Well we got to do something here Apollo. Even if I revealed one of the villains of the story here they wouldn't really do much. Especially the radical group they'd be helping Ylisse if anything.

The closest thing I could think of is someone escaping with one of the younger captives but that would be dumb because screaming would alert the guards and kidnapping is a general sign of guards coming. I was planning on having a battle take place but I'm not sure if it would be still appropriate given the circumstances of the states of our characters. Zaku is tired, Jiro wouldn't march into a war without his friends, Isabelle is not going to do shit with Zaku warn out unless someone came to her, and your character doesn't seem the type to join in fights. Apollo's guy might but it's a toss up. The best idea I can throw up is the bounty board. Maybe going to look for some cheap work would throw you in with Jiro who would in turn pass time with you two, who in turn will wrap you up with the others, who in turn will kick off the part of chapter one.

Well you can't be going to an assembly without knowing where to go. And just in case you don't know some Japanese high schools to my knowledge go to assemblies as a class. It's implausible at best for you to get your way there without knowing where to go.

"Are all connections clear for the Sandrock? I'm reading all green on Duel, Raigo, and the other suits over here." called out Engineer Yuri as he worked out the launching sequences sending data on who was launching where. In the other hanger the other suits were preparing to launch themselves. Graham and SIGMA were readying themselves for an all out brutal war and they knew that things were going to be bad for one side or another. Mariemaia's Army was more than likely not going to make this easy for the enemy by any stretch of the imagination. Surrounded...outnumbered...this was going to be something very bloody indeed. Or at the very least that's what Captain Jason Hiyan thought as he stroked back his sleek black hair. "Paul I need you to keep on the offensive as much as possible. But don't take too much time and don't take many hits. I know what're your capable of so try to make Mariemaia take the brunt of this if possible. We don't need to lose more men." commented Jason to Paul over the communications link set up between the two privately. "I've got this don't worry. I'm almost ready to launch just waiting on the others to green up." Paul commented as he prepared Raigo for launch. As usual he was hesitant about using energy before battle. Unlike his comrades he didn't have a battery he could throw away.

Mariemaia's Army had positioned themselves in the cliff face somewhere off to the western entrance to the enemy forces. Witz was chosen to lead the forces into battle despite being inexperienced as a commander which was made up for by the surprisingly helpful Kenta and Mareimaia's veteran officers. Twelve of the Serpent Class Mobile suits and the others they brought along with them. Airmaster sat on top of a cliff overlooking and scanning the enemy base. "Those bastards are ready for an attack..." commented Witz as he took a look at the enemy suits positioned at the gates and the air base hangers where there certainly was enemy MS stored if not soldiers. It looked like it would be one hell of a struggle. "I trust that you will all do as commanded...with or without our new allies we need to move forward and flank the enemy hard. Don't break from the attack just drill right through them. Blunt force combined with speed is essential in this battle." Kenta said as one of Mariemaia's officers named Jacob ordered his Serpent units to prepare to advance as soon as their allies got the signal.

Short of forcing him to give up on the whole scenario then no and it seems he would do that after all Helios gave him quite the complex what do you guys think?
