Bio

I got into Roleplaying, er more specifically Post by Post Roleplaying around, I think it was four years ago? It feels much longer than that. My good friend whose now far too busy in college introduced me. He wanted by make a Mass Effect RP for his younger brother, or Cousin, something along those line. The games series was far to mature for someone of his age but he felt he could make a family friendly RP. And while that never panned out, I was hooked. Fast forward to the present day and I'm an avid RP and casual writer. I mainly prefer Fallout RPs, and am working on my own which will take place in the fictional Lore of Alaska. But it's far from ready. Between my laziness and my workload of various RPs and Videogames I am often rather busy. Yet I always find myself exceptionally bored. So I like contemplating Philosophical Conundrums.

Gotta make sure I don't forget then. I'll probably ask that someone remind me in about eight hours or so.
@Natty I'll send you some stuffs in a PM after work. It'll be a copy paste of the Doc. It will take some time since I start work in like ten minutes so, my day hasn't even started.
I may follow suit with @GreenGrenade and post a CS of my character here, although reframe from posting until Season 2.

Also i'm thinking about moving him to Pacific Point as that might be best for my character! Mostly because he was going to be Namor/Aquaman-esque in regards to powers. The plan before was to have him operate out of Lake Michigan, as well as to turn Atlantis into a crashed ship that landed thousands of years ago, although i'm sort of going off that idea now!

So yeah, if i can flesh the idea out better or something, I'll be working on some sort of aquatic themed hero. That being said, I do have a few other ideas I'm interested in!

I did write some stuff that's semi cannon for Merfolk. I say semi cannon as it's not offical until it's implemented into an IC post.

The Merfolk of Atlantis

While their actual lineage as Atlantean has been hotly disputed amongst Merfolk being a mere legend, most do consider themselves to be in fact Atlantean even though no physical proof has been found to authenticate that claim. Merfolk live in deep underwater caverns, the largest under the Marianas Trench, they're protected from the surface world by an artificial sea floor above them which acts as their ceiling for their Kingdom.

Merfolk have long believed Humans to be vile monsters dating back centuries past when a Mermaid fell in love with a Human Prince and sought to walk along side him. Entering a pact with a Sea Witch she gained the ability to live above the water. However the Human Prince did not love her, he was to marry into a Human Kingdom, become a King and rule a Country. The Prince was a notorious philanderer and loved the idea of toying with a woman's heart. The Mermaid a Princess by birth returned to the Sea Witch to undo the spell, but she could not for the spell dictated that so long as the Prince lived she could not return to the Sea. It was what she thought she wanted or thought she wanted, but she was a naive and kindhearted girl unable to kill the Prince she killed herself. Once the King learned of his daughter's death he exiled the Sea Witch who ironically found true love and bore many children after meeting her husband elsewhere.

Since then the Merfolk had avoided all contact with Humans. And a longstanding grudge has been harbored by nearly all Merfolk; although some do realize that not all Humans are evil and that most are decent people. Those that reside among Demi Human Colonies are rare indeed, it is not uncommon to see a total of two Merfolk in an entire lifetime. The Merfolk vary according to age and species; young adolescents bare the signature tail that myths often account for, but as they age they gain leg like appendages. Merfolk include Mermen and Mermaids, Mersharks and Meroctopds most Sea Creatures are represented among the Merfolk and coloration can be vivid with semi translucent skin. Those who do live on the surface use a device call Hydroflow, which sends currents of water across the gills in a contained and bulky neck brace.
Muhahwahwah!!!
Working on an US map of the CaH RPG world. So far I have the following cities are map.

Lost Haven (duh)
Albany
New York City
Grant City (@Gowi you said it was an alternate version of Machinaw City, Michigan, correct?)
Pacific Point

Any others that I am missing?

Didn't Duke Nukem make a city somewhere? You know the one aptly named after certain assets.
@KaiserElectric I'd like that to be the case, if Ded okays it we might be able to work on something. Also it's been bothering me for a while, I think your character the Avatar Merfolk. Is from Undertale, but who is it? And I'm guessing it's female?

Also. I actually miss your previous avatar. I dunno. I got used to seeing it I guess.
<Snipped quote by KaiserElectric>

Well, my plans for that character moving to Pacific Point was a long-term plan that, until we decided to do the season 2 and the time jump, would have taken some time to get to those plans. However, with the time jump, I'm leaping right into those plans. So just an FYI for all those intending to join for Season 2.

Edit: Also, it's Pacific Point, not Pacific Coast (although it is ON the Pacific coast ).

So, can I have a Poseidon Energy facility out there? It'll probably be just a NPC place, for ambiance. Plus they do research into bio energy. Things from sea creatures like Eels and whatnot.
@Dedonus Aw I wish I knew about a Pacific Coast city earlier, it would have made more sense for Riley to move there. :P

Then again I could always come up with a reason to move my characters in that direction... *ponders*

Well Heroes always have some reason. Usually thar be danger!! No. Wait that's Pirate speak. I wonder if I could have a Pacific Coast City Poseidon Energy facility out there?
@NeutralNexus Dickens is technically from another planet. A few actually. Well his species is.
@Dedonus What I mean is like a bio-augmented super-solider who wears heavy power armor and serves some sort of military force.

Yeah, why not. There are very few restrictions on hero or villain types.
