All sorts of ways! Chi can allow you to move in extremely enhanced ways and even use it to destroy things directly by overloading it. The first chakra can give you extreme enhancement as well, and the second chakra can allow you to do all sorts of magical techniques through its manipulation.

Chi is, in some universes, a vital force forming part of any living entity. It translates as "air" and figuratively as "material energy", "life force", or "energy flow". On the other hand, chakra has two meanings, one of which is the more common: energy flow through the points of concentration in the subtle body. The subtle body is composed of mind, intelligence and ego, which controls the gross physical body. It is also called the "innate body" or the "uncommon means body." Meanwhile, the other kind of chakra is a form of life energy that all individuals in certain universes produce to some degree; those who run out of chakra will die. It's produced within the "chakra coils," that mainly surround and connect to each chakra-producing organ, and the energy circulates throughout the body in a network called the "Chakra Pathway System", which is similar to the cardiovascular system. Chakra is created when two other forms of energy, known collectively as one's "stamina", are moulded together. Physical energy is collected from each and every one of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual energy is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. These two energies becoming more powerful will in turn make the created chakra more powerful.

Samantha: Alright. I'll probably start training in Spirit Power and Nen, since I can help Suzy train in Nen later while learning to heal you both.
Suzy: Then I'm chill with just training in this Emotional Energy stuff, since I can just ask you both for lessons later.
Salvador: Don't expect me to go easy on you later then.
Suzy: *Grins, a wild look in my eye.* Wouldn't dream of it.

Spirit Power, or Spirit Energy, is an aura type energy possessed by all humans in universes where it exists naturally. It is very powerful if used correctly, and can be wielded by any spiritually aware human. It's unique from person to person, much in the same way as fingerprints and voice-prints. This energy can be converted into weapons, used to enhance the strength of the body, and heal. Spirit Energy is linked to emotions and it is essential for one to know their feelings to control their strength. In that way, if you did have EE, you'd have great synergy.

On the other hand, Spiritual Power, or Reiryoku, is a power aligned with the spiritual sensitivity and willpower of the user. It is used by Shinigami and other spiritual beings to provide power for their various abilities. It's closely related to Spiritual Pressure, or Reiatsu. Every spiritual being and every Human has a certain amount of Reiryoku. If this amount is higher than a certain degree, it grants the person superhuman abilities. Those with such an above-average level of Reiryoku are very rare among living mortals. The difference between spiritual pressure and spiritual energy is simple: Reiryoku is the amount of energy a being has stored within their body or soul, whereas Reiatsu is the pressure that a person’s Reiryoku exerts. In other words, Reiryoku is potential while Reiatsu is energy in use and can be sensed by other spiritually aware beings. In general, those with high levels of Reiryoku will often have the highest levels of Reiatsu also. A skilled warrior can overcome a person possessing greater Reiryoku by possessing greater Reiatsu. This is achieved by having greater control over their own spirit energy.

Yep, and quite a lot, too! It looks like both of you can use ki, which makes sense since it's so common, but the girl's got Nen too, and Spirit Power at that! Don't mix that up with the boy's Spiritual Power, though. It looks like that's all you've got though. Only ki as a common factor.

As soon as Honda began his charge, Yukimura began moving up the nearest building, hoping to put some collateral damage between himself and Honda. "Wouldn't you rather put this fight off until the end? You'd make an interesting 'final boss,' as they say!" As he reached the roof he took a defensive stance with his spear. "This war would be much easier with the two of us fighting alongside each other!" In his mind, all Yukimura had to do was outlast Tonbokiri to win, but an ally like Honda doesn't show up very often. If he could garner a partnership with him, the war would become much simpler.

She tried to put herself into everything that Billy threw at her, and to her surprise, she found herself really enjoying the new experiences. "You know what? Let's." They went and tried everything Archer could suggest, money be damned. She gathered a lot of experiences that night, all good in her mind. Except the cigarette. That was a mistake. But after a bottle of wine or so, she found herself much looser and happy, her recent troubles gone. She figured she'd have to learn about hangovers tomorrow too, but that was fine. Another cigarette. Still a bad idea, but much less terrible than when she was sober. Maybe the war would turn out well after all?
