I am longer RickyG; Toad King was something my son called me when he was, like, 3, as a compliment. I was sitting on a stoop between some little toad statues or something, he thought it was cool.

I'm surprised I'm not seeing more ideas popping up for rp's... I may be forced to try past ideas of my own, again, which I'm sure will go just GREAT...

Bio

Bios are stupid; oh, sure, everyone can see them, but I bet nobody reads them.

Rude hand gestures and shpadoinkle, there.

No, I wasn't drunk when I wrote this, but I was very tired.

@Ikan nice post, well worth the wait! I really felt the tension. I'd meant to imply that it was your character peaking out from an open manhole, but I can edit that out before my next post. I need to reread the other post as well, aiming to get the next post up before the end of the week!
The sun was just rising above the horizon, as a ship made it into Watcher's Bay; a great crescent of land, where the waters calm, no matter how bad the storm. At the center? An island. Dead-center in the bay, like a great eye. The Elves called it "The Sentinel"; something to do with a guardian spirit that protected the region, but settlers just call it Panopticon Island- In addition to building the lighthouse, it's position made it completely impossible to approach it unseen; one could watch the entire bay.

They made it the first stop before truly setting foot in the New World. Tieflings have made a home for themselves, there, but that's another story. No, This story takes us straight to the mainland, straight past Panopticon, to Watcher's Harbor, the true first step onto the continent, and it's boomed into quite the city! It's location is treated as "The New World, in a nutshell"- ample fishing, fertile farmlands, a trade hub, but most of all, rich mining!

Of course, when industry grows, so do vises- the Rusty Bulette wasn't the only saloon in town, but it was the most successful! It's popularity made it an obvious choice when they were selecting bulletin board locations- especially for checking the "Wanted" posters, and local events, such as the latest addition; "Watcher's Harbor Second Annual Quickdraw Contest! First Prize: $500 Gold, and First Class Tickets aboard the Iron Snake Railway! Test your mettle, and prove you have what it takes to make it in the New World! (contestants are to register at the Gaming Window of the nearest saloon; 5 Gold Entry Fee due at registration)"

Legend has it, this is where some of the Wild New World's greatest tales began...

I do belive you pinged the wrong man

You are correct, my apologies; I've been living with radically reduced caffeine, still adjusting. @Tywellthe ping was meant for you
@Redking0380 fix your hider, I think another one of your commands was mistyped as well

@Fetzen Don't forget to post it in the character tab!

Ok, I'm aiming to resume the rp on Monday, the 29th, hoping to see you all return, and any interested parties should finish and submit characters!
