It seemed this little dispute had been resolves. Unfortunately, Khaine might just start another one soon after. When the female figure approached and gave her message, he snatched her out of the air, an armoured gauntlet closing around her neck. He made sure to relax his grip so as not to break her neck, and to allow her to speak, but applied enough pressure for severe discomfort. "There is a small creature of angelic origin that I am seeking. You represent this location to some extent. Tell me where this individual is if you possess the knowledge, or set your people to search if you do not." Needless to say, manners were nonexistent among the Sons of Baal. And a race of immortal beings had stunningly few compunctions about killing mortals for even the most minor of reasons.
@Savato@Flamelord

First to arrive were the Dark Outliners. Strictly on time, as always. For how unruly their crew was, they seemed stunningly apt at keeping to a schedule. Draigo sighed at the antics of their head ghoul, the mutant scum known as Eto. It seemed that they had allowed their egos to go out of check, and Draigo resisted the urge to cut them down on the spot. He had listened to the audiologs and seen the camera footage, he knew full well what Eto was capable of in a fight. And while he did believe he could take her, now was not the time to test that theory. At least as long as she knew not to cross the line. "There is no need for the Emperor to attend events such as these. Creatures such as yourself are unworthy of his presence." He shot her a pointed glare, carrying some of the presence of his psychic powers. The mere force of the attention would be enough to cow most humans, although it was doubtful it would have much effect on the Ghoul.

Second to arrive were the Goa'Uld. Not as powerful as the Alliance, not as cunning as the Outliners, and with three times the ego. These xenos had spent most of the war sitting on the sidelines, feeling superior. Like the Eldar, without the higher brain functions. Kaldor himself held them in nothing but contempt, a race that lacked the will to do battle but yet was shameless enough to belittle the superior human race. It was an atrocity. Again, he forced himself in line. The jaffa formed nothing more than canon fodder to him, and he had no doubt that he could tear them to shreds if he wished it. But the Imperium did not need a new war on it's hands. "Ba'al, you will keep your wife in check. This is a peace meeting, and insolence will not be tolerated. Should you fail to do so, this uncultured barbarian will personally be forced to rectify your xenos culture." The implications of the statement were only mildly genocidal. But Kaldor had wiped out species over less, and the Goa'Uld armies did not threaten him.

The Alliance had yet to arrive, but undoubtedly their representatives would bring havoc, if they showed up at all. He might as well get this meeting underway before then. "Now that we have all gathered here, allow me to state the rules of this event. None of the representatives are to draw weapons. Use of abilities are allowed, so long as those abilities are not used in a harmful fashion. Threats will be allowed, but any attempt at carrying through on them during this meeting will be considered breaking the rules. This convene is an attempt to create peace and prosperity. Should you be unable to respect the simple requirements of this convene, then it will be ruled that your faction isn't worth the effort of talking to. Such a faction will be nothing more than a threat to a potential peaceful solution, and will be eradicated before the next meeting commences." The statement was made with certainty, in an almost matter-of-fact fashion. Regardless of how the other factions fashioned their odds against the Imperium, they would know in that instant that Kaldor knew, with absolute certainty, that the Imperium would eradicate any and all challengers. And his confidence was not without reason. "Now, allow us to begin. Sir Arus?"

The diplomat known as Malden Arus stood from his seat, smiling nervously. He was but a normal human in a room of superhumans and monsters, something that quite rightly terrified him. However, he was a diplomat, and when he spoke he did not allow his personal anxiety to change the confidence of his voice. "The first order of business is borders and lands. Each of the factions besides the Outliners has already laid claim to a certain amount of land, and the borders of each nation must be firmly established. Furthermore, the Imperium at least is interested in expanding it's borders, and integrating new lands into the Imperium. If other factions share similar interests, the remaining lands will need to be divided according to resources, location, and size." The diplomat rolled a large map onto the table, containing information on where large settlements were located. Most cities of the new world were nestled in the ruins of the old world, although there were some exceptions. Sweden was crossed out, as the location had become uninhabitable.
@Nightknight
You can post any time you wish, and I am always open to communications. I can be reached through Skype, Steam or PM.
The city of Winnipeg was located in the contested area between the New Empirium and the Alliance of Conquerors. While both sides had withdrawn their armies, the city had seen many conflicts, and bore the scars of months of high-powered warfare. The ruins of drop pods lay amidst crashed bowser ships and scores of unmarked mass graves. Despite all this, the city had somehow acquired a population. People who wished to be associated with neither faction gathered here. Raiders and thieves, criminals and traders, those who fed on the war between the factions, preying on both sides equally. There was no law beyond the law of the jungle, as minor villains from across the multiverse gathered, warred and schemed. A vile hive of corruption and villainy, but also one of the best places for Viral at the time.

Arriving in this new universe, Viral's first order of business had been to establish the pecking order. He was at the top, of course. All who had crossed him had either been slaughtered, or enslaved. For the second order of business was to establish an army. Viral was even prepared to enlist the disgusting humans, as he realized that he alone would have no chance of establishing Beastman superiority here. But there was no doubt in his mind that if he prepared the stage, his master would soon follow him into this realm, and another world would become part of the unrelenting Spiral Empire. He would raise an army, and annihilate the fools who had mistakenly claimed the abundant resources of this world for themselves.

Of course, he had met with resistance. Few were willing to serve him, either following an allegiance to some other faction or their own desire for freedom. These particular fools were vast and diverse, and all had equally good reasons not to assist him in his assuredly suicidal task. Not that they were given a choice. Beaten into submission, bandits and raiders soon turned into useful allies, even if not entirely willing ones. The Viral Squadron was soon established as a large raiding group in the Contested Zone, wiping out trade groups and ambushing patrols on both sides of the conflict. But now, Viral was finally ready to set his grand plan in motion. He would conquer the city of Winnipeg, and he would make the scum that fought there into his new army. Then he would be ready to challenge the larger factions, an unexpected third party who would wipe out all in his path. All humans who clung to the surface would be annihilated, besides perhaps those who followed him into battle.

The mech Enkidu stood far from the edge of the city, staring out over the crumbled pillars of civilisation and hastily rebuilt houses, rickety street markets and gun shows attracting the maggots of the earth. Around the mech's feet a small force of about 50 warriors had gathered, humans armed with high-tech weaponry and riding two armoured hover-boats. The dual laser gattling guns equipped on each of these boats formed the main firepower of the attack, but firing slots allowed those inside to contribute as well, until they were offloaded to fortify an important strategic position. Just as important were the ground troops, some 200 rifraff crew from various universes. Some, more feudal types preferred melee weaponry, but more advanced versions of their standard equipment had been provided. Only the best gear would suffice. One had even managed to attach a Bolter to a turret, making for a high-powered weapon, although he possessed only limited ammo. All in all it was a small army, the product of months of work and conquering. And if this heist was successful, it would be expanded into a force to be truly reckoned with.

A bright red beam shot out from the crescent moon on Enki's helmet, slamming into a market area in the city. The resulting explosion wiped out the entire district, larger buildings shaking down and the ramshackle fortifications of the city falling down. This was the signal for attack, and the two hoverboats shot off, followed by the general infantry. Bullets, lasers and even spells flew through the air as Viral's invading force attacked, loudly declaring that this city was now property of the Viral Squad. Enki itself shot forward, flipping over a house to land in one of the many recreational areas of the city. A quick barrage of kunai fired from his left arm took out the meager defensive emplacements present in the city, as his voice rang out from the mech. "Those who wish to live, bow to your new master. Join my forces, and you may live to see the end of my purge." And with his message delivered, he moved on. Those who resisted or attempted to flee the city would soon be mopped up, few could outpace the giant legs of a Gunman after all.

((GM Note:
This scene is designed to integrate non-faction characters. Any non-faction characters may be in the city, part of the Viral Squad, or may be outsiders interfering in the carnage, visible from many kilometers away. They might even be members of the factions, moving to interject in this conflict, perhaps believing it to be an advance from the opposing faction.))
Name: Viral
Appearance:

Personality:
A proud warrior, loyal to the Spiral Emperor. Viral considers humans to be lesser creatures, and works tirelessly to prove his superiority to them. He is also stubborn to a fault, and has a strong sense of honour. While not entirely above a sneak attack, he loves fighting a worthy opponent, and often gives his opponents time to prepare if he believes them to be worth the effort. On the battlefield, Viral commands the respect of his men and refuses to sit on the back lines.
Abilities:
- Immortality
Upon learning of the origin of the beastmen, Lord Genome bestowed immortality upon Viral. While it is unknown if he truly cannot die, Viral does not age or tire. He can continue acting for an indefinite amount of time, and needs neither sleep nor the solar charge that most beastmen require. This immortality also grants him rapid regeneration, and most wounds close almost instantly. Some believe Lord Genome also transformed him into a Spiral Entity, granting him the ability to generate Spiral Power like most humans of the Gurren Lagann universe, but he is unable to use this in any meaningful way.

- Master Combatant
Viral is a highly trained warrior, bred and trained for the purpose of eliminating humans from the surface world. He's an incredibly skilled hand-to-hand combatant, with great agility and speed. He's also a master pilot, being trusted with some of the most advanced technology available in the Spiral Empire. While he avoids guns in general, he is also quite skilled with a longbow, and specializes in bladed implements.

- Advanced Senses
Perhaps due to his animal heritage, Viral possesses a sense of sight and smell that dwarfs the human sensory range. He's able to detect opponents far away and through cover, as well as tracking enemies through smell alone. His nightvision is superhuman, but he's still bothered by the lack of light, especially as he isn't used to being able to act during nighttime.
Equipment:
- Cleaver: A favoured weapon in hand-to-hand, this long battle cleaver becomes a lethal weapon in Viral's hands.
- Longbow: Of archaic design, this weapon is mainly used for hunting, as Viral prefers face-to-face combat.

seperate stat sheet for his mecha:

Name: Enki
Appearance:

Abilities:
- High-powered Machinery
The high-tech engines inside of Enki grant it immense speed and strength. It can move with the exact speed and flexibility of it's user, even greater with an experienced pilot. When used by Viral, the Enki is able to react to supersonic projectiles, leap over objects many times it's size, and perform other stunning feats of agility, uninhibited by it's immense weight. It's strength is perhaps even more impressive, as it's capable of lifting over a hundred tons. It's striking strength can easily send other mechs flying, and it tears through mech armour bare-handed with ease. This makes it a stunningly dangerous combatant, and those used to less agile mechs will find themselves swiftly dispatched.

- Armament
The Enki is equipped with a variety of high-powered weaponry. It possess kunai launchers, missile launchers, cannons, and it wields two long black katanas in melee combat. Defensively, it employs an extendable wrist-based shield capable of withstanding heavy arms fire. The most powerful weapon in it's arsenal is probably the laser mounted in it's helmet. This immensely powerful attack can wipe out most foes in a single strike, and has been known to wipe away areas the size of a small city block with one shot. However, it requires a short time to charge, allowing those facing it's fury some time to escape.
@Pirouette
Yep, welcome to the reboot.
@Nightknight
Yes, I have seen it (hence the Man Emperor reference). However, this Emperor is slightly different, because I wanted a character that would not invite the other faction leaders just to shout at them.
@Nightknight
Yes, he's accepted. I'll post an opening post for non-faction characters tomorrow, which you may want to use as your intro.
Name: Kaldor Draigo, Supreme Grand Master of the Grey Knights
Appearance:

Personality:
A man of true faith and discipline, Kaldor Draigo has yet to learn the meaning of doubt. Or of fear, for that matter. A peerless warrior, Kaldor is utterly devoted to the Emperor, and will gladly offer up his life if he feels the sacrifice is needed. On the battlefield there is nothing that can unnerve him, no threat he is unwilling to face. However, he finds himself less comfortable in the position of a peacekeeper and administrator in a peaceful empire. While obeying the empire and fighting for peace, he silently longs for war, where once more he can live by blade and faith alone.
Abilities:
- The Emperor Protects
Among all the Space Marines, only the Grey Knights are truly exempt from corruption. They are trained to face demons, and only the most disciplined and willfull of warriors are accepted into their orders. The divine protections and chants they learn harden their minds and souls, making them all but immune to psionic meddling and eldritch temptation. In over 10.000 years, not a single Grey Knight has been corrupted by Chaos. Kaldor Draigo's mind is even more sturdy than most, hardened by unending devotion and unflinching discipline. He has tested himself against the Chaos Gods themselves, and they could find no purchase on his soul. Attempting to mind control or manipulate Kaldor is a futile practise, even for beings vastly more powerful than himself.

- Angel of Death
The Astartes were created from the Primarchs, who gained their ability from the Man Emperor himself. Nova, as he is now called, created these vast legions as superhuman death machines to enforce his rule and protect his people. Ascending acolytes are implanted with several special organs which alter their body into that of an Astartes, an Angel of Death. They gain superhuman speed, the best of them being fast enough to slice supersonic bolter rounds out of the air. They additionally become incredibly tough, their bones able to withstand armour-piercing bullets, and take on a size and strength far beyond that of a human. Even outside of their armour, Astartes can punch through steel plates and lift cars into the air. The Astartes also have far greater natural lifespans than humans, some being able to live up to a thousand years of age, although it is quite rare for an astartes to die of old age. Their long lives spent in constant warfare means that no astartes exists who isn't an elite warrior, comparable to the prodigious masters of battle on Earth.

- We are the Hammer
Every single member of the Grey Knights is a Psyker, a human capable of channeling warp energies. While this grants one great power, it also makes you a prime target for daemon and other warp entities. Psykers who don't carefully monitor their powers often go insane, die, or even become tools for the Chaos Gods in the material realm. This has lead to the incredibly strict selection process and training that goes into becoming a Grey Knight. Kaldor Draigo is an especially powerful Psyker, specializing in Sacred Daemonology. He can rip the souls from his enemies, banish demons, negate enemy psionic abilities, and create powerful warp maelstroms capable of tearing large space ships from the air, in addition to some other abilities. Kaldor Draigo mainly uses his psionic powers to augment his physical prowess, and to add to his daemon-slaying powers.

- Agent of the Divine
Among all psykers and warriors, the Grey Knights alone are the final barrier between humanity and the Daemon of the Warp. Kaldor is armed with the divine words of banishment, the rites of purification, and the blessings of the Emperor. The forces of evil and corruption are bent by his will, and banished from his presence. Kaldor is additionally effective against beings of chaos and supernaturally evil beings such as demons or daemon.

Equipment:
- Titansword
This blade was forged from the axe of a Greater Daemon of Khorne slain in his very realm. The legendary blade is of Nemesis design, channeling the wielder's psionic power into a devastating Edge, in addition to the molecule-destabilizing field common to Power weapons. The titansword can slice through even superheavy armour with relative easy, and turns even the greatest daemon to mincemeat.

- Aegis Terminator Armour
A massive suit of powered armour, forged from ceramite and adamantium. The Aegis design further incorporates a layer of arcane seals and protective spells that ward off evil and the warp. This armouris able to withstand even the heaviest of punishment, and most conventional weaponry should barely be able to scratch it. This is in addition to the psionic protection provided by his own powers.
