Current Just heard the news about Woojin from Stray Kids. I'm so devastated and literally shaking. This feels like a really sick joke, but I hope he and the other 8 members are okay. #ThankYouWoojin

Currus Library, The Milky Way
Introduction

An ever present daze fell over the young girl as she flipped tiredly through a book she's read probably thousands of times by now. Well, the same could be said about every other book in this library, but that's beside the point. A free hand went up to play with the blonde and teal strands not covered by the mandatory veil on her head as she let her mind wander to other things.

It's been a few days since Capella caught a glimpse into the future of The Milky Way, and since then she'd been trying to get an appointment with the Big 3 to 'discuss' it, but even with her not too shabby status, it'd probably take weeks before she so much as gets a reply on the matter. But what else could she do? It wasn't like she was some chosen one that would venture out into the unknown world and make a big enough difference to prevent calamity upon her home.

"Uh, excuse me, kupo? But you're Capella of the Sixth Brightest, yes?"

She wasn't expecting to hear a voice come up from right behind her, so like any other normal person, Capella jumped and whipped her head around to see the owner of the voice with wide steel eyes. Due to The Milky Way's defiance and pride, Moogles were still a rare creature to be seen flying around, let alone talking in general. So Capella reacted accordingly, unsure of how to even break out of her stupor. What business did it have with her?

After dumbly nodding, said Moogle handed over a letter to the girl, who took it quickly as curiosity got the better of her.

Come quickly, chosen few, to the Palace of the Balchranae in the world of Renovation, for the thousands of Universes in Existence stand on the edge of a knife. From there, to the world of Green Sahara, and thence forward to the Kingdom of Israel, and in Israel, look for a village called Bethlehem and fly above it as a Star. There, a legion of Heartless seek to slay a child named Yeshua, a child born of a Virgin Birth. Do not let them touch him, or all is lost. After you've saved Bethlehem, go to the western side of a Peninsula called Arabia, and save a city called Mecca from an invading army calling themselves the Kingdom of Axum. Do not let a single Axumite - Or their own legions of Heartless - get within 50 miles of the city. Another birth of immense importance is to occur there.

This...this couldn't be real. It had to be some joke. Who sent this? And why to her of all people? The Big 3 would be a much better fit to handle something like this, not someone like her... Unsure eyes glanced at the Moogle who was waiting patiently for her to finish, holding out a triangular keychain she's never seen before. Arching an eyebrow at the sight, Capella continued reading:

As proof that we are right, we are sending, with the Moogle, a symbol; a Keychain that empowers the Keyblade, The Moogle bringing the message then brought a triangle of platinum with three symbols at its corners, one a pure golden circle, and the other two finely engraved pictures of Frankinsence and Myrrh. Attach this Keychain onto Halcyon, and attain great power.

Halcyon...looks like this was in fact for her. It wouldn't hurt to try and her curiosity was screaming at her to try out the new keychain being handed to her. It could still very well be trap, but it's not like she couldn't be stopped by another Keyblade wielder if that was the case...right? Taking a quick look around, to see if there was anyone nearby, Capella held out a hand, a starry glow enveloping said hand before her Keyblade replaced the glow. Equipping the keychain, the glow returned, but at a much brighter register. She felt hot, almost to the point of it being uncomfortable, steel eyes shifting to gold as light filled and poured out of them. She was so surprised that she ended up stumbling backwards into her chair with a light thud.

It only lasted for a moment, but once everything returned to normal, including Capella's eyes, the star child's attention fell to her Keyblade, or at least what she remembered to be Halcyon.

This letter was telling the truth, she'd even seen a bit of it for herself beforehand, but what would saving one boy do anything in the grand scheme of things? Taking a look at the remaining paragraph on the unsigned letter, Capella furrowed her brows. She...she was just going to be sent on 'errands'? Well...it wasn't like she had anything else better to do anyways. It'll been tough leaving The Milky Way, but if this task fell to her, then she had no choice. Putting away Halcyon, retrieving a few books that she remembers stuck out to her when she read them before, and allowing the Moogle to take her to the Gummi Ship, Capella was off to Renovation.

Palace of the Balchranae, Renovation
Tag

The trip to the Palace of the Balchranae was tame, much to Capella's surprise. At least things weren't going to get too hectic immediately. No, instead the girl was greeted with the sight of a magnificent palace and luscious architecture as far as the eye could see. She almost didn't want to go down and instead take a lap around the whole place, but unfortunately now wasn't the time to enjoy herself. She was here for business.

Stepping out of the ship with one hand holding the veil upon her head, Capella glanced around curiously. Was she going to meet the writer of said letter out here? Or maybe she was late and the requester was already with the other people that received letters? She was only able to ponder the thought for a little bit before a shaky voice caught her off guard. Tensing up a bit before looking towards the man now in front of her, Capella stared with wide eyes, not quite sure how to even react to the sudden bowing gesture. However, after a little bit of thought, and the nervousness of human interaction slowly ebbing away, Capella caught on to where this guy was probably from. While she was confident in her ability to read Japanese, speaking it was a completely different story, so she opted for English like the man, Ryuzaki, had.

"H-Hello. Capella Auriga." Returning the bow with a nervous smile, the girl looked back up at the other, not quite sure if they were going to be working together or not. He didn't seem like he'd be a problem; honestly, he already made a very good first impression. Capella could only hope she didn't make a fool of herself or anything like that. "I'm n-not sure...but if you got this letter," she held up the two letters that came with her keychain, "then I think so. I w-wonder who wrote it though..."

And also why them...?

“Cy, what’re we gonna go now?” The silence blanketing Cyrus’ mind shifted, making way for the fleeting voice to come to the front. The sensation itself was odd at first, his body only capable of hearing the organic life around him, but he’d grown accustomed to it; so much so that it became less of a force he needed to keep ‘turned on’ and more of a feeling that came and went effortlessly whenever his attention focused on his surroundings. “They aren’t here. A-And I looked...and you looked...and Mana looked too. Why are we still here?” This time, Cyrus glanced down at the smaller boy, steel eyes wandering around the other’s crestfallen face.

The elder decided it was time to take a break from all the mindless walking so the the two were currently standing next to the side of a concrete building huddled up under the former’s sleek black umbrella; it was truly the safest place for both of them to be. Straightening from his leaned back posture before sliding down to Kaleo’s level, Cyrus brushed his bruised hand against the former’s cherubic face, eventually moving to his messy hair before leaving it there.

“I know you’re tired, but there’s still a few more things I want to check out before we move on.” Cyrus sighed quietly, knowing how selfish he sounded for dragging his little brother all over the city for what could potentially be no reason at all. It was obvious that Kaleo wasn’t taking his words too kindly either despite how tolerant he wanted to look, his bottom split lip quivering ever so slightly but enough for Cyrus to want to make it up to him, even if it was just a little. “Hey, one more place for tonight. Then we can head in for the day, okay? It shouldn’t take long, but I’ll carry you…?” With his last statement coming out more as a plea for the little boy’s patience than a statement, Cyrus was taken aback when the later leaned into him, wrapping his shorter arms around his neck.

A familiar warmth spread across the deaf teen’s chest. No words were needed. With minimal effort, Cyrus stood with Kaleo tucked into his arm, while his other hand gripped his umbrella tightly, and he continued to what he promised to be their final location for the day…

"You have a good night, Kassandra. Take care and see you around."

"Yeah, you too. Have a good night."

After shaking hands, the detective pointed to the visitor badge clipped to Kassandra's collar. She looked down, wondering what was going on before she realized she needed to turn that in as well.

"Sorry, here you go," she smiled nervously as she handed him the badge. After that, she headed towards the door leading outside. It was already dark out, the only source of light available were those of streetlamps and external lights from other buildings. As she exited through the front door, Kassandra reached for her phone. She noticed she had a missed call and some text messages, nothing of much importance except for Desmond's message. She proceeded to call him to let him know she was done. Earlier that day, he'd offered to pick her up once she could go.

Kassandra walked forward, mindlessly messing with her phone as the line continued ringing without answer. She wondered whether he was anywhere near his device, or even asleep. This didn't anger her at all, thought she did want to see him that night as it was arranged.

But just as she was starting to hang up, Kassandra collided with something, immediately taking a reactionary step back. Right away, the young woman noticed that she had ran into a boy carrying an even younger person on him. The older one didn't quite look to be of age yet, and she automatically assumed he was a juvenile on his way out of the station as well.

"Sorry, didn't see you there," she simply said, pocketing her phone.

Whilst Kassandra took a step back, Cyrus barely moved, the recoil from the collision doing very little to distract the intense gaze he had on the station in front of him. The mere thought of going back into a building with so much...authority made the hairs on the back of his neck stand. He thought he’d be over such a dumb insecurity, but there was too much at stake. Thankfully, however, there was someone up in Heaven who decided to make his life less of a living hell than it already was.

Cyrus slowly pulled his attention away from the station and over to who exactly bumped into him. Despite looking on the frailer side compared to other women he’s seen walking around Duncaster at night, her voice provoked the opposite; a sense of maturity and capability mingling with his brother’s deep and even puffs of breath on the crook of his neck. Judging by how she walked into him, she had to have come from that station…

"Do you work there?” Disregarding the apology and getting straight to the point, the steel eyed boy jutted his head towards the building, while his less occupied hand twirled the umbrella idly with his fingers. “Policewoman? Detective? Private Investigator?” he practically growled out, already growing impatient with his inquiries. The only reason he seemed to stop and take a breath was when Kaleo stirred in his grasp, a deeper frown tugging at his lips as he kept still.

"No, I don't..."

“...I need help finding someone. Three people. But I don’t...I don’t know how it works...and I don’t have any money either…” He sounded so dumb and pathetic, but what else could he do? Every other lead he had immediately led to a dead end, and this was the only place where he could reliably find people to help him out. Unfortunately, given his circumstances, the station was one of the last options he had.

"I can't necessarily help you in that regard, but I know someone who may."

Kassandra figured the boy wasn't messing around given his demeanor. The encounter itself was a bit weird, but even so, she imagined he had a good reason for making such request. Although it was a bit late, and the only thing she felt like doing was visiting Desmond, taking a relaxing bath, and then going to bed afterward.

"Don't worry about the money, I'm sure my friend will give you an IOU," she smirked, anticipating Desmond's reaction if she were to bring the boy down to his place. At the very least, he would have a "talk" with her after the fact. "So what do you say, are you down for the walk?"

Cyrus stared at the woman in front of him as if she suddenly grew an extra head. This was far too good to be true, and honestly a little bit sketchy. She just so happened to know someone that could actually help him out? No payment needed from the get go? And not to mention the smirk that played on her lips. It honestly felt like more trouble than he could bother getting into…

...but this might just be the lead he needs.

Who knows, if worse comes to worse, he could get them out of the situation with the flick of his umbrella. Sorry, Leo, looks like I won’t be able to keep my promise. I’ll make it up for sure.

“Sure, just don’t try anything funny…” He eventually responded once his mind caught up with the current events.

"You admitted to having no money, trust me kid, you're fine. My name's Kassandra, by the way," she introduced herself, but refrained from shaking the boy's hand and instead kept both of hers in her pockets.

“Cyrus.” He mumbled afterwards, trying to ignore the implications she was making if he did have a penny to his name.

"His place is this way," she motioned over her shoulder so the boy could follow her. She knew Desmond could work his magic on his computer and get the boy the information he wanted, if such information was available anyway.

---

She knocked a few times, waiting silently before Desmond finally came to the door.

"Guess who," she smiled. "Listen, we need a favor from you, if that's alright."

Kassandra looked at the Cyrus to let him explain what needed to be done.

The teen was a little startled when Kassandra got straight to the point. H shifted under his weight, umbrella sheathed long ago and his free arm wrapped protectively around his little brother’s back. Steel eyes shared a glance with the woman before they lowered to the ground to stare at his worn down shoes.

“I’m looking for some people. Three. Two male, one female. They...don’t exactly have names, I mean they do but…” Cyrus’ frown deepened as he trailed off. “They look exactly like me, save for some color differences. And I just need a lead on where I could start looking for them.” Unable to keep himself from mumbling towards the end, Cyrus brought a hand up to rub his tired eyes.

Desmond stared at Kassandra as if she had two heads, but she dismissed him, knowing his attitude.

"Little man, listen... a name would be much more helpful in this situation. If you can provide me with that, then this shouldn't take longer than a few minutes."

Left eye twitching a bit out of annoyance, Cyrus furrowed his brows in an attempt to remain calm.

“I g-get that, but…” Unsure of how to explain himself, Cyrus’ expression morphed into a more thoughtful one. ...it wouldn’t help if I tried to explain this anyways…

With that said, Desmond took out his phone and snapped a photo of Cyrus without warning. Name or no name, he'd run a FACES check to determine what information he could get from the system. "Don't be startled, I just need an image to use for comparison. Come on in, I need to get to my computer," he motioned, leaving the door open long enough for Kassandra and Cyrus to make their way inside.

Cyrus looked like a deer caught in headlights as his slit like pupils dilated, clearly caught off guard by the sudden flash blinding him for a moment. He couldn’t hear anything prior to the flash so of course he was a little spooked out by the action. Wide eyes shifted wearily to Kassandra, the little bit of trust he originally had in her starting to wane already. This guy, Desmond or whatever, wanted him to come into his house? Who knew what kind of shit he had in there?!

Paranoia creeped up Cyrus’ spine before he quickly willed it away. Now wasn’t the time to get freaked out...yeah, Desmond was an adult, him and Kassandra both were, but if they were really trying to help him out with this, then he had to go for it, no matter how much he wanted to run away.

Giving Kassandra one more look of uncertainty, the purple haired teen tightened his grip on Kaleo before entering, his frown never seizing to fade.

She knew he was nervous, being in a stranger's home and easily outnumbered was something she wouldn't necessarily take lightly, but Cyrus was the one who requested help, and he got it. Kassandra gave him a reassuring smile and followed him into the house, watching as Desmond headed straight to his computer a few rooms down. He was one to not exhibit his hardware for people to see, though his excessive need for privacy wasn't without reason.

"Let me upload this real quick..." he trailed off as Kassandra caught up and stood behind him. She looked down at Desmond clicking away at his keyboard; the rest of the dimly-lit room silent. On the screen, she noticed he had started up a program. Cyrus' surprised face appeared on one side, and opposite of that a number of faces blinking in and out of existence as the system did its best to find what Desmond was looking for.

After a few moments, however, the words "No Match" appeared in the center of the screen. Desmond turned on his chair to face his visitors, allowing them both to see the results.

"I'm sorry big guy, I've got no one matching your looks in this town. And just so you know, this information is being pulled directly from a government database."

Shoulders now slumped at the sight of yet another dead end, Cyrus nodded slightly in understanding.

“The government, huh…how are you able to even able do something like that? Do you work for them or something? Can’t you check somewhere else?” If this man had access to government information, he might have access to what he really needed. However, blurting out something so personal would only lead to the awkward questions that always followed afterwards.

"That's too many questions, now get," Desmond waved the boy to the door, his annoyed state obvious to Kassandra and Cyrus. "If they aren't on the database, then I don't know what to tell you."

"Come on, Cyrus, I'll walk you out," Kassandra motioned for him to join her, walking towards the front door through the small house. "As you can tell he's a very private person, but he did try to help. Sorry nothing came up... maybe you'll actually have to go to the station to get some answers."

Much like how Desmond made his annoyance obvious to the teen, Cyrus reciprocated the feeling, sucking his teeth loud enough to make a noise. Much like his reaction to when Kassandra bumped into him earlier, he made no attempt at showing his gratitude for even trying to look for him; but in all honesty, had he known the man was going to search through a government database, he probably would’ve saved more time telling him not to worry about it.

He followed Kassandra out regardless, finding no reason to stay, especially if he wasn’t going to get any answers.

“I guess I do…” he trailed off, the thought of where they were going to sleep for the night crossing his mind soon after; yet another thing he needed to worry about. Pushing the thought away for a moment as they made their way back out to the gloomy outdoors, Cyrus eyed Kassandra once more. “Were...were you looking for someone too? At the station?” His question came out very small compared to his normal tone of voice and habitual mumbling. Almost like he was looking for some sort of relatability...some sort of hope that he wasn’t the only one struggling.

"Not necessarily, no...I just had to take care of some stuff."

Kassandra smiled a little to mask her thoughts. The kid sure liked to ask questions, and she did not enjoy the fact that she wasn't sure was his motives were. In hindsight, she should have handled his earlier request in a different matter, something she was sure Desmond would emphasize over and over again.

"But anyway, I have to be off now. Good luck in the station, okay?"

Cyrus stiled for a moment before eventually nodding. Turning slightly on his heel, the purple haired teen’s nod would be the best Kasandra would get in terms of a farewell as he carried one towards one of the back alleyways.

He might as well keep his promise and wait until morning.

The Wingless Angel | Introduction | Duncaster | Tag(s): Open

Loona felt little shame in the fact that she had yet to spend and entire night in Duncaster, but who could blame her? The concrete jungle was nothing like the lush forest she'd grown up in. Even though she knew the danger of dipping her toes back into the domain she once called home, it only leaving more traces for her Pillar to pick up on, the young Fae spent her nights on the very outskirts, her namesake lulling her to sleep after hours of restless thought.

It wasn't like Loona didn't have anywhere to go during the night, in fact the offers being thrown her way by those she's gotten to know through her freelancing was shocking to her, it was the artificial droning that made it impossible for her to remain calm. Especially at night, which is why she made it a habit to flee back to the forest once sunset arrived. Who knows what could be out and about?

Unfortunately for the young Fae, a job had gone on a bit longer than expected and she found herself caught in the very nighttime she was afraid of. Large green eyes stared anxiously up at the cloudy sky, no sight of her namesake nor it's counterpart hovering above. Although the rain had stopped, little droplets still clung to her hair and her bright kimono styled clothes; it was hard not to notice her, especially being in 'human' form, a flowery garb, and shaking like a sole leaf in the violent wind. Despite the meek appearance and inability to look unaffected by her surroundings, a firm grip remain on what was the centerpiece of a gold chain necklace.

If she really couldn't handle it anymore, she could always fly...but that would bring even more attention to her. Asking for help from a familiar face was another option but...
"Oi, Loona!" A gruff voice called out to the Fae, unintentionally sending her into a mild panic in the process. If it wasn't noticeable before, see was surely shaking now, wide eyes shifting to the little pawn shop she happened to be standing in front off. It took a second for the brunette to realize she were she was, but once that became more clear, the panic subdued itself slightly. "Hey kiddo, looks like you got caught up in the rain, huh? Want to join me for some tea?" Focusing back on the owner of the voice as well as the little pawn shop, Loona shook her head slowly towards the Gnome. His stout frame and long beard were inviting, but she couldn't. She wanted to leave. Staying any long meant she'd be stuck in Duncaster until morning. Alone. And surrounded by...s-so much.

"N-No thank you, M-Mister Melio. I actually have to g-get going back h-home." She practically whispered, but the other seemed to have heard her loud and clear.
"No worries, kiddo! Stop by tomorrow if you can! I still need to repay you for helping me out the other day!" He smiled, thus earning a smile from Loona herself. With the smallest of nods, Loona was off again, practically holding herself at this point.

Stop by tomorrow, huh... If she'll be able to survive through the night...

"Put your hands on my brother again, I fucking dare you!" Dirty clenched fists slammed down on the already unconscious man, not that Cyrus seemed to care at the moment. The only thing on his mind was doing what he knew his little brother could never. It had honestly been a new record for Cyrus, not getting into any fights for the past week...which probably meant he was more than ready to pop off on anyone that caused even the slightest bit of inconvenience to him or his companions. What did this man do exactly? If anyone were to ask Cyrus, he probably wouldn't be able to give an answer. They were walking around as normal, and the next thing he knew Kaleo was on the floor, and he was punching this stranger into the concrete.

"C-Cyrus, it's okay. I'm not hurt. I-I'm fine." No he wasn't. He was just lying to get him to stop. Even from within the dimmed alleyway Cyrus could see how bruised and scratch up the other's hands were. However instead of arguing, Cyrus pulled back, silver dragon-like eyes still focused on whatever was left of the man on the ground. Sending a wad of spit down on his caved in face, Cyrus finally turned around and moved towards the shorter boy who looked to be drowning in the amount of layers he had on. The younger gripped the elder's black umbrella like a lifeline until the later took it away, replacing it with his own throbbing hand. No words were said abut what just happened after that as they made their way back to the main streets.

The silence between the two was eventually broken once Kaleo questioned the location of their third companion.
"Wh-Where did Mana go?" He mumbled out, gripping the other's fingers a little to get his attention.
"He'll be back soon enough. Probably went to go and find some food, or a place we could stay." He responded, a frown still evident on his face. In the time they've been in Duncaster, there hadn't seemed to be any clues or trails worth following. It almost felt like they had wasted their time in such a place. But for some reason, Cyrus could feel like they're here for a reason, just that the reason had yet to reveal itself... Hopefully it was soon, especially since he was starting to gain a name for himself among the alleyways for starting what others believe are 'necessary fights'.

Breeze Porfirio || Arsenal
@LuckyBlackCat @Aerandir @SimpleWriter

'...Maybe she should've made sure Kerianne was fully okay before running off to take care of another task', was all the short girl could think of as she pressed her hands, then her arms, onto the ground in a deliberate manner. Had a complete stranger been watching her, they would've thought she was crazy or trying to make an indent on the ground, but that had been the least of her worries as the green haired girl was clearly concerned about other things. What if Kerianne needed to go to the nurse or something even more serious? She...she looked okay from where Breeze currently was, having moved from the ground to the bench where Breeze left her. However before she could look back at the task at hand, the young girl's attention shifted to her other classmate, Yi.

He was giving her a thumbs up, but for what reason? It took a bit of squinting a little bit of imagination for Breeze to realize what he was asking. Before answering, green eyes darted around the space originally littered with glass shards. From what she could tell, there weren't any more shards that needed to be picked up. She then looked to her arms, the distinct charcoal color coating her hands and forearms providing more evidence that her work was done.

Giving Momo and Gabby more space to uh...finish up, Breeze scurried over to Yi whilst making a mental note to recover the blocks still scattered about from her and Kerianne's sparring match, a nervous, but mostly happy smile pulling at her lips once she was in front of the other.
"Th-Thank you for the offer, but I think I-I got all of it." She spoke as proudly as someone like her could, showing both of her hands and the shards that coated them. She was going to ask how his sparring match went, but another brief look at Kerianne had the question die at her tongue and bring up the thoughts still fresh in her mind. Unfortunately, that rare pride instantly dissolved as well once her thoughts went back to her sparring partner.

"U-Uh, Yi? Do you think K-Kerianne going to be okay? Sh-She looks exhausted...I-I hope she isn't in a-any pain, I-I mean, I don't think I hurt her, b-but what if she is in pain and is just hiding it or something? Maybe we should take her to the nurse's office? O-Or maybe we should go and let Maple K-King know about what's going on? B-But I can't talk to him, h-he's too scary, I.." She rambled on, the mere thought of one of friends needing help causing her to spiral into one of her nervous breakdowns. It was hard for Breeze to determine if the tears forming in her eyes were because she was tired or if it was because she wasn't sure what to do. However it wasn't beyond the girl to burst into tears every so often over something simple that would resolve itself. It's only this time the young girl is looking to Yi to offer some sort of idea on what they should do.

Sparring Match Part 3 of 3
In collaboration with @LuckyBlackCat

Staying in place as Breeze shook her head, Kerianne relaxed her stance, ready to stop, only resuming it again when her opponent took up her own battle pose. She did wonder whether Breeze truly wanted to continue or if she thought she had to, but she wasn't about to make the situation even more awkward. "If you're sure," she said, double checking that this truly was the best idea. Given Breeze's normal disposition, the young girl looked as really as she'll ever be. "I won't use that move again, but let me know if you want to stop."

"...R-Right, thank you."

Chewing her lip, hoping she wouldn't do anything else to upset Breeze, she reached down and slipped into a block's shadow, the later tensing as she did so. Feeling the lightheadedness set in as she emerged by another cube, she remained in a crouch. Positioned in front of the block so Breeze wouldn't be able to grab it and use it against her, she reached out, hooked her arm behind her opponent's ankles and pulled. Completely blindsided, Breeze felt herself falling forward, however instead of panicking like earlier, she used the free momentum to her advantage. Pressing her hands onto the ground, the green haired girl twisted and winded her legs around in hopes of making Kerianne stagger before pushing her feet towards the blonde to get her to let go. Thrown off-balance, Kerianne had to slam her hands against the mat to keep steady, freeing her opponent. As Breeze rolled forward to create space, she brought a hand out to grab a nearby block and threw it at her, taking the time to stand before beginning to rush her, sending a flurry of jabs and knife slashes once she was close enough.

Kerianne only just managed to duck the projectile in time, but before she could do anything else, Breeze had closed in on her. Pulling away from a knife stab and reaching out, she warped through the nearby block's shadow, the blade hitting only the faint black wisps she left behind. She popped up to the side of Breeze, but at the very second she did, something smashed at the other end of the room, eliciting a squeak from the other. That would have been enough of a distraction in itself, even if not for the dimming of the light and the shift in the shadows. Toppling as if someone had pulled a surface from under her feet, she landed sprawled on the mat, Breeze only landing on her knees beside her.

"H-Hey, are you okay?" The green haired girl questioned wearily. Despite speaking to Kerianne, her eyes were focused on the glass shards littering the ground. Someone could really get hurt from those...

Twisting round and staring over to make sure Gabby and Momo were alright, Kerianne sighed at the glass shards on the floor. "Well, something like that was bound to happen sooner or later," she muttered, staggering as she rose. She glanced from the mess to Breeze. "Let's go help." If nobody did, somebody could get hurt. One step, though, and the room wobbled around Kerianne. Picking up broken glass in her current state probably wouldn't be the best of ideas, but she couldn't just leave it lying around, especially with the other fight growing more and more intense.

Breeze knew better then to have Kerianne try and pick up glass with how disoriented she looked.
"Don't w-worry! I can pick it all up on my own!" She claimed as she placed the rubber knife back onto her stomach for safe keeping. "Plus it won't hurt if I j-just use my Quirk..." She explained further before bounding off, her energy levels nowhere near as exhausted as most probably would've thought. Still clearly nervous around the newcomers, Breeze shuffled awkwardly around Momo and Gabby as she placed her hands and arms on the floor, skin eventually becoming littered with pitch black specks. Every now and then she'd cast a nervous glance to Kerianne before immediately looking away.
