Oh. Sanders wasn't supposed to be a rookie, @BingTheWing but we can make that work. It fits his personality all the same- good job presenting him by the way, though for future reference, he's less a cheery sorta fellow and more the cocky smartass type than anything else.

On that note, how goes everyone else's posts? I'll be posting today or tomorrow, and aim to move the plot onwards by the weekend.

As far as poisons go, Alcohol is pretty weak- its not the strength of the alcohol Adrion's immune system is fighting, rather the volume it was dealing with. Alcohol as a poison is something the normal human body can filter fairly efficiently. Its when you start drinking it by the liter that your liver starts crying.

@Bazmund - I didn't clarify- 'In the dirt' is a saying my club has, doesn't imply dead, just unconscious. Or rather, it does imply dead, but in the knocked out from alcohol way, not literally dead. In our pseudo-frat-cultural club, we introduce all the new kids to the party, then we put them in the dirt.

Resistance to poison or not, "a couple bottles of whiskey" could put a grown man in the dirt. Adrion is a 17 year old weighing 150 lbs, and with his life as a hunter, likely very little body fat. Goddam.

I'm a professional college kid. If its one thing I know about- its alcohol tolerance. Granted I also do volunteer work at a hospital, but I'm pretty sure its the college kid experience.
