Other two fleets? I assumed only the Coalition and Democracies were present.
@Pirouette
Goddamnit, I keep forgetting your org's name. First I called it the Coalition, and now this ^_^

Sorry, but what should I call em? Because I'm completely blank.

Jack sighed, as he watched the ships leave. Turning, he began speaking to the many men here. The people back home weren't going to like this, but he was going to have to make them listen. Despite being the Earth's official spokesmen, he felt suddenly tiny. As if his actions weren't at all relevant to the grander scale of things. But humanity was on the line here, and even if it wasn't much, he would have to do everything he could. The entire world was relying on him. And whatever threats he would face in the future, he would need to ensure that this world was prepared to handle them.

-----------------------------------------------------

The Tyranid ships were currently feasting on the planets of the solar system, but appeared to be avoiding the Earth. Vast hiveships moved past the Earth at the speed of light, manipulating the space around them to flash from world to world, but none ever entered orbit around the blue planet, nor did they enter firing range of the clones' guns. It was unclear as to why this was happening, but this event would cover the solar system in the Shadow Over the Warp. Any psychic being within the ships would find it's powers diminished if not negated completely, and Mithias himself would feel an immense shadow pressing over his mind. The clones would find themselves completely surrounded by an enemy that didn't seem to even care they were there.

----------------------------------------------------

Mithias suddenly felt something smash into his mind. Breaking straight through the numbness the shadow had caused, it pressed in on his very being with immense force. Pain would course through him, before he found himself automatically shielding himself. The Shadow had lowered his defences, and while his thoughts were still absolutely shielded, it was as if his very soul had been attacked. And yet he could still feel an immense presence around him, like claws scraping on the armour of his mind. And moments later he could feel a voice, so deep and powerful it was as if it was resonating with the depths of his soul.

More less at the same time as the Tayt diplomat, a strange phenomenon began to manifest near the dropship and the diplomatic vessel. Navigational and communications systems began to fritz, as a sudden turbulence struck the ships. Screens began to flash with static, even as a strange sound could be heard through all coms systems. It was a methodical grinding, like a vast array of gears. Interference would soon make all communication impossible, as all readings began to go completely insane. Even as the crew of both ships were struggling to deal with the strange hazard, a voice would project itself through every speaker it could find. It was a soft voice, speaking with mallign confidence, as calmly as if it was reading the news. "A pathetic display of the inferior psychical race. I am reborn from your fear, and I have come to see your greatest nightmares reborn in this world. The digital world will be mine to mold as I please once I have devoured the data from this dimension."

High in the atmosphere of Arcadia-2, an anomaly would manifest itself. Digital information would begin to take form, manipulating this reality to create a physical form. A blob of formless matter seemed to manifest, before it formed itself into the shape of a long-armed humanoid figure. Colours became clear, and Devimon was fully formed in this reality, in all his evil glory. Devimon looked over the ships of the Democracies and the Dominion, and he simply smiled. Such arrogance in the physical beings. He would devour their data, and he would gain the strength to conquer the Digital World. He would destroy the Chosen Children, and he would prove to Apocalymon that he had always been his master's greatest servant. Of course, it would be then that he would surpass, and devour, Apocalymon himself. He was destined, after all, to be the greatest evil of all time.

Don't know about a timeskip, but I sent Nova off to sleep. So eh?

The God Emperor sighed, as he read the minds of these beings. They were weak-willed, malevolent creatures. They could no more be called life than the dirt he stood on, and would be treated as such. He disliked using others as mindless slaves, but it seemed that he would be forced to do so by circumstances. His forces at current were no match for the approaching darkness, he would need all the muscle he could get. Even if the means of acquisition were... questionable.

Of course, the biomancer also had not escaped his attention. While he could sense the nature of his specialization, the art of mutating the flesh was not new to him. Far from the religious zealousness of the Imperium, Nova was a man of science. He was intrigued by the methods used by this individual, and recognized he would form an excellent tool in claiming this world. He was also well aware that he would be rather easy to manipulate, with no mind control needed. "Darven, you may count yourself among our numbers. However, I believe the Yakuza wish to tend to their own wounded. Within this fortress, you will be offered shelter and protection from all foreign forces." Nova made no indication as to what he meant with 'this fortress', but that was to come.

Now, he focused on the lizard forces before him. He fougth through his headache as he reached into each and every one of their minds. In his current state, he would not have been able to perform such a wide-spread mind-control on humans. But these creatures seemed to posses only a fraction of a true 'soul', lacking the free will to reject the orders he placed in their minds. He spoke, and as he did, his words carried an inhuman weight. It was as if his voice shook the very Earth. "You will serve me faithfully, and you will fight for the Imperium with no regard for your lives. From this day on, you live only for me, and for the Imperium of Man." And with those words, he twisted their minds into obediance. He engraved his commands into their souls, knowing that their nature would make them unthinkingly loyal to him. It was merely a matter of changing their goals.

Of course, there was a rather unexpected.... side effect. The Golden Throne had been constructed by Kolon after all, and it was filled with the kinds of quirks any kolon device contained. Even as The Emperor commanded the power of the Warp, it was filtered through the thoughts of a Kolon. And while he was still able to use it for his own goals, this caused several additional effects to manifest. The previously rather intimidating lizardmen seemed to explode in a cloud of smoke. When the coloured smoke cleared moments later, they had transformed into tiny, chibified versions of themselves. Laughing, they raised their weapons in joy. Not only had they been granted the absolute loyalty he had intended to instil, but they would serve him gladly. With unnatural glee, in fact.

Nova took a moment to consider this new discovery, and then discarded it with a sigh. He could work this kink out of his throne in time, but for the time being it didn't seem like it would decrease the throne's function as a weapon for war. More importantly, he would need to construct his fortress once more. And despite being mostly drained, he would be able to do at least this. Raising his hands, he caused the rubble of his original fortress to reform, stone once more assuming the form of walls, dust forming once more into rock. A swirling telekinetic tornado rebuilt the entire fortress from the ground up, as if time itself were reversing. In about a minute, the Imperial Palace stood once more, the Kolon Hut and Synthesizing Table placed neatly in their own little workshop space. He further gave the Kolons an order to reinforce the palace, granting them permission to add any kind of machine to it that they believed would be necessary, provided it contained no AI.

After having completed this, he sighed. "Banha, your scientists may use the Kolon synthesizing table and workshop for their tests, if they're able to figure out how it works. Don't worry about the lizardfolk, they've been made harmless." He gestured in the general direction of Banha. He would also ensure the portals remained open, so that when and if Ruiko made her decision she would be able to join the away crew. "Those going to switzerland, remember not to engage the Daemon." With that, he stood and left. He had spent all the energy he had, and would need to rest. Fortunately, he'd been able to construct a bed for himself.
I'll post for Devimon and the God Emperor when I get home.
@Savato
And he already can make black gears, just requires some data.
@Lmpkio
Is it alright if I nerf it so it only affects digital beings and devices? So he could control a robot, but not a person. And then make an exception for cybertronians for.... reasons.

Name: Devimon
Age: 2 million years
Species: Digimon
Gender: Male
Personality:
Dark and sinister, Devimon is the very embodiment of evil. He seeks to dominate the entire world, both the digital and the physical world. However he's strangely ineffective at doing so, given to engaging in monologues and complex schemes that end up going nowhere. He's cruel ot be sure, but he's not the brightest crayon in the shed.
Bio:
Devimon was once an angel-type Digimon. However, for unknown reasons, he was deleted. His data reformed in the Dark Area, having survived the transition, and became wrathful. Transformed by his hatred, he rose once more as Devimon, intent on destroying the digital world, and the physical world as well.
Abilities:
[Digimon]
As a being constructed from the combined power of digital information and human emotion, Devimon is a far cry from an organic being. He doesn't bleed, can't be poisoned and is immune to disease. He has no internal organs, and as such is unaffected by many effects that rely on this. He also doesn't have a 'mind' in the same sense as organic beings, and as such is immune to psionic effects. Physically manifested psionic powers such as the psi-lance or Warp powers will still affect him.

As a Virus type, Devimon has the additional properties of an infection. He's able to consume and corrupt data around him. While most digimon function as a source of interference for digital devices around them when manifested in the real world, devimon actively corrupts and destroys these devices. He is also able to take control of almost anything digital with relative ease, and can absorb large amounts of data in order to gain power. Should he gain too much power, he will digivolve to Miyotismon.

[Stats]
Despite being just Champion level, Devimon is an incredibly powerful Digimon. He has the power to move near the speed of sound, and has enough strength to casually toss buildings. His durability allows him to take immense amounts of punishment without caring. He also can't be knocked down to rookie level, as champion is his natural form. He can fly at immense speeds as well, in addition to possessing teleportation and the ability to phase through solid objects.

[Black Gears]
Devimon controls the fiendish devices known as Black Gears. Their appearance follows their name, and they serve as his instruments of corruption and control. Any digital being struck by a black gear is corrupted by it's effect, and forced under Devimon's control. These black gears are also capable of extending his control, possessing digital devices of any kind. They are made from corrupted data, and as such can be absorbed to increase Devimon's power. He can also make new gears from existing data.

[Touch of Evil]
With just a touch, Devimon is able to fill his target with evil. This ability allows him to instantly convert unprotected digital or mechanical beings to the side of evil, even mindless automatons instantly joining his dark legions. Living beings such as humans are also affected, although they are able to resist the touch. It's effectiveness depends on the target's willpower, and how close they already are to falling to the dark side. The effects of the Touch of Evil can be reversed by divine magic or energy, or through an act of willpower by the target.

[Death Claw, Hell Contract, and Laser Wing]
Using several moves, Devimon is able to inflict devastating amounts of damage. His attacks fire projectiles of pure evil energy capable of leveling buildings with ease, and he's capable of casually leveling a small city when at full power. These attacks are weaker against beings of divine good.
