I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?
Yggdrasil, as in the tower in the RP, gets its name because it is in a way a "world tree". As in, it is dead center in the middle of the multiverse and you can travel from it along routes to different universes, these routes being like "branches".
I'll never, ever go beyond five characters, and even that's stretching it for me.
I honestly don't expect many people to want more then that, but I'd rather not have to give a hard limit.
I suppose a better way to put it would be that I'm giving limited freedom. I don't want to have to put my foot down, but there's a point where a single person is beginning to play a sizable portion of the cast, and that's too far.
Don't go too far. ^^;
I mean, I might be adding one more character possibly but that's going to be my limit. I want to let people choose their own limits as far as characters go but if it goes too far I'll put my foot down.
The intruder was found, defeated, and then the ship was attacked. The attack was at least apparently unsuccessful as the ship was driven off and the attackers teleported out.
