Essentially, the man that can do just about anything he sets his mind to. I'm not talking about breaking the forth wall or anything, the most he can do is pull a pistol out of his jacket, even if he had no pistol in there to begin with. And I'm talking about something like a Walther P38, nothing overtly powerful. I did link in his CS a scene of how I plan to play him.

Mainly, I am not looking to power-play or anything, pull off ridiculous shit and look like a boss doing it, sure, but mainly this is played for laughs. I primarily made him because I saw we had several stern, serious, superwomen that are known for being ultra-serious, and I like the idea of him giving them a dashing smile and reducing them to giggling fangirls. Primarily, I saw our GM had Satsuki from KLK and I like the idea of scene like.

Satsuki: thinking Oh my god, there he is. That guy that somehow makes all of my mental faculties come to screaming halt whenever he talks to me... What the hell is he?
Ace: "Hello, milady."
Satsuki: remains stoic and serious faced, not replying.
Ace: looks at her, before shrugging and walking away.
Satsuki: Excellent, I have gained some sort of immunity to his effect.
Ace: walking past someone that trips, he catches them and flips them back onto their feet, before brushing them off and continuing walking away.
Satsuki: "... What a guy-DAMMIT!!!"

Granted, he's not going to be doing shit like, outmatching the strength of any super-powered beings. He is physically as fit and combat capable as James Bond.

Anyway, he IS a real character

Chester could hear the pounding vibration of Ves' heavy footsteps and he could tell that she was approaching. The rats he had gathering outside gave him a clear view of the oncoming enemy thanks to his power of being able to perceive everything through the senses of other rats.. He chose to have his small allies wait for there to be an opening in their headquarters since it would be much more hard to have the rats fight out in the open. This was going to be a double edged sword since by waiting for the enemy to attack meant that there was the possibility of Ves taking them all down before they could retaliate.

"I've got a really bad feeling about this" he said to the others as he heard Ves' footsteps come ever closer and then there was a loud boom as the mind-controlled Amazon burst into the gym with her army of Owl-men following right behind. The second Chester heard the entrance to HQ burst apart he commanded the rats to enter and go on the attack. He had swarms of rats leap on and start gnawing at the owl monstrosities and Chester commanded the rats to bite at the beasts' wings first to disable their ability to fly. He chose to let Leviathan and El Sasquatcho handle Ves, Chester was confident in their capability to handle the Amazon.

Unfortantly that confidence almost completely disappeared when he saw Ves punch the fused hero with so much force that it sent Leviathan flying out of the Gym. It was like watching an episode of Dragon Ball Z and Chester began to feel a sense of dread, never had he thought that Ves was that strong as a young Amazon and this worst situation to see that be demonstrated.

"Oh fuck!" he cursed to himself and decided that it was time to shrink and go on the attack with his tiny soldiers. Chester was certain that if they didn't take out Ves immediately she would easily take down El Sasquatcho and then Zero would be next. His mind was racing with what he could do, her new Talon armor would make it harder to find an opening for his rats to exploit so he would need to have them attack her exposed midsection and try to get through her headgear. Chester summoned three hundred rats to him and he hopped onto the back one of them to ride. A line from a movie then popped into his head and he felt the need to quote it.

"SPARTANS PREPARE FOR GLORY!!!!"

he shouted and then commanded the rats to attack with full ferocity. The rats would then leap onto the Amazon and start to bite at whatever part of her body they could bite into as well as well gnaw through the material in her mask to try and get at her face and attack it. Chester wasn't going to let them give any quarter, it was their survival that was on the line and he hoped that Ves would understand. Once his mount got onto the Amazon he started to quickly clime towards her head making extra sure to avoid getting hit. His telepathic connection with the rats would be able to alert him to any of her retaliations even if he didn't see it coming and Chester would try to dodge whatever attack was thrown towards. Most importantly he and his rats would need to hold on as tightly as possible to avoid being thrown off.

@Blue Demon Alright, I'll see what I can do regarding Chieko and getting the two zappers back home while handling this Ninko guy. Should I assume she'd knock the guy out instantly upon giving a half assed response (speaking of the guy trying ti infiltrate).

"JESUS!" Simon yelled as he quickly formed a wall of hard sugar in front of him to block the wrecked cars thrown at him and he was glad that the wall stood up to the barrage of burning metal. This Gojira-San was clearly insane and he would have to watch his back around her if she was this easy to make violent. He let the wall of sugar disappear and he took a few steps away from the burning car parts.

"I think you might want to cut back on the sour candy for a while, oh yeah and also for the love of God please see see a counselor" he said with a nervous smile. His humor had gotten the better of him and Simon had tendency to make jokes when he was nervous or in a serious or dangerous situation. He then made a snickers bar appear in his hand and he held it out for her to take it.

"Here eat a snickers" he said casually.

Ninko was taken a bit by surprise at how quickly the Red Sage put his foot close to Ninko's neck and he had to not react by getting physical, fighting would be useless. He watched Arima turn to look at the other shinobi and Ninko got a bad feeling in his gut that the Red Sage was contemplating whether or not to just kill him then and there. Arima gave him three seconds to explain himself and he would need to be quick about and make it believable.

"My name is Ninko Hazuchi, I was a shinobi of the confederation and ever since I was young I wanted to be a great ninja, one who the people could look up to for admiration and inspiration. I eventually realized that I could never live that dream being part of the corruption that has infested the confederation, I could never see myself as a great shinobi under a lie and that's why I left the confederation. I had hopes that joining the Red Sages would allow me to one day live that dream if the confederation was defeated. I don't care if you kill me here and now, I just wanted to see if I could still see my dreams become a reality by joining your cause" he said in a nervous voice, but it was full of emotion and passion.

Ninko hoped that it would be enough to convince the shinobi to let him tag along and join the Red Sages. From what he had heard it seemed like the Red Sages could use as much help as they could get. This would be his one chance at getting inside the rebel group and he had to take it. This was dangerous and he was risking his life, but Ninko was sure that this would pay off if he did everything right and didn't arouse too much suspicion if he joined the Red Sages.

The thing is, DC heroes are too... boring, or a vast majority of them are. Sure Marvel has a similliar problem, but at least they try to bring levity and realism/day to day stuff to light, while DC hasn't done that since the DCAU, which wasn't even their doing but the animation studio behind Batman TAS.

And I mean more the character IS a cartoon. Most people don't care about canon superhero chars, the genre is more for making fun OCs with canon chars being NPCs. (I still remember you trying to start this topic over and over but not allowing OCs for the LONGEST time. you might have a stigma on these forums because of that.) I think thats what your telling me, yeah?

Or if your saying its too OP, well, its a universe with Superman. I'm pretty sure OP gets thrown out the window with his mere existence. Even then it would be more like Ed from Ed, Edd, n Eddy mixed with a few tex avery stuff or a few disney stuff, and ofc something that lets them make Superman a non issue while not making them all that strong vs everyone else.
