devaronian is the race you're looking for. They're basically thugs for the hutts for the most part.

Man I'd love to be proven wrong so i'll keep trying but still it sucks like the fourth time this has happened for entirely seperate reasons each as dumb as the last.

Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio
I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.
These do not take place in the lost belts so while servants like Anastasia shouldn't appear I may make an exception for a few as long as they're plausible within Normal Human History. Others like the above mentioned Salieri, and Atlanta Alter should be fine since the former is just an anti-hero, and Alter isn't much of an actual alter.
The world is a fragile place....for hundreds of thousands of years humanity as struggled through the ages to keep peace, and prosperity always falling back on war. Mages, heroes, and normal humans have struggled to reach out to grasp at fame, fortune, and prosperity. Fear of failure, of defeat, of destruction is always a constant thing. Something to be reminded of every time some single individual reaches out to grasp is the fact that things could go horribly wrong at any given moment. A single alteration, a single failure, a single deviation from the norm...it sends the world into a chaotic spiral, and a distortion is made upon an unsuspecting world. Mages are one of the more common reasons things go wrong.
Be it the Dead Apostles, or an overtly ambitious fellow with too much to gain, and not enough to lose the world tends to fall apart at the touch of fate's hand. Hatred, jealousy, justice, despair, honor, friendship, and other self destructive tendencies have been the cause of mages, and humans alike to fall, and break what should be set in stone. Guidelines, and history itself changing to suit the needs of the many, and the hopeless. Be it for good intentions, or for ill the time line of the world is easily disrupted...perhaps a young man wished for peace...perhaps they rescued a friend...or maybe they just wanted a bit more power...and everything went wrong.
This is Chaldea, The Organization for the Preservation of Human Order, Finis Chaldea is it's full name and we have been active for many years now in the Alps. For a time Chaldea held together the world as it stood for centuries. Perhaps correcting a small lapse in time here, or perhaps making sure the evil mages of the world were kept in check in present time. Regardless it seems that the world itself is rebelling against them at times. More frequently enemy magi have been showing up as if to place the clock tower in checkmate, and destroy Chaldea agents, and finally bring doom upon the world. Many have been defeated. The enemy's true name is not known. However distortions, and changes in time are becoming more frequent forcing the top team of Chaldea to summon servants in an attempt to stop it. This worked for a time...however the recent anomaly has caused an issue...a rift...the first team is lost...dead more than likely. An attempt to stop the destruction of the world is now in the hands of the second team now allowed to summon their servants they prepare for the worst yet to come.
We play as Team B the back up squad, and the second to last line of defense. Chosen for either our skill, our powerful magical lineage, or some other assorted special ability we are effectively the best chance Chaldea has now of stopping the destruction of the world.
==== Rules: 1. All Standard Roleplay Rules Apply. Power Playing, God Modding, and other assorted non-sense is not allowed.
2. No over powered servants. Demi-Gods, and servants such as Gilgamesh, Beserker Hercules, and folks of that nature are not allowed. I can't have unkillable servants that make everyone else pale in comparison. The same can extend to a number of characters like the grands (Merlin, King Hassan, etc). Not only that but its possible certain servants may flat out invalidate certain major encounters. Ask before you pick a servant, and I'll help you with them if need be. Other examples may be the likes of Sun Wukong, Guan Yu, Richard the 1st, etc.
3. I must approve of your characters personally before allowing them into the roleplay. Characters not approved do not get noticed in the IC. Post characters in the OOC before approval.
4. PVP is allowed in certain circumstances and will be taken up in the arena, or through collab however BOTH parties must agree to the battle. Battles will be done more than likely in a controlled Chaldera environment.
5. Everyone starts with three command seals. Command Seals are renewed once per distortion travel.
6. 2-3 Noble Phantasm limit on Servants whom are not canon. This is to prevent power playing, and shenanigans. I may be considerate of more than three if the servant warrants it. Remember in the show at least the noble phantasm is suppose to be a defining aspect of the legend of the servant. Some canon servants have more than three and I may accept those on a case by case basis.
7. I reserve the right to gm to reject characters for any basis. Be it for personal conduct, or roleplay reasons the same goes for barring certain people from the roleplay due to past experiences.
Further Notes:
Furthermore while not a rule I encourage others to minimize complaints, and negative feedback. The last fate roleplay I made ended when I received nothing but constant negative comments about objectively minor things for about a month or two straight. No one likes to hear complaints for that long. All I ask is that if you have something you wish to be brought up to be polite about it, and or be careful of wording. I am not asking for 'safe space' so much as just to ease up on me I have no issues with critiques just not constant, and repeated ones.
Flying Servants may be restrictive in this roleplay. I know this may be an issue to some people but consider that many servants don't have proper ways to engage an enemy who flies reliably. More so flying servants can also subvert land traps, and make encounters much more difficult to make for me personally.
I will be easing up on my regular restrictions and will allow minor avengers like Salieri, and the like to appear MAYBE low level rulers as well. I will still not be allowing true alters as playable characters as they are corrupted servants essentially and may make things complicated.
I will be willing to bend lore, and in universe rules to some extent to help make the roleplay fun but it will only be to enhance the quality of this roleplay. I don't wish to make this unrecognizable as a fate roleplay. Likewise I am neither an expert, nor have a doctorate in Nasuverse lore I may get things wrong.
Finally I will be allowing masters to have more than one servant but not too many. If we have an unequal amount of servants per master basis you may need to double up on characters. You're free to double up regardless, or team up with someone else.
Base Parameters: (Rate them A-E. Normal Human (or humans that actually existed) Servants will rarely have certain attributes above C unless their history, or tales depict them of being able to use one of them very handily) Strength: (筋力, Kinryoku?): Bodily might in terms of power. Endurance: (耐久, Taikyū?): How much damage one can withstand. Agility: (敏捷, Binshō?): Quickness and speed of reaction. Magical Power: (魔力, Maryoku?): How much magical energy can be handled. Good luck: (幸運, Kōun?): The quality of one's luck. Noble Phantasm: (宝具, Hōgu?): The strength of the Noble Phantasm one owns. While the ranking will often match their strongest Noble Phantasm, it will sometimes only reflect a secondary Noble Phantasm, or display a ranking higher or lower than their available wares.
In the years following the great Valsia-Dayrian War the Great Country of Dayria was victorious over the Valsian Army, and annexed its land. The continent of Avadonia had been shaken by this war for the past five years with constant border skirmishes happening. The war was brought upon by trade disagreements, and more over a long standing feud between their ruling family. King Ravadel, a charming and charismatic king from Dayria had won the final battle at legendary Howleed's Keep which had been Valsia's greatest fortress. In singles combat he fought, and rallied what would've been a war tide turning route that would've decimated the first, second, and fourth army battalions of Dayria. However in the final act of the battle he was slain by the now viceroy of the annexed Valsian territory Anton Winters in a desperate last struggle. Anton survived only due to the fact that his last surviving lieutenant ordered their men to stand down in the keep as he struggled to stay alive from his own wounds inflicted during the month long siege, and his recent duel with the former king. Ravadel was greatly beloved, and he left behind a court the loved, and admired him.
Dayria's neighbors Sylvania, led by Karl Linderholme, the young adult king who led the heavily merchant based kingdom after succeeded his grand father five years earlier, Xionia, a quiet country led by Count Victor Monroe with a strong military presence, and Ashwall a desolate but strong nomadic nation renown for their horse archers that had long since passed the test of time and is the oldest nation on the continent had all agreed that they will not attack Dayria for various reasons mostly due to food shortages in the case of the latter two, and a marriage promise from Karl to the now Queen of Dayria Annette Liedell.
The honor guard of the former king has now passed to the queen, and they have all promised to faithfully serve the ruler since long before the queen has assumed the throne. Now charged with protecting the queen the knight guard of the kingdom must carefully see to it the queen is protected...but she is a far cry from her father. She is childish, immature, and sadistic though she does at times show hints of her father's innate charisma. Her brother serves as the head butler, and assists the honor guard until such a time he is needed to ascend but he is unlikely to do so being a shy, and rather humble boy who is fiercely loyal to his sister.
The court though enamored with king Ravadel now has plotters willing to try to kill the tyrant princess as she attempts to strangle her own kingdom to amuse herself. Will the queen be able to survive? Or is just a question of how much is enough before the kingdom rebels?

Important locations: Howleed's Keep - The place where the king died it is now the key to former Valsia territories.
Yondor - Capital of Dayria
Ricktor's Fortress - Dayrian's most fortified city to west near Slyvania
Ashtown - Capital of Ashwall
Summerdale - Capital of Slyvania
Crackentown - Important trade port for all nations located in Slyvania
Saint Brandon's Landing - Xionia's capital
There are numerous smaller villages throughout all the kingdoms that players may chose to make up, or say they are from. I will give more information as needed.
This roleplay will be centered around a more realistic fighting system meaning no magic, or dynasty warriors style mass murder. Fighting more than two experienced warrior people may be an issue even for some of the honor guard it depends on the persons involved.
I will answer any questions below though if possible.
I took some inspiration from kekkeki sensen but the overall world is different. Hell Salem is taken from there but the combat functions differs greatly and it's not just New York that's been effected. The convergence event just kicked off things. Im just hesitant to rename salem it because I'm not sure how much interest will be generated. Likewise white rose is not libra they're more civilian and have more in common with say the church from blue exorcist but even then the Paladin's here are just prominent combat operatives.
As ot stands people dont use blood as weapons and the government has a more active role in hunting down both rogue humans and monsters like kaiju also show up. The long list of terms should make it clear enough that its mixing a lot together from different types of things that make it original. People would call it homebrew if it were dnd.
Edit: I'd like to further explain this now that I'm actually awake. There are also a number of things that are present in Kekkei Sensen, or other anime that aren't in here. For example there isn't direct influence from any number of gods that may or may not exist in this roleplay. Demons are actual demons not monsters. White (or was it black) from the anime was similar in that he had another entity in him but these ones are more intrusive and he wasn't able to conjure actual weapons. Black Born are more similar to bleach visored. But masks aren't a commonality upon the already few people who become them. The one that will appear in this rp for the most part as a part of white rose is a boy who conjures a black sword, and a mask that acts as a conduit for his power. The more he uses it the more intrusive it becomes on his self control. The paladins, and church are officially sponsoring us we aren't police. We're actual vigilantes operating out of some church legitimacy but we'd be active without their help. There's a number of things that differ this from any one series.
Life was normal on Earth up until the Convergence. Three years ago, a gateway between Earth and the Beyond opened over the city of New York. In one terrible night, New York was destroyed and rebuilt, trapping New Yorkers and extradimentional creatures alike in an impenetrable bubble. This event is what caused an awakening of super natural events unlike any seen before. People started to gain psychic powers allowing them to do numerous things such as controlling elements, conjure a personal magical weapon, or even make constructs of hard light made by their own minds among other powers. Some were more esoteric than others. Some simply gained more speed, and strength allowing them to perform super human feats. However not all the populace has such abilities. Militaries around the world quickly formed a task force called Force Grey to combat the less than friendly creatures. This extradimentional event also triggered the appearance of what could only be called demons. With demons appearing and preying on the young and innocent Force Grey was split even further eventually they began to focus more on bigger threats leaving smaller ones to be dealt with by the standard military, or even the police. In an attempt to eliminate, and destroy both hostile extras, and the demons a splinter group broke off of Force Grey becoming the international Vigilante Group called The White Rose Syndicate. Built up and backed mostly by the church they are neither recognized by the police or the world at large.
Now, New York has been rechristened Hellsalem's Lot, a paranormal melting pot where magic and madness dwell alongside the mundane, where every form of human vermin gathers to exploit otherwordly assets for earthly profit. Now someone is threatening to breach the bubble and release Hellsalem's Lot's horrors, but the mysterious superagents of The White Roses fight to prevent the unthinkable.
The Rose's members operate both inside and outside the city and are typically blood-technique users or some description of super-human. The full scope of the organisation is unknown and, due to its secretive nature, precise information regarding the organisation is said to be worth billions to the criminal underworld. Law-enforcement agencies within Hellsalem's Lot also appear to be after Libra, probably due to their vigilante activities. However, the police have been shown to co-operate with Libra in severe circumstances to achieve a common goal.
With the branch of Libra operating in the Hellsalem's Lot lacking in new members due to transfers being needed across the hot spots in other areas new, and older members are reinstated in order to help combat the everyday evil King, and Queen of Depravity.

Terms:
Force Grey: International Police, and Military Operators determined to bring down any hostile monsters who threaten the general world order. Seperated into individual task forces led by General Toshi Nakamura, and other special names include Commander Ferdinand Bradley, Carl Winser, and Arnulf Ivanov.
White Rose Syndicate: A privately backed, and church funded militia group who acts as vigilantes fighting against demons on a less scrupulous, and military styled manner. Loosely led overall by Paladin of the Catholic Church Ermilo Manieri, and the head of the New York office is Jack Brown who overall serves as the operator.
Paladins: Church agents who've officially combated, and survived major catastrophes around the world recognized for their skill, and ability to fight.
Elementer: People who have gained the abilities due to the rift that allows them to control one, or more elements. Though it is generally seen that people can only control one element some have gained power over two but are known to be considerably less powerful than ones who wield one.
Newtype: People who gained abilities due to the rift's disturbance who have gained some sort of physical super power be it strength, speed, or other style.
The Possessed: Humans who have given into, or been forcibly possessed by a demon.
Black Born: Humans who have overcome their possession and are able to with the help of, or inspite the demon controlling them. They able to conjure a spiritual weapon and fight like some newtypes but have usually shown to have issues keeping up with them. All are non-Elementers, and Newtypes. These people are also exceedingly rare. Usually are required to on and off channel their energy out of their body less they mutate, or lose control to the demon inside.
Silverite: A sort of silver styled metal that is found after the convergence event around the world. It is exceedingly hard to mine, and process into weapons.
Extras: Creatures from the otherside humanoid or otherwise that possess, and are sometimes friendly, others not so much. They take on many forms from cat girls, to lizardmen, to people with tentacles as well as other animal styled traits. Some are known to eat humans though delegations from both sides have made it illegal.
Agent: Standard humans are still able to fight by using weapons enchanted by a rare metal called Silverite which originates from the other side. Some have found success by using weapons formally blessed by a church priest who is truly devoted.
Espers: Esper type fighters are shown to use more mental, and telekinetic styled abilities they mostly gained their abilities to their brain chemistry being altered by the disturbance. Some have been shown to have less esoteric styled abilities such as the ability to form barriers.

In terms of setting we will be playing members of the White Rose Syndicate as I'm not sure how well a forced military style roleplay would work out. We can either start as new agents, or civilians that get recruited. Power scaling is rather simple. Most of us will be at most be able to destroy a big city block at full power. This is for the sake of keeping things rather controllable as I'm honestly not to great when it comes to fights, I will ask for some help with that if need be if someone wants to volunteer for co-gm I'd appreciate it.
With the above being said the power scale's actual upper limit is large city level (as in wiping out the entire city in one blast) but those are the top tier, and while there are monsters that get there we won't be running into that many in Hell Salem which is were we will be playing.
If there are any questions you may feel free to ask them. Fore warning the posts won't likely be everyday events but if posters go a week without notice they will be removed from the roleplay.
@KarismaWhen Coda bumped into him Evan had already been very much deep in thought about how he should go about making sure the food, and water were safe. He knew nothing of this island, and what happened to their teacher...he doubted it was a singular incident. However after Coda pointed out something in the distance he put his hand to his chin, and thought quietly not saying a word before he sighed. "Don't know could be a trap, could be someone messing around, could just be nothing at all. If you'd like to transform, or go over there with me we can investigate it if you want. Who knows maybe we could get lucky and find a good camp site." Evan stated as he looked back at his partner waiting for an answer. He didn't want to force him into a situation where he would be panicked that would be bad for their resonance.
"Before I got here I dispatched a handful of Clone Assassins. Watch out some of them may not be wielding blasters to kill us. Though I'm sure I need not tell a master that. I apologize if I am rude I get this way when I'm in my survival mind set." Alec said calmly in all truthfullness he was incapable of being rude he really didn't feel anger, even as the temple was burnt to the ground, and his comrades died in droves behind him Alec's biological incapability of feeling that emotion both made him an excellent jedi, and a poor people person. "I was with the temple guards in the security room. I can try to send a message to them...or not if you desire."
