Current A scantron exam, but the answer is always C. Just C. Always C. Not a single A, B, D, or E. All answers are C. The statistical improbability is diabolical!

Who's turn is it now?
@The Grey Dust yeah the guys walked off, Roman defused the situation

Still a generally warning if she's going to start something. "It's a play by the rules or get out." ultimatum, with or without the guys being diffused, the bartender doesn't want anyone ruining the atmosphere of the joint, especially not with mouthy humans.
@The Grey Dust
wait what did ash do, she bought drinks the entire time and did nothing else

Ash didn't, but Kat did, and if she's starting a bar fight and going to drag Kat into it...
Well the good news is, thank you. The bastardization of the sounds of the Queen's English was difficult. I had to approximate the spellings and sounds to get the phonetics to be spoken as if the accent was present in normal speech. Although the case in point was to create text that the characters have to try and decipher for immersive purposes.

"Y'r wit'wish'n's uberthir, boot itzan Ma'bar... Gitett? New drink'oop g'rl, y'r tap's Aaron'n." = "your White Russian is over there, but its in my bar. Get it? Now drink up girl, your tab is a running."

"Oi! Dongit sort'd rend'ere g'rl. y'stillo the House. Tymta paa'oop end gitut new, 'fer'icl m'boss." = "(generic exclamation!) Do not get started around here girl. You still owe the house. Time to pay up and get out now, before I call my boss."
"-Oh and I'm, um, I'm Agent Quinn." The identifications given to Mithias to clear the slightly overwhelmed Agent clearance as he clicked away at the computer to find out who owns the bar. "According to the building records, the property is owned by an old development firm which was bought out in the early 2000's by... Avalon Inc. Which we suspect is a front for a Lord Bedivere, an old blood we have some trouble with in the area although he seems to cover his tracks and bases well since we cannot find any real reason to go after him without risking the UK deciding Solider is invading national sovereignty rights... Although I'm not sure if the same company owns the bar, you'd think he'd pick a better name though than Avalon Inc? If you need me Agent Varomere just send a message." Click.

"..." With his glinting red eyes the Bartender made the ghastly request, taking out from under the bar a chilled shallow glass, dropping his stones into it and bringing it up for Ashley to inspect while he grabbed the bottle of Adnams Longshore and popping off the cork before liberally pouring. "Y'r wit'wish'n's uberthir, boot itzan Ma'bar... Gitett? New drink'oop g'rl, y'r tap's Aaron'n." A rather thick accent on this one, difficult to comprehend completely unless you were from the area the bartender was from. But between the flash of his fanged smile and casual drumming on the bar, it almost seemed like a threat. The chilled glass of vodka was waiting, sweating as the air met cold glass filled with rather nice bottle of English vodka. There was of course a price to pay for the drink, although the prices seemed to be reasonable for the 'uppityness' of this place. Not quite posh down below, but definitely class and elegance above. The problem was the expected currency. Blood alcohol levels were not a problem here. Oh and quite literally, anything requested 'on the rocks' here was served with two chucks of cool soapstone.

And now for the girls Roman was dancing dangerously with. Or was it Rin? The lines were blurred, as fittingly so too was the song being played, well after the switch at least to another song was made, one with Robin Thicke. That being said, the heat was definitely on, foolish girls dancing in the dark, tempting fate and teeth. But that was the danger of it wasn't it? The thrill of having a vampire lover? Yet as Roman was just a human, those two girls were hardly into him. Blame those modern books which romanticized the vampire, although the males in company were all too pleased with their influence making it that much easier to prey upon them. But it made them weak, lazy, and arrogant, when fear turns into fascination, the vampire became a zoo animal.

Tensions were definitely high, two vampire blokes, drunk on power and probably more than their fair share of 'bloody marys' were making a scene with the lot of 4 newcomers. It was really quite the amateur move to make, four strangers walking into a bar all around the same time? It would have gone off without a blink, but given the nature of this bar, and only one of them was a vampire, and all of them foreigners at that? Their american accents made them stick out from the crowd, Roman-Rin was the only one who could pass off as someone who belonged because she actually seemed to be enjoying himself. Anyone sober enough to realize they probably all knew each other, although Mithias set himself apart and partook in the blood feast it seemed having ordered the red drinks.

"Oi! Dongit sort'd rend'ere g'rl. y'stillo the House. Tymta paa'oop end gitut new, 'fer'icl m'boss." The bartender warned Ashley, his finger on the alarm button on the underside of the bar. And that's when the DJ, who had been busily kicking the beats up in the background with her long nails switching the slides up on her board. A new song was playing, blaring over the sound systems as the vampiress smiled and took a satisfying drink from her sanguineous elixir of a Blood Mary. The new tune came aptly, mocking the situation even as she nodded her head to the beat and took turned on the mic. "Na Na Na Na Na Na, Nah, Na Na Na Na Na, Na Nah..."

I'll have a post up by tomorrow evening. Trying to work out all the reactions.
I'll post for the NPCs at the bar when everyone's had their chance at least 1 post in/near/around the bar.
she turned to the barmen "Yo, Barkeep. Ill take a white russian and Vodka on the rocks."

-vampire bar man takes out a glass, throws ice in, and pours the Vodka, and gives Kurai a dirty look before pointing at Roman-

Hi, um, this application as it stands has no shot of Approval. It needs to be fleshed out quite a bit to explain how your vampire fits into the story. We can't have ancient vampires going around willy-nilly and having their stories explained within in the story without a point of reference as to how they got there in the first place. That being said, do give us some form of backstory other than a black mystery box. If you wish to develop it, over time, this is fine, however an ancient vampire would be known by other old bloods therefore we actually DO need this. So please designated an age, a bloodline (if not create one) and a relatively logical backstory while integrating yourself into this world.

Please be aware there is already a Welsh vampire in England, and this may be a conflict of interest for me, however if you read over my Character, you will find stark similarities to your current concept. Which is fine, although do note the backstory of my character for integrative purposes. Since more than likely, if your character is Welsh and is operating in Wales, why has Bedivere allowed you to do so? A reasonable explanation for this would be much appreciated.

That being said, your character powers are far superior to anyone else's thus far. Namely because you have failed to include any form of weakness per say, leaving the character unbalanced. See my character also has vast powers in utter darkness, however during the day he becomes weakened to that of a normal human, furthermore he requires rest to maintain his powers, leaving him inactive during the hours of daylight mostly. There is also the hitch about silver being able to harm him significantly, Thereof I would like to see some attempts at balancing your character and/or your bloodline (unless you wish to enroll into the Pale Lady's bloodline, thus producing a reasonable explanation of why we have 2 rather similar characters running around).

All in all, I need to see more of the character you have in mind other than a "mysterious powerful old blood that no one knows about but is super powerful and for some reason hasn't attempted to take over the world yet." Since most of the truly powerful old bloods are actually very active due to the shadow cold war they are engaged in. That is to say that they know of each other, and their abilities, hence if someone tries to make a move, they will get pulled into a war with the rest of the old bloods who all have gigantic egos to match their unbelievable amount of power.
