Artoria, Master of the Maniacal Menagerie

"Er, hey! I was totally being useful, or something! See, I'm um, ... Checking the visual feeds from our spies to pick the right point to strike at once my Gates of Tartarus finish filling with supercharged lava!" While a few hasty swipes on her phone made it seem unlikely that that was actually what she was doing before she held the phone up for Lucille to see, it was definitely what she was doing NOW.

Artoria spent two posting cycles charging up and gathering intel before striking, now that I double check my sources. The defenders had two entire turns to use grab the exosuits and use them (and two people did), before Artoria struck.

THE BATTLE OF KC-00032

...

The Machina count with the support of KC-00032 itself. The factory's arsenal of experimental weapons can give an edge to the Machina as long as they can keep control over it. Among the weapons there's a set of three functional prototype Exosuits, stored in the facility. These suits known as (α, β and γ) can be combined (as long as they remain operational), forming three different configurations: Form I (ranged attack power), Form II (melee attack power) and Form III (defense). Such a machine has power to face to face even the mightiest of the Heavens' or Hell's forces.

There's the three.

Hibiki & Shizuka

...
Neither Hibiki nor Shizuka wasted time on formalities during this battle. As High Queen Eos herself was participating, both commanders arrived promptly and proceeded to commandeer the exosuits stored at KC-00032. Hibiki took the Alpha Exo-Skeleton while Shizuka manned the Beta Exo-Skeleton. They left the Gamma Suit behind, however Hibiki made sure to secure the Gamma suit with high yield explosives; in the event that it falls into enemy hands, Hibiki would detonate these explosives to destroy the suit and whoever had it. They could be disarmed of course, with Hibiki's permission. Knowing the power these suits had she also kept a monitor on the Gamma suit to ensure that if anyone tampered with it, she would know.

...

Hibiki took one, Shizuka took another.

Artoria, Master of the Maniacal Menagerie

...

Tearing open the fabric of space, Bunny Ears, Fox Tails, Pangolin Claws, and Magpie Wings at the ready, she flashed into the room next to the room with the Gamma suit. With Hibiki distracted by fighting, she wouldn't likely notice Artoria in time, as she both wasn't in the room with the Gamma suit, and rather than try to disengage the security mechanisms, try to wear the suit, or any of that, Artoria simply sucked Gamma and that entire wall between the two rooms into her Gates of Tartarus in a fraction of a second. And once inside the Gates of Tartarus, which had a stasis effect and a dimensional barrier, it would likely be protected it from Hibiki's explosives. Now, the suit was still rigged with explosives (even if prevented from exploding while within the Gates of Tartarus), so Artoria couldn't use it, but neither could anyone else unless they could reach into Artoria's Gates of Tartarus. @Ryonara

...

Artoria took the last.
@Ryonara Yeah, I missed that KoL's dodge was implied based on how things were timed, rather than explicitly saying she dodged. I assume the same applies to you.
@Banana I'm not. I can link you to the posts where each of these things happened.

If Windel added more suits, that's something I can't account for, but all three of the ones KoL introduced are taken.
@Banana Yes. Shizuka has one, Hibiki has another, Artoria has the last.

@KoL@Ryonara Both of you guys completely failed to acknowledge what happened with Mephila's desperation attack, what happened with that?
@KoL Yeah. That does make sense.
@TheWindel If the heart of the base is somewhere not between its top and its bottom, I think I'd like to go home now.
@KoL Eos launched plasma from her position that affected the entire facility. Artoria aimed at the source of the plasma. If all her clones are that strong too.. Okedokee.

Also, Artoria launched her attacks downward.. from the top of the facility. If Mephila and Henry moved upwards, then that doesn't change that Artoria's attack is still headed downward, and will not break through a floor heading upward.
@KoL Um.. I'm not sure what's going on. I thought Henry and Shizuka and Mephila were fighting at ground level with two of Eos' clones. Artoria was headed towards the control center at the center of the place from above, towards where the body of Eos that released the plasma was. Did I miss something?

""Now!" Eos shone as she shouted to Shizuka a moment before Artoria's ice spike burst from the ground between their feet,"

This implies Artoria was from underground, coming up, which is the exact opposite. And she's not even targeting this area.

I double checked, I'm pretty sure Eos' main body didn't move from the main control room, which is at the center of the facility, before she launched the plasma. Nor did she personally join the fight with Shizuka, Mephila, and Henry, which is happening at ground level on the perimeter of the facility. She sent some clones to do so. Artoria should be aimed at a location way far away from where the Shizuka/Mephila/Henry fight is.

So.. That post makes very little sense to me.
@Banana Indeed. Much Appropriate.
