his memories of younger brother flowing through his mind, "Zestasia." The words were soft and warm. Tears nearly filling the eyes of Pagonia. Those eyes and face could never fool him, as he knew his brother from anywhere. Pagonia lunged forward, wrapping his arms around in a brotherly embrace.
