"Yes, Kain. Your beautiful car is still perfect. I put it in its spot. You sure made an impression on Eddie. When he saw me drive it in he left the garage just to be safe from you." She chuckled. "At least this is normal for you. Considering your fever I think this is good. Kain? Why did you leave the HQ? Why did you go into the city? You can't even move. Your pain had to be....terrible." Tia asked.
"When I found out that one of the nurses had taken you out of here I was livid. How could she take you out in that condition. It was completely irresponsible of her. You could have died had you not gotten back here when you did."
Tia watched one of the nurses come in and adjust his antiobiotics. "What did you miss? Well there was a pool party. Wicked got pissed at Omega and burned some of his stuff. Grant was recalled back to the military for some secret mission. R&D has finished with the suits the team members will wear. This is one of them." Tia stood up and modelled the Blue and red suit that enhanced her slim but curvy figure. "The other color suit is black and gold. You get 2 of each. We are starting missions in shifts. Pairs always."

Wicked Looked at Omega and said. "You and I will discuss that outside in a moment." She turned away from him and she asked for more questions on anything Tia had said. There weren't any so she dismissed them. "Okay go to your rooms, change into your new suits and get to your assignments." She went outside to wait for Omega. When he showed up she said, "You owe me an apology. You called me old and the other day you thought I didn't hear you call me classless but I did. I also took but did not burn the sentimental things. I am not cold in fact I'm quite the opposite. The few things I did burn you can go into the store upstairs and replace for free. I would hope this is not how you would treat all women. One night together does not make you my boyfriend. It means I wanted to have sex and I chose you, for whatever reason. Now, you will find your things already returned to your room." With that Wicked turned and went back inside.

Mia shook her head. Her ankle was very swollen. "I really need some ice and ibuprofen." She heard the bell and smiled. "I bet that means they are nearby."

The cops are still there to do their jobs but there are meta humans and other super powered villains out there that need to be brought to justice that the cops can't handle. About that time Wicked walked in and said. "Kain is back and I told him I would have you move his car." She jingled the keys in front of her.
Tia sighed and said, "tag you're it." Tia took the keys and went outside to the car and pulled it into it's space. Next she went into the medical building and into Kain's room. "Knock knock" he looked terrible, she entered and put her hand on his forehead. He was burning up so she yelled, "NURSE Kain has a high fever!" She waited while the staff came in and checked is vitals again. "His vitals were perfect forty minutes ago." "Yes well now they aren't."
Tia took the nurse back to the nurses station and loudly yelled. "You have no patients except those that come in here IF there are injuries. I expect, no I DEMAND you have someone in the room at ALL TIMES. There is NO EXCUSE for losing a patient out the door or one getting a high fever without someone knowing about it!" Tia was so pissed off that she accidentally blew up a clock on the wall when she pointed. The blast was enough to make the nurses cringe. Tia walked back into Kain's room and sat down next to his bed. She hit her comlink. "Wicked, can you handle the team for a while. I want to stay here with Kain. He has a high fever. Yeah, I scared the nurses." She chuckled."Yeah, thanks."
Wicked looked at the group. "So where did Tia leave off?"

Mia smiled as Aki joined her at the fire pit. "Hey, Zwei went to get me some ice and a counselor. He has been gone a while now. No idea where the counselors are." She looked at him oddly. Did you get shot?"
