@Wade Wilson oh no lol. Believe me when I tell you that Chase doesn't care about any of the people at the safe house including Todd. Chase and Sarah weren't a thing, they were literally just a bootycall for the other.

Only reason he was helping with supplies was so he could get some drugs for himself and to help increase the amount of supplies the safe house had so his raiding party could walk away with more later on.

@Wade Wilson Sarah isn't a Hunter from Chase's group, if I understand you correctly. She's just a victim of bad luck and bad timing. She won't be trying to attack anyone least of all Todd.

Can my character be bad/evil?

As VIGILANCE provides an open world environment, your character may be of whatever alignment that you wish. That said, if you plan to wreak havoc upon the city, you will need to submit a plot to a GM for approval first. If you simply wish to rob a store you may go ahead or if you wish to team up with another evil character’s plot then you need to ask the player in charge of it. Likewise good players are free to roam the city and stop petty crime but if you wish to stop a crime ring you need to submit a plot or join a plot that otherwise satisfies your needs.​

That was a pretty good idea though, and perhaps if the Hunters attack, there could be some complications with Todd? Because, after all, Sarah felt a little motherly about him, and Chase might've known about it. There might be some hesitation as to what to do with Todd (if they are gonna attempt to kill the group) and such? It just opens so many doors to character development and the sorts.

Ooh, now I'm thinking how it would be if Todd got raised in that kind of enviroment...

Oh, no lol XD Chase is some sort of hunter from a different group (presumably one that wants to raid/kill the group on 8th street) and it just came over the radio that he'd told them what supplies the group had, the headcount, and what defenses they had, then given the all-clear to attack. Don't worry, though - I had to re-read it a few times before I understood XD
