This is a bit of a problem, because both a teacher and two students apparently just stood their and watched them have a conversation. ^^;

Any retort Ariana could have made died in her mouth as she came across the horrendous sight in the cave. Dead bodies. Horribly destroyed, cut apart... Her main set of eyes was wide in horror, her legs feeling weak. For a few moments she was utterly silent, unable to say anything in the face of such a terrible sight. She'd never seen a dead body before, let alone something like this... she felt cold, but then and unpleasant heat rose in her body as nausea kicked in and she felt ill. Unsteady on her eight legs, she wobbled forward and took a hold of a wall in one hand to steady herself, her other hand clapped over her mouth.

She could feel tears welling in her eyes from both the awful scene they had come across, and from the effort of fighting back just how sick she really felt.

@Crimmy: There ARE other Ritual Academies, and there's probably some way to arrange to live there during the school year if you want to go to Otsuki.

... I didn't know there was a term for the latter. That's at least how I imagined it, it's a walk or short drive for the people who attend.

... I don't really know the specific parts of the Prefecture(outside of the wards in Tokyo itself) very well. I know Otsuki is more inland and not right smack in the middle of the densest part of a city and that's about it.

Ahh, see, that didn't really come across. ^^; I would say that, not as a nerf but for the sake of making sense, negative aspects should apply as well.

I think you could actually make that more versatile. Like, say, link a bunch of weapons to use them all at once, break items(not ritual technology, obviously) by linking it to something broken, that sort of thing. Make something light by linking it to a styrofoam cup.
