Character SheetName: Sapphire Pink/Lilliana Rachel Mountain
Appearance: While she had a fairly ordinary appearance before, transforming into a magical girl permanently changed her base appearance. Now, transforming simply regarbs her in her outfit, lengthens her hair out to rather impractical lengths (though it's quite long still in base form), and summons her keyblade.
Bio: Lilliana is not a particularly spectacular person. Born to a humble American middle class family running a one man Pest Control business, Lilliana hadn't decided what she wanted for college or what she wanted to do with her life. She was still focused on finishing high school and having friends.
And then the Heartless attacked, and Lilliana found herself transforming into Sapphire Pink to fight them off. Her life took a topsy turvy change, with her sudden fortune and fame being a little too much to handle. She was having a tough time keeping her old friends close as her new friends in the Magical Girl Squad she became a part of started monopolizing her time with patrols. Recieving a letter from a Moogle about something that might end the heartless threat seemed a perfect opportunity. Neither set of friends would feel bad without her, and if she solved the Heartless Problem, she could be friends with her Magical Girl Squad and her old High School friends with all the extra time!
Age: 17
Skills: Lilliana is a caster, first and foremost. Specifically support focused, Lilliana grants her allies mobility and protection, with a dash of firepower, and a hint of healing. All this said, she's fairly worthless in direct combat. While she might, might beat some dead basic shadow heartless alone with her keyblade, anything more would probably be too much for her. And that said, Lilliana doesn't seem able to summon her keyblade without the aid of mana yet, meaning if she was out of mana, she wouldn't even have her keyblade to try to fight them.
Radiant Heart Connection: Activating her wand, Lilliana transforms into her magical girl form, Sapphire Pink, swirling with water and butterflies, before exploding with a ray of light into her empowered form with keyblade in hand. Fairly quick for a magical girl transformation sequence, this sequence is nonetheless not only uninterruptable, but such interruption is dangerous to attempt. Foes nearby will be knocked away and attacks reflected, so Lilliana tends to keep this in reserve to protect an ally from assault by transforming next to them when they're in trouble. Little does Lilliana know, but this power actually does draw from the connection between hearts, and her Magical Girl is stronger and lasts longer if she has allies who trust in her to protect them. A sort of proto-drive-form, this is weaker but does not remove allies from combat.
Ruby Tide Butterflies: Usable in either form, Lilliana's most basic attack is to send forth waves of butterflies that explode into piercing shards as they hit their target. In Radiant Heart form, she releases more butterflies and after they explode, the fragments stick in the targets, serving as amplifiers and homing beacons for Sapphire Pink's further spells.
Wing of Hope: While not capable of flight, Lilliana is able to make "bounce pads" that can send someone flying if they step on them. Even if they happen to be an enemy. In Radiant Heart form, this is able to be done instinctively, nearly instantly if she wants to create the bounce pad under herself or someone directly adjacent, and Sapphire Pink can easily glide from her new elevated position. In normal human form, she has to take a little time to cast them, and needs to have a plan for what to do when she reaches that height, her gliding now being more of a "reduced terminal velocity fall".
Sapphire Shield Butterflies: Lilliana can send out shield butterflies to her allies, increasing their defense with a magic ward, and if necessary, sacrificing themselves to block an attack outright. In base form, she can only have one out at a time, but as Sapphire Pink, she seems to have no limit, and can cast this much faster.
Pink Glow Butterflies: Lilliana can send out healing butterflies to her allies. However, it's a slow regeneration effect that's weak and mana intensive, Lilliana is mostly a support/damage type, with her healing being fairly weak. These have the same limitation as the Sapphire Shield butterflies. As Sapphire Pink, the Pink Glow Butterflies at least have an effect where if the one they are healing is defeated, the butterfly will sacrifice itself to bring them back with a tiny sliver of vitality. Between this and the shield butterflies, it can be quite trying to take out someone Radiant Heart is attempting to protect.
Final Ray Of Hope: Usuable only in Radiant Heart form, this shoots out a stream of lights from Sapphire Pink, as well as and Shield/Glow Butterflies she has out, homing in on targets that have been hit with Ruby Tide Butterflies especially. Sapphire Pink's strongest attack, and even stronger when beside friends, it has a price as using this exhausts her mana and burns her out of Radiant Heart.
Personality: Bubbly and quick to make friends, Lilliana can also be a bit oppressively aggressive at her friend making tactics. No great respecter of personal space, private time, or the desire to be alone, Lilliana thrives in the presence of friends, and has a hard time understanding introverts. When one asks her for space, she often feels threatened or like the friendship is in jeopardy, when her own clinginess is the problem.
Lilliana is perhaps a bit too understanding of faults. She tends to overlook threats or insults as 'jokes', even when Lilliana should probably be raising some red flags.
Against the Heartless, Lilliana has a very simplistic outlook. She doesn't really see them as sentient beings so much as a malevolent force. She views herself more like Pest Control than as a Warrior in an army, simply exterminating vermin.
