Current When it is time to write, I want to worldbuild. When it is time to worldbuild, I want to collab. When it is time to collab, I want to write. This is the cycle. These are the rules.

Sad to say I'm currently experiencing Writer's Block. Luckily I learned Writer's Kung Fu and I can chop the block in half with my hands like Bruce Lee

Why is the sun like bread? It rises in the yeast, and sets in the waist. Haha! Isn't that so cute? Join my RP or more puns will come.

What's the difference between a Hollywood actor and a piece of driftwood? One is Justin Timberlake. The other is timber, just in a lake. Hahathisiswhati'mdoinginsteadofwriting

Bio

Current RP I want you to join: roleplayerguild.com/topics/191461-car…

Hey y'all. I've been at this for about 12 years, and I've played a lot of kinds of RP. I like fantasy and sci-fi the most, just because they give me the most to worldbuild with, but I'm cool with almost anything. I just like writing.

No, I said if Vania joins her, she'll be with the Nephilim, because Sybil is also with the Nephilim.

Ahhh, my mistake. I misunderstood your comment.

At this point, I think Kaezira would just freeze anyone who comes up
@Jeyma

No, but isn't she with them?

Well, sure, but only because the Institute library has a books and records that will help her discover her past. But you said she was a Nephilim, and she's a neutral according to everything Sana has said. She has no more loyalty or alignment to the Nephs than your character does.
@SanaChan

Lol. The criminal joining up with the Nephilm. That'll go well

Are you saying Sybil is a Nephilim?
XD

Really want to make a second character, though. I just don't have one in mind besides the fact they're a female elf who likes/liked adventuring, gave Amber her pipes and uses a bow/crossbow/both. I can never finalise a backstory/alignment

It depends on the character you're making and your writing style. Want something dramatic? Tragic past. Want an aggressive one? Think of a backstory that forced her to become that way. If you want an adventurer, think of a backstory that might have lead to them desiring adventure.

But you've been asking for help on the backstory for days now. If you can't think of a backstory, just give her a few paragraphs of generic backstory and mention the parts you already know (meeting your last character)
Just to say I haven't vanished

Wonderful! I'm sure all the others will be glad to hear i-

@Jeyma MEMES

Apparently, memes are more important than Silver having not vanished.

(I'm trying so hard not to post right now because I want to but the past two posts are both written largely by me.)
Totally complaining be, don't even lie.

(not legit complaining- just shitposting)
@Lawful Newtral

I like it a lot, but one small issue: Rayu has a surprisingly normal body. No extra limbs. In fact, she's very beautiful by most standards. She does have sharp teeth and wings, tho.

Delete that bit and I'm cool with the rest.
@Jeyma Yeah, sure. I can roll with that. Don't expect him to remain in contact with this Fleshspinner, though.

Of course not.

Rayu, if you remember my character sheet in detail, is the lost best friend of Shertul.

Being a fleshspinner, she has no qualms about feeding on flesh (duh) and blood like Shertul almost did with Crow, but she has a stronger moral compass and will only drink blood from murderers, rapists, thugs and so on. She feeds on the scum of society, so maybe your character decided she deserved to be let free.
Say we have a Nephilim. And said Nephilim one day made a decision to spare a Revenant or other being of chaos from complete purging. Would this Nephilim be punished and if so, how and how severe?

Sounds like this falls under the noble jurisdiction of @Arkaotic.

EDIT: Didn't see his post when I replied

But if it were me, I'd guess they'd have a lot of punishment and distrust to deal with. I imagine something like...

They aren't trusted enough to go on missions alone any more, so they must always be escorted along by a senior Nepher. Perhaps they had to spend time re-training like a new initiate, to make sure the lessons sunk in this time.

Sidenote: If you would be so kind, let the "Revenant or other being of chaos" your dude sparred be a Fleshspinner instead of a Rev, who was caught drinking the blood of a victim. BUT that victim was discovered to be a rapist and general thug, so your character felt sympathy and spared the fleshy blood-drinker b/c their only crime was killing a rapist/murderer/thief/scumbag.

And let that Fleshspinner be named... Rayu

(if you're okay with that)
