Yeah. I've been busy. Work + School tends to do that. I did not specify the military powers because prior, no one had asked. Besides, it's not supposed to be easy. Not once did I say my oh-so-perfect army was unbribable, restless, and duty oriented (it's even mentioned that peacekeepers are inexperienced, and have inferior training to full on military personnel). But your character never said that she took advantage of any of those weaknesses to break into base. All you've written about the character is that she's a rebel who likes to goes to riots and break into military bases for funsies. Using what skills? Using what abilities? Bribery? Dashing good looks? Kung fu and an illegally obtained shotgun?

You could've told us about how, I dunno, she found and joined up with a group of rebel sympathizers who organized raids on the USF outposts, or how she found and exploited a weakness in the security system.

And you'd be surprised how much information you could learn from myself or Sep if you asked before making broad assumptions about how his world works. You're free to make assumptions, and sometimes yes, we'll go with them. But that doesn't mean you can get all pissy when we tell you otherwise.

Yes. I've worked at one. This is also the technologically advanced future in a tense Martian colony with political unrest.

Within moments, the attacking 7th had handily demolished most of the base's defenses. Now that the 7th was so close to the ground, it was little issue for McKnight to walk up towards the remaining SAM site and crush the missile launcher with a swipe from his shield. This was a testament to how Mobile Armor Suits had completely changed the face of warfare. No longer were static defenses capable of fending off mobile attackers- SAM launchers and flak cannons that would give aerospace fighters pause were little difficulty for MAS, whose neuro-linked pilots could easily outmaneuver powerful weapons, while withstand fire from faster, weaker armaments. While only a small base, the majority of its defenses had been easily handled by only a quartet of MAS pilots. Admittedly, the pilots were highly trained, the point still stood. The fact that the Coalition were so easily able to leverage so many powerful machines against the UEE was the reason why the UEE had been losing so much ground.

"Gerard, Yuu, locate Maki and Trapp's machines and exit the battleground. William's, keep circling the base and provide the assault team with support. I'll finish off these defense systems."

Who needs bulletproof armor when you have layers upon layers of magazines protecting you.

We usually have a designated ammo grunt when we play outdoor airsoft. In those really big open arenas with a lot of space and time, it is always nice to have extra ammunition, spare batteries, green gas, etc.
