I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

Torako chose not to comment on the decision that Xin had made, or the argument brewing between him and Kyang. No, instead, her attention was focused solely on the defeated bandits. Quietly, she approached them, one hand resting on the hilt of her katana. Her gaze was cold. The blood was drying on her skin and kimono. Her expression was set intensely, displaying a simmering anger deep beneath the frigid look. She came to a stop directly beside the one who had suffered the defeat from Xin.
"Let me tell you this," Torako began, eyes traveling across his body for a few moments. Her actions here were only natural to her, in the face of who these men were and what they did, what their path in life was and where it had taken them. Indeed, it only made sense to do what she was about to. "If you return to a life of pillaging after your defeat here, nothing will save you."
To illustrate, she quietly unsheathed Taketori, the blade gleaming in the light.
"You will die without understanding what has cut you. You will die in an instant. This is the vow of the Tiger Lily."
