@Ryougu I would prefer the name always being listed as given then family in the CS, only so I know which I'm looking at. Also, there is no 'very adept'. He's just an Adept. Secondly, you don't have a pervasion technique to utilize Seer Spec. If you want pervasion, it would be a self-adjust power.

Biography:
Palav grew up in a small village in Tashkent. Once he became older, he joined the newly formed Adept Representation and Education of Neutral Affiliates, in order to support the group, and seek safety in its numbers. He soon, however, found solidarity, as he excelled to the point of becoming a field operative in a relatively short time. Due to the resources at A.R.E.N.A's disposal, he was able to acquire a specialized spear attuned to his Septima, with a counterbore guard near the end of the blade.
A cool, levelheaded individual, Palav is sometimes seen as someone who's hard to talk to. His responses often come off as cold and distant, as he tends to be rather terse. Despite seeming emotionless, Palav has preferences and his own way of doing things. While he'll usually let a one-time annoyance slide, constant infractions will soon raise his ire.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by! I'm starting a roleplay based on the game Azure Striker Gunvolt, a 2D action platformer made by IntiCreates, who worked on several games of the Mega Man series. Anyway, this rp would be a prequel to the games, taking place an indeterminate amount of time beforehand. It will involve a high tech 'near future' mostly based in metropolitan areas, and have a bit of a mission format, meaning your character could easily be under the employ of an agency, or just doing their own thing.
