Arianna Louise Watson

Obstacle Course ~ Camp Half-Blood

Interacting With: Peter Hasselbaink (@Gowia), and Charlie Alexander (@smarty0114)

"Cute little curly-haired healer? I don't know about that..."

Feigning an extremely (though obviously) over the top shocked and rather disgusted expression at the fact that he even had to ask about her new little nick-name for his sexy sunny little ass, Arianna shook her head lightly from side to side in disbelief of having to explain something that even she believed should have been more than obvious, even to the most closed off people around them… like Erin. Yeah..! Yeah; everyone was like Erin- wait… that didn’t sound right... Shoving the confusing thought to the back of her mind for later consideration on the topic when she had more time, Ari turned her attention back to the new man in her life that she knew for certain was going to be a pretty good friend to have around- Peter seemed like a pretty cool guy, one that she could most certainly get along with really easily… one who was fun to be around as well; she was certainly going to love hanging around with him.

“Haha; pfft..! You’re kidding me right..? You, mister check-out-how-sexy-my-ass-looks-in-these-jeans, are the son of Apollo, and as such, you’re also my new favorite doctor; and don’t you try and forget it, cause I won’t- even if your brother’s get jealous of all the attention I give you…” Not really even taking too much notice of what it was that she was doing as she quickly brought herself around and to a stop in front of him, Arianna quickly though softly closed her right eye, her head tilting ever so slightly to the side and the tip of her tongue cutely poking out from within her mouth, her shoulders swinging lightly back and forth for a few moments as she leant just that little bit closer into his body; seemingly not even caring that the front of her top had dropped forward, giving him the perfect view of her breasts if he so happily wanted it, though the way that he was looking back at her so expectantly caused her mind to work overtime to once more regain her train of thought… You know; he really was pretty cute… shit, what had she been thinking about again..?

"So you're the new Son of Apollo. I'm Charlie, Son of Athena. Hopefully Arianna here hasn't given you too much trouble. So where were you guys off to?"

Seemingly way too focused in on showing around her cute new friend while dishing out as much camp gossip as she possibly could, Arianna hadn’t even noticed the familiar Athena boy as he made his way over and up to the both of them as they wandered away from the area until the sound of his all too familiar voice hit her ears, causing for her to rip her attention away from Peter just long enough to stick her tongue childishly out in Charlie’s direction before finally, she rolled her eyes and once more returned her gaze back over to the son of Apollo with an amused chuckle- there was something going on with Charlie… he wasn’t acting like himself… talking like a squirrel hopped on coffee, grinning wider than the Cheshire Cat; yep, there was something going on alright. Boy had to be in love; he had the hots for someone… now she just had to figure out who he had the hots for…

“Well, if a map of camp is what you’re looking for sexy, than the right guy just ran into us… though he seems to be acting a little off key today; and I should know, I make sure that the keys on Ky’s piano are perfectly pitched every few monkeys or so.” Lifting up the now empty bottle of beer that she was holding in her other hand so that it was directly in front of her eyes, she narrowed them in both confusion and curiosity, as though she wasn’t sure what had happened to the alcohol inside- when in the world had she finished her beer..?

“So tell me Charlie-boy… who’s got your glasses all fogged up; cause it’s obvious you got the hots for someone.”
Hey guys; I'm so sorry that it took me so long to get a post up and done... just for my peace of mind, if you're still with us and wanna continue on with all this fantasy fun, please let me know by liking this OOC post, or shooting off a roll-call message..! Thankies in advance..!

The Docks & Royal Courtyard ~ Camelot, Albion

Things here were just so strange… so different… and though while the pleasures of Rome were sorely going to be missed during her time in Albion, she knew for a fact that Camelot had much to offer in its own way. Bringing her hands together over her lap once she was comfortable within her seat, her ankles crossing over one another as she allowed her gaze to wander away and out the window, her dark gaze slowly gliding over everything that she could see before finally, it settled upon the figure of a young blond man that was stood within the crowd of onlookers, his attention (much like the rest) caught by the arrival of the Roman ship which seemed to stand tall above the rest of those which lined the docks- so maybe Camelot had a bit more to offer than she had first thought… if that was true, and her eyes were given ample time to moon at such pleasures as the one caught in her sights at this moment, then her stay might just be that little more bearable.

“Gratitude sister; however I fear that you should not make such convictions so hastily.”

Frowning slightly at her brother’s words in regards to her own about going back to their homeland as soon as they possibly could, Seppia flicked her attention away from the man who had caught her attention for only a moment so that she could watch Seppius as he climbed up to join her within the confines of the carriage, the young Roman girl only allowing her beautiful dark eyes to remain upon her brother’s figure for the briefest of seconds before once more letting them stray out the window and back to the blond as the carriage shifted and began to move forwards and away from the dock, a small though slightly amused smile playing over her soft features, “Maybe I have been… hasty in my persecution of this Kingdom; it seems that Camelot has sights just as pleasing to the eye as our dear Rome- however, one flame cannot compare to the beauty that is returning home.”

“While your intention to return us once more to the sands of Rome is noble; I regret to inform you that not all upon this trip shall be able to do just that.”

“You think me stupid..?” Finally managing to tear her gaze away from the blond who had managed to catch her eye from afar, she slowly turned her attention back over to where her brother sat opposite, her brow quirking lightly as though to push the point that she was indeed more observant than he seemed to want to give her credit for- is was more than clear that not all who had made the journey from Rome would be returning… this tournament was one without rules; and much like fights held within the coliseum, death was something to be expected, “I am well aware of the potential fate of the gladiators in which we have brought with us. But those who do not return shall not die in vein; they shall do so with honor, just as would happen should they face the glory and might of the coliseum.”

Considerably taken aback by her brother’s reaction to her response, confusion flickered across her gentle features, her soft pink lips parting ever so slightly and turning down in an obvious frown as the sound of his amused but still rather condescending laughter began to fill the cozy confines of the carriage they were trapped within for the time being; there was something about the very sound caused her to shift uncomfortably within her seat- it was clear he believed that he knew more than she about their trip... why their father had insisted that Seppius accompany her upon what was said to have been an enjoyable few days, she was unsure- politics were something that he found to be enticing; however, a show of faith, and to lay on the charm required that of a woman’s touch.

“I must not have been clear enough; for you see, you misunderstand intent.”

"Misunderstand..?” Unable and unwanting to hide the rather amused smirk that played over her soft pink lips as she thought about his words, Seppia quirked her eyebrow in interest, her head tilting ever so slightly in curiosity of what it was that he believed she did not understand about their trip to Camelot- it was nothing more than a show of friendship between Uther and Augustus; though when her father was unable to attend, he had made sure to send her in his place; it was part of her duty, however with her brother’s strange behavior… she was beginning to think that there might be something more to it, “Oh Seppius, I do believe your mind still sways with the gentle current of the ocean vast. I understand all aspects of my mission perfectly; though one which still eludes me is why father was so insistent on you accompanying me on this journey.”

“Oh my dear sister…” Shifting himself in his seat ever so slightly so that he was instead sitting upon the edge with his elbows resting upon his knees, Seppius turned his full attention back over to where his sister’s beautiful figure sat watching him with a mixture of both excitement and confusion; by the Gods she looked so innocent, so… naive and adorable… Unable to help the small smirk that played over his lips, or the longing and rather lustful glint that flashed over his eyes as he sat watching her, Seppius lifted his hand up from where it had been rested over his knee, the older man gently brushing the backs of his fingers over the supple flesh of her cheek, “It is simple- my presence at your side is to ensure that you fulfill your every duty before I once more sail back to mighty Rome.”

“Y-You jest, Seppius...” The feeling of his fingers softly caressing against her lightly pink-tinged cheek… the playful glint sparkling within his dark eyes as he admired her figure in that manner… the very thought of it caused shivers to run down her spine as she did all that she could to concentrate on what it was that he was actually saying to her, rather than on what it was that he was physically doing, “I was not under the impression that you should be setting sail for home sooner than journeys end. However, if duty calls for your aid, then I look forward to being able to gaze upon your features upon my return.”

“Oh, indeed I shall be departing for Rome once you perform what it is that is needed of you; though I regret to inform that you, along with your slaves and gladiator, shall not be returning to the sands.”

Shooting her eyes open the very moment that she had heard the words fall from between his lips, Seppia lifted her attention back up to where he sat opposite, her hand coming up to quickly remove his hand from her cheek as the thought of his touch now was soon to bring nausea- he had to be jesting... she had spent her whole life grown and raised within Rome; she knew nothing beyond that world… to be cast out and thrown into a world so contrasting to her own… it wasn’t something she even wished to think on- there was something going on in which she hadn’t been told of; something big that was now to impede upon her life and the way in which she lived, “Speak now. What is it you know? What has father told you that he has not conferred to me?”

“Your place as of journey’s start is right here within the walls of Camelot… standing side, and providing heir to your husband to be… Arthur Pendragon.”

“Husband..!?” Lifting her hand up from her lap to instead press it into her chest as though in an attempt to still her ever quickening heart, Seppia couldn’t help but to take a moment to herself so that she could think on what it was that she had just been told- so this was what they had been hiding from her all this time… she was to be wed… and not to just anyone; but to Prince Arthur himself… Suddenly finding it a little harder to breath the air within the small space they had been restricted to, she quickly turned her body within her seat, her back facing her brother’s figure as she brought her hands up to rest upon the frame of the window; the young woman pausing only when the sight of the carriage still moving caught her attention once more, “..arranged marriage..? And to the Prince of another nation..? How could you do this to me, Seppius… you know that this is not what I wish for; I want to be able to have say, and to choose my future husband…”

“It is already done… not to mention it is your duty, Seppia; I will hear none of this. You are to marry the Prince; and you shall fulfill each and every little thing required of you, including providing Arthur with as many heirs that he could wish for. Do I make myself clear..?”

Remaining in complete silence as the carriage took a turn into the courtyard, and began to slow down to a stop in front of the steps and in turn, the small group whom had assembled to greet them on their arrival to Camelot- this was it… there was no getting out of this… Turning back around so that she was sitting properly within her seat as the carriage rocked due to the driver climbing down from his place, she took just another moment to herself before finally, she nodded her head lightly up and down in response to what he had said, letting her brother know that she understood just what it was that he had said to her.

“..I understand…”

Syleste Astrea Nioré

The Obstacle Tower ~ Camp Half-Blood

Interacting with: Charlie Alexander (@smarty0114), Gabriel Davidson (@Grim327)

”Sure I can. I shall lead the way, my lady.”

“Heheh; thank you, my lord..! You’re the best..!” Unable to help the bright though still rather shy smile that crossed over her soft pink lips as she felt the familiar warmth of her friends hand taking a hold of her own, Syleste allowed her feet to follow along in the direction that she could feel him leading her in- Gabe was leaving her… he was going to walk out the safety barrier that protected the camp, and he was going to go on the hunt with their friends to get back Agápi- what that cute pink feather-ball had gotten himself into this time was a complete mystery; she could only just pray to the Gods and Goddesses that weren’t accusing Griffin that those going would be kept safe from harm… the very thought that one of them might get hurt while they were out in the world caused her heart to squeeze lightly within her chest.

She couldn’t understand it… The Gods were older than any one of them down here, yet it seemed as though all they wanted to do was act like two year olds, and to accuse the first person who popped into their mind- oh no… poor Griffin… there was no way he would have stolen from Aphrodite. Griffin was one of the sweetest, kindest and most caring person she had ever met; though she knew that there were others who would say otherwise… The two of them had grown up together, and had even come to the camp together when the time came for them to know the truth about their parents- he was like Mathew was; a big brother, and one she was more than happy to have within her life.

”You know Syleste, Gabe’s a smart guy. Well, I mean of course he is, but I mean he knows a good thing when he sees it, from what I can tell. And you and him seem like a good thing. Wow, you know what, ignore the awkwardness of all that and just take away that I think you and Gabe would be good together.”

Freezing for only a fraction of a second as the sound of Gabe’s name hit her ears, her hand tightened its hold over Charlie’s ever so slightly as her cheek flushed bright red out of embarrassment… H-he really thought that she and Gabe would be good together..? As in… as a couple in a relationship good together..? The very thought of it all had her heart fluttering madly within her chest; by the Gods she couldn’t deny that she liked Gabe in that way… ever since she had met him, he’d managed to make her feel stranger than any other guy had… causing her heart to race fast, her cheeks to get warm, her stomach to churn nervously- however, it wasn’t until one of their friends had mentioned something in teasing that she’d even realized why she felt that way around him… though it didn’t mean that it made talking to him any easier…

“I-I mean, I know that Gabe is smart... and, well, he’s funny too… and-… and he’s really nice to me; he doesn’t treat me like I’m a little child either...” Lifting her free hand up from where it had been resting down by her side, Syleste let her fingers slip back through her long bubblegum pink locks, ruffling them out slightly before finally she let her arm drop back down to her side, instead allowing her fingertips to nervously play with the bottom of her singlet top as she continued to follow the path that Charlie was leading her on- why were things like this so hard..? Whether she liked it or not; Gabe was going to be heading out on this quest… either way, she was ready.

”Hello brave adventurers! Hope I’m not interrupting anything important but Gabe, Syleste had some things to say to you.”

Okay… so maybe ‘ready’ wasn’t exactly the right word to use- while she knew that Charlie had been doing nothing more than telling the truth… why did he have to do it so enthusiastically..? And when there were so many people still around..? Curling her shoulders over slightly out of embarrassment for the whole situation, Syleste slowly slid her hand out of his grasp as her feet began to shuffle across the ground, her cheeks burning a bright shade of red and her fingers closing around the back side of his top as she used it as a guide to shield herself away from prying eyes of the others watching on from the group- crowds had never been her thing… while she had gotten used to them over her years spent in the camp, when it came to matters like this they just became a bit more overwhelming… a bit more nerve inducing… Her crush (or puppy-love as Griffin like to refer to it as) was already a hot topic spoken about around the camp; so why did her conversations with the guy in question also have to be so public..?

”H-hey, Syl. I guess this is some serious stuff with the dove and all. I wasn’t expecting to go on this quest, though. I guess this is one way to be taught the ropes, huh?”

Feeling the material of Charlie’s top slipping out of her grasp as he wandered off and away from where the both of them were standing, Syleste hesitated for a couple of seconds before finally, she slowly turned herself round so that she was facing the direction in which she could hear Gabe’s voice sounding from, her hands both coming together in front of her stomach, and her fingers nervously playing with one another as she nodded her head lightly up and down in agreement to what he was saying, “..sure; I guess… I just hope that Agápi hasn’t gotten himself into too much trouble… I know Griffin didn’t do this- he’s so nice, he would never do a thing like this.”

”So u-um, Charlie said you wanted to tell me something?”

“O-Oh… y-yeah, uhm…” Shifting nervously over the place in which she stood as she nibbled anxiously upon her soft pink lower lip, Syleste pressed both of her hands closer into her stomach as though it was going to help her get out what it was she wanted to say- why was it so hard to talk to him..? If she liked him the way she believed that she did, then it should be easy to speak to him… right..? Shoving the thoughts out of her mind so that they would no longer bother her, Syleste stooped her head down in the direction of her feet for a few moments before finally, she lifted her attention back up to where he was still stood in front of her; the red blush never seeming to die down even as she took a deep breath to get out what she wanted to say to him.

“I, uh… I-I wanted to wish-… Well, to wish you good luck… I mean, it’s your first quest right..? First time away from the camp… from your friends, your brother… from me…”
Hey everyone; letting you know that I am indeed getting you guys a Seppia post up, it's going slow at the moment, but that's because work is really kicking my ass this week, and if I haven't been working, I've been sleeping... I'm so so sorry, and I shall get it up as soon as possible..!

I do also have some news for everyone- unfortunately, I have to inform you all that our very own Shard has decided to take an absence of leave from forum roleplaying; whether this is temporary, or permanent I am unsure and so is he... so I regret to say that he has indeed pulled out of the Camelot roleplay, meaning the following characters now no longer exist: Casper, Ani, and Aiden. As a result of this, we have lost a Co-GM, however this spot has been filled by our very own Polyurethane..!

Once more, I am sorry that I had to bring you all this news aout Shard's departure, but let's all do our best to help Poly out with his new role as Co-GM.

Thank you all for understanding <3

Aella Lorraine Stedford

The Obstacle Tower ~ Camp Half-Blood

What in the name of Pluto had she just wandered into..? The fact that they were handing a quest out so suddenly was something that she had grown used to over the years- it always happened, and while Camp Jupiter was a little more stricter in just how quests were handed out to campers, she knew for a fact that it was something that couldn’t be controlled just because it might be inconvenient to all involved… however, the thought that the Grecian camp were harboring a thief within their ranks only helped to solidify the one lesson that had been pushed onto all Roman campers: ”Never trust a Grecian”. Unable to help the amused chuckle that fell out through her lips as the reactions of the other campers began to fill the air, Aella let her dark eyes flick over to the smaller group of four that had assembled not too far away from the main group- two girls, and two guys; what she could only assume to be the group of campers that were going to be taking charge and going out on this quest for a bird of all things. The problem was, she could sympathize with both sides.

She didn’t know the guy they called Griffin; the only time she had lain eyes upon him was while he had been asked to choose the other three campers which were supposed to accompany him on his journey- and while she couldn’t make any assumptions as to the one who had been accused of the crime, she was also a daughter of Mars with her legacy being that of the Lady Venus… she was an outsider in the matter, and as far as she was concerned, she was planning on keeping it that way for as long as she possibly could.

"I know you didn't do this Hawley, and I believe you I know the four of you will find out who actually stole the Dove."

The sound of her so-called new sister’s voice getting further away from her caused her to pull back and away from her train of thought, both her gaze and attention instead turning watch Elena’s retreating figure as she wandered away from her and over to the group preparing for their quest- so much for showing her around… Shaking her head lightly from side to side, she couldn’t help the way that she rolled her eyes at her sister’s actions before finally she began to work the reigns once again, pulling on them lightly and slowly guiding her horse around and back the way that she had came originally; her dark eyes flicking to meet that of the blond boy who had managed to catch her attention as she passed him by, before she once more tore it away, returning it back to the scenery rest of the camp that was spread out in front of her- it was exactly what she had been expecting when she had first arrived; to be alone, and finding her own way around. It didn’t seem as though it was going to be that difficult; the layout of the camp was (to her) pretty basic and easy to remember.
@smarty0114; those two are going to be a pretty interesting pair x'D
