from what i see, you've only been a user for 18 days, that's pretty new.
So, you made a spam thread because the GM for an RP you are all in is mad that you were spamming in his OOC? May i suggest getting a skype group together instead, so you can more conveniently chat with each other. Another perk is that less newfucks clog up spam :D.

Edit: Spam is for bullshitting ironically, not bullshitting for bullshitting's sake.

And can we set monsters in face-up defense position, which kind of literally makes some cards have absolutely NO downsides?

I guess i forgot to put it in the rules, even though I thought i added it. Alright, rule #9 addresses this now. 8000LP, current TCG rulings.

Edit: Welp, considering 4000LP was already used in that duel, and that I don't want to have them redo it, we will just make it 4000, i guess.
