Y'know with all the new Isekai concepts coming out, I wonder if there is an isekai concept for "Reincarnated as a Truck that sends people to other worlds"

That moment when you have a billion ideas and can't write them all down
"Pfft, girls. Always screaming around things that're completely harmless..."
Personal Information
Name: June Homura Age: 15
A girl of a somewhat average height and build (if not short for her age), June stands at only 152cm (5' 0") and weighing in at 49kg (108lbs). She also has a somewhat modest BWH of 18-15-16 if measured in inches and 46-38-41 if measured in centimeters. A lot of June's clothing is black in color. She does add a few pink or white highlights here and there, but chances are if a main article of clothing isn't mostly black, whether it be a dress, a t-shirt or a pair of shorts, she won't wear it. Regardless of her outfit however, June will never go out without her under-rim glasses. Her eyesight is strong enough that she only really needs them to read fine print, but she wears them all the time anyway because she honestly believes that she looks sexier with her glasses than without.
Think of the most stereotypical bookworm you could ever come across, and you'd have June's personality in a nutshell. She can immerse herself quite happily with any book that she can get her hands on, whether it contain a good fictional story, some interesting facts or some tips on how to duel and improve one's deck. She may even give her opinion on something she's found aloud, regardless of whether or not anyone in her current vicinity cares. When she's not in class studying or taking notes, June can be most commonly found in the library off to one corner, rather than playing outside like most of the others. What can you say? June's not an outdoors kind of person.
When it comes to dueling, June operates almost entirely on a theoretical basis, and isn't afraid to experiment with cards that may look good on paper. Whether or not a card or two falls flat in practice is something she'll have to find out when she duels someone. Speaking of dueling, June will occasionally give her two cents on any given play her opponent makes whether they ask for it or not. She can take the game rather seriously at times, and would rather both her and her opponent playing to the best of their abilities if she's expected to get any enjoyment out of the game of Duel Monsters as a whole. After all, the whole reason she enrolled in the Duel School in the first place was so that she could be a highly competent professional duelist some day, and nothing will stop her from chasing her dream.
June Homura lived a pretty ordinary life. She was brought up in middle class, with a loving mother and father, and an annoying younger sister named Emiya who clung to June like anything... most of the time. However, despite having someone just begging to be played with all the time, the biggest problem June had was with boredom. A lot of that had to with her having no idea what she ultimately wanted to achieve, and having almost no inspiration whatsoever wasn't helping matters. The only thing she truly wanted was to get away from Emiya and her constant nagging 24-7. It was here that she found Margrail Duel School. This was perfect for June; the only way her "dream" of being able to escape from Emiya was if she had to repeat a year for god knows what reason, though she didn't seem like the type who'd be dumb enough to fail anything.
In hindsight, however, getting away from the clutching younger sister that was Emiya was just a bonus. There was another, more prominent aspiration that being enrolled into Margrail Duel School could promise June: a goal in life. Perhaps she could use the knowledge she would gain from this facility to teach others. Alternatively, she could help those less fortunate who don't have any place to call home, whether they be roughly be in the same vicinity or even in another place of the world entirely. Or maybe she'd just go pro like everyone else seemed to want to do. Most of all, however, this was the chance for June to start making a name for herself, and she was determined to see this through.
Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can target 1 of your banished cards; add it to your hand. Monster Effect: During either player's turn, if a card effect is activated that targets an Insect-Type or Plant-Type monster you control, you can change that effect to the following. You must have a face-up "Butterfly Psience" in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect. * That target's owner shuffle 1 face-up Pendulum Monster from his or her Extra Deck to his or her Deck. Then both players draw 1 card.
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: * During either player's turn: You can destroy 1 Plant-Type monster your opponent controls, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its Level/Rank x100. You can only use this effect of "Infernal Red Dragonfly" once per turn.
Veracious Rockhopper
Insect-Type/EARTH/Level 5/2150 ATK/0 DEF Synchro Monster - 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn: You can banish 1 Insect-Type monster from your Graveyard; this card can attack your opponent directly this turn.
So I got this done a little later than I was hoping to; admittedly, there were a few cards here and there that I was ultimately indecisive about. But the main thing was that I got it done, so there's that :/
...
Will make any changes necessary.
Pascience needs t be less generic in terms of what it can return from banishment. Otehrwise everything else is good.
Is Phantasm Spiral actually obscure that it doesn't get a mention? I personally wouldn't count pendulum/normal (Igknight, Metalfoes, the one Bujin, etc) or Paleozoics (normal monsters by card effect) as "normal monsters", and the game doesn't count non-effect ED monsters as normal either. Normal monsters just need a little bit of support to really be good though.
When I asked whether Polymerization and Fusion Substitute counted together, I meant for the sake of the RP, if that would still be "at 3". Granted, I don't think it'll matter much if the card was added when/if the game starts.
How are we dueling by the way? Dueling Book is definitely an option and contains Link monsters if you ever want to bother learning those. I can totes teach the class on Link summoning and the new mechanics. There's also Duel Portal which I don't like or use as much but has actual support for custom cards.
Ammokkx has already said my preferred method of dueling is with numbers allocated to the card and Rolling a D40 or something as you go. Use a simulator if you feel it necessary. Personally fine with someone using a simulator against me, however I'd expect some heavy justification for what they do.
Name Fantina Wrenwight Alias The White Phantom(this is the correct spelling) Appearance
Powered form
Age: 22 Personality: A women who was once happy and upbeat, she has since become cold and withdrawn ever since her accident. Fantina's personality can easily be described as rather warped in concept. She is not above helping people no no. She just feels like she can't help anyone as she is. She doesn't want to become a villain either in that regard. She simply wants to be left alone but you can't get any alone time when you have magical powers. So she continues to help though her style has since become rather brutal as it ends fights quickly without any of the showiness that she used to exhibit, she doesn't see the point of inspiring people to act she just does it to hold onto any fetchings of her old life.
In terms of interacting with others, she refuses to talk about anything that troubles her, preferring to bottle her emotions regardless of the harm it causes her mentally. Simply put she doesn't think she is within her right to push her problems on other people. It goes against what she believes a hero should be. Something she is still trying to be deep down. Simply put she is a large sack of issues but nobody really knows that because she doesn't make attachments easily not sense the accident. If her powers can let her break things so easy. What if she went completely mad and lost her grip on reality. She just never would want that.
Biography: Fantina used to absolutely devote herself to the concept of being a hero. Saving people was simply enough payment for a job well done. It made her feel powerful and it made her feel actually useful. She could go outside and help people and not be the sickly pale night time girl she normal was but ever since the accident she has grown cold and bitter at the concept of all the children running around pretending to know what they are doing without any care in the world.
It wasn't always like that however, the highlight of her life was when she was 16, an up and coming Hero, she called herself the white maiden. She even had an outfit with a mask and everything to compliment her new technique for actually being able to help people. She was happy. People thanked her and were grateful for her contributions to society. So she kept at it, with showmenship and everything. She was gonna be a role model for the mass.
Until the accident.
It was a simple day like any other, she was messing around with her friends from school. They were all drunk. They didn't know what they were doing, they decided to mess around with her powers, it was fun at first watching things get thrown but then they wanted to see things stopped... Sure she could survive a fall from any height but her best friend sure couldn't survive a dead stop in mid air from a high height. It completely broke her body and with it broke Fantina's mind and emotional security.
For two years she refused to do any heroism at all. She just looked herself away in an apartment with ready meals and comfort food as a means to protect her from any harm that could come to her. Though perhaps in between the early therapy sessions her parents paid for she learnt that she still had to do something to honor the memory of her friend. To keep being what had brought her those friends in teh first place. A hero. Though maybe not the same hero.
She was a ghost of her former self. She is the phantom of the white maiden... She is Fantina Wrenwight and she is going to kick your ass if to distract her just a little.
Powers:
This power is effectively summarised as being akin to high power telekinesis which is narrowed down into precise forms. It is all motion and weight based and thus cements her combative style to take place at range, She therefore is fragile in CQC as constant damage to her shield renders her unable to concentrate.
When she is not in her Powered form, she is locked out of all of her ability save for the aura shield, which is passively active regardless of which form she is in.
This power works as follows, say an object was coming at her, and she knew it was coming and from what direction, this power simply takes the momentum of the object and shifts it to the opposite direction. This creates a strong barrier like effect. She used to be able to affect Organic matter with this barrier making a near perfect defence however the trauma she experienced from viewing a broken and battered body has caused her mind to be unable to reflect organic matter at a subconscious level.
This can be seen as similar to a push or a shove on an applied object, essentially cause it to move in a straight line in direction, either a little or at speeds the equivalent of a cannon shot, once again like all of her powers she must be aware of the object in order to affect it.
This allows her to effectively suppress an object by causing it to weigh more, Forcing people to the ground, or in greater instances completely crushing an object under the weight of one its items. It effectively increases of the weight of an object up to 50 tons. As of late however she has been unable to bring this power above 5 tons perhaps due to the subconscious blocks she has put on her powers.
This power allows her to increase an objects speed, much further then what the object would normal attained allowing it to reach nearly unfathomed highs of kinetic energy, This usually destroys the object and anything in its path, similar to a cannon.
This allows her to decrease an object speed in varying amounts, either partially or all at once... Due to a trauma in her past she is currently completely unable to access this ability in this entirety even if she really wants to use it.
A shield comprised of her mental fortitude. that effectively protects her body against attacks, While it can be seen as an extremely potent shield. It is capable of defending against attacks varying from physical blows to mental attacks, however because it is directly tied to her mental fortitude the shield waxs and wains depending on how emotional state. If enough damage is applied to the shield it can cause her nosebleeds and may even render her completely incapacitated as she is simply using her mind as a shield.
This shield is necessary in the event she wishs to use her powers on herself, otherwise she would end up destroying herself when she subjects herself to her own powers. Usually due to the shield she is capable of reaching a dead stop regardless of the height she has fallen or the speed she is falling from with no damage to herself.
Fantina's powers don't actually have any special origin at least to her knowledge, She has had them since birth as a result of her genes aligning perfectly, While these genes are also the result of her albinism they also granted her, her psyker like powers. However, due to her body she is simply unable to use them at their top level capablitys. Hence where hte origin of her powered form comes into play. It is a form brought about by forcefully removing the mental limiters on her powers. A technique she created if only to be able to actually be useful to people as something more then a body shield. She used to use these powers for the good of others like the magical girl and hero's she saw on the news or those other hero but after the accident. She has since sorta given up actively trying to help people and seeking out peoples problems thus powered form has become a rarity in recent times.
Other: She wins all her fights fast. Perhaps thats why she is a phantom. The form never lingers for long... Never keeps things tidy, Her apartment is a complete mess of ready meals and wrappings.
Name: Yukina Tachibana Age: 16 Personality:She is a bright girl and she is easilly wrapped up in her own fantasies. As it can be seen she is a highly energetic person often going about from one thing to another with reckless zeal. She is remains on the bright side of things and has a strong sense of wonder and curiosity. She has a strong sense of wanderlust and tends to wonder what lays over the horizon. One could say she had a strong envy of birds and cloud being able to go where they wanted and see everything that they could.
Bio: Yukina Tachibana grew up well off for the least her father a well known occult writer and novelist. While her mother was a journalist. It is not surprisng to say the least that their occupations had a large impact on her. She grew up moving constantly with her parents from place to place still she occupy herself she often turned to the one thing every place she visisted had in common duel monsters. Over her journies she slowly collected cards though she personally had a personal favorite in terms cards. She personally felt a connection that she couldnt explain really to certain card which she later worked into a workin deck over the course of her forced travels.
I did add the extra. Did you have a problem with it you didn't tell me?
Er, it simply has to do with the fact the deck features too many three ofs to the point where it goes against the point of nerfing the early games consistancy. So I was simply making a point to the fact that you need to reduce the number of three-ofs and in some cases two offs of the archetypal cards in the deck.
Along with reduce Cat and Panther dancers by 1 each.
I made the thing. I haven't thought of any custom cards though I'd like to but I figured it was best to make the character sheet first. Did I miss anything?
Vale is at a somewhat average height of 5 feet and 9 inches and weighs in at approximately 142 pounds. He has pale green eyes and dark red hair that falls just around his eyes but manages to avoid covering them. Naturally he follows dress code, although he plans to see how far he can push it with his socks.
Name: Vale Miyazaki
Age: 16
Personality: Vale is somewhat flashy in nature. He likes it when people pay attention to him and naturally is rather friendly as a result. It's not entirely selfish in nature, he'll go out of his way to help a friend even if it doesn't benefit him. Vale has a flair for storytelling and preforming and this tends to be obvious whether he's dueling or simply chatting with friends. It is also very hard to get Vale riled up and he's practically never seen in a bad mood for any reason.
Bio: Vale was born a child in a house already full of many so fighting for attention became something he was very used to very quickly, a trait learned from home he applied at school. His tendency to grab attention, either through excellence or simply being dramatic, made him friends with teacher's and students respectively. Like any other sane child Vale quickly latched onto the idea of duel monsters and played the game quite often, his attitude making the games fun regardless of who was winning. Vale wasn't the best player, but he was certainly an apt hand at it, his skill expanding as he played against more and more people.
Still he was never quite good enough to beat his oldest brother. Vale never seemed to be able to get the upper-hand on him, duel after duel, no matter how well set up it seemed he was, his brother would tear his plays down with ruthless precision. The kind that made you never want to play against him again. Not that that deterred Vale. Of course the best part about dueling wasn't winning, it was seeing how an opponent played. A dueling school was the natural next step for Vale both so that he could duel with more people and become skilled enough to beat his brother. It didn't hurt that if he could became a famous duelist and be known all over the world. So as soon as he was old enough away he went, to become a first year at Margrail Duel School.
