Imagine using the status bar to post about your personal life, instead of using it to drop bad memes on people. Couldn't be me.

Ya'll fuckers ain't even ready for the lore and depth behind my name - the intricate threads of nuance would destroy your puny, mortal minds. I like writing.

Gonna dress as the whole Conservative Party. If that thing doesn't fucking count as "undead" at this point, I don't know what does.

Somebody, please, kill me before I have to see the RPG Status Bar turn into an argument over Feminism. I don't think the Guild can handle anymore issues at present, let alone Feminism.

@t2wave@Flamelord@Hammerman not sure who to ask on this matter, so I'll just ask you all; what are the Bacon protocols if a) one of their members are attacked, and b) one of their members disappears are said attack.

And on that note, I'll post here the two new characters Ari accepted. They might not be introduced just this minute, but ya'll should at least know they exist.

THAT'S TWO WORDS
Sleeping with Penny.

~ Slow but Steady Breakthroughs~

Shaun listened on to everyone's arguments and colourful insults, intent on staying quiet until he had some sort of idea. Everyone shouting at Caora had him on edge, he had to admit, but he mostly ignored it, ruling it down simply to high tensions.

The hairline fracture clue piqued his interest. There was a stress fracture on the stalagmite, even considering how brittle it was? How, exactly, would that have occurred..?

He pondered for a minute, running ideas through his head. The shock of seeing Mondatta's shell still hadn't left him, despite all the time he'd had to process it. That was probably why he was feeling so... so nervous, right? Or was it the looming, impending doom that hung above to group; the omnipresent threat of death that covered and choked the court room like a dense canopy.

"D-Davis, could M-Mondatta have been caused to f-fall into the st-stalagmite..? We don't kn-know much about the suit, b-but... c-could his own w-weight have, say... br-broken his neck..?" he queried, racking his brain for ideas, "A-and, i-if he entered through the o-other entrance... N-Noel, did you ph-photograph every part of the sc-scene to check for f-footprints? it was clear he was really struggling for ideas; he was much better used to identify bugs in code, not methods of murder.
Theres your awfully long Collab. Enjoy.

~ Wedge in the Door~

Shaun shrunk back at Cyrus's sudden, violent outburst. But he was right. He wasn't thinking properly. He was submitting baseless, redundant questions and information to the court that had no relevance at that point in the discussion. They needed to establish what killed him, and how.

"S-sorry... I'll be qu-quiet..." he whispered, letting the others continue their discussion.

When it came back around to Davis, his questioning caught his ear. The man, as insane as he was, had a point. What was the point on the cut in the stalagmite? It had, as far as Shaun could tell, no obvious relation to the case. It was a clue that made no sense.

But there was nothing that didn't make sense. Everything had a place, and everything had relevance. He had been wrong to say that chaos had been created by placing items that didn't correlate to anything but as red herrings.
"U-um..." he stuttered, his confidence having taken a hit from Cyrus, "I-is it possible... th-that the killer r-removed the wedge from th-the stalagmite..? I-I don't think it m-makes sense for them to h-have just f-filed a hole I-into it... a-and s-since it crumbles, i-it'd be easy to g-get rid of, t-too..."

~ Mens Rea~

Shaun wasn't happy at the fact Davis had decided to be a dick in his rebuttal. He played the part of an asshole quite well, but to think it could be his actual personality? It was a frighten prospect for any that got to know him.

But, he made an interesting point. Who said the knife and file had to be involved in the crime? It could easily have been...

"Y-you might be right, D-Davis..." he spoke, cautiously, unsure of how to bets broach the subject, "B-but there are two th-things you haven't established..."

He gave a smile across the Krista, hoping to at least look somewhat smart in and cool in his rebuttal.
"First: What was her motive? I-if she just w-wanted to phone call, there were surely e-easier target on her w-watch schedule?" Shaun took an unsteady breath, anticipating the hellfire the deranged man might bring upon him, "And second: The crime scene was made to look like that deliberately; someone caused chaos to draw attention, since there are too many clues that don't fit. If that was Kr-Krista's doing... Wh-why? I-if she killed M-Mondatta, e-even in s-self defence, wouldn't she w-want to remove a-as many clues as p-possible..?

As soon as he was finished, he let out a long, shaky breath and braced for the up and coming f-bombs.
@Shifter_Master Yay, embarrassed Penny! Best girl!
