It's pretty much up to the charachters although the return villains are always going to be related to the Masters of Evil currently the Enchantress is causing a lot of trouble. I don't want to run the entire storyline. I want the charachters to control it for the most part. There are some things I will control. No one moves out of the HQ. You can't heal or aid the bad guys without talking to me about it first because it goes against everything that they are doing. You can't split the team and try to turn them against each other. There can be normal arguments and things, they are still people but no trying to make them evil. For the most part I would like to enjoy the genius of all of you as much as you would like to run with it. Just, please let me know what's going on.

They’re the two biggest buildings in San Clemente, so people might have evacuated there... The hospital and school are both on the other side of town, so it’s best going to the town centre first... We’ll drive closer into the town, and a few of us will scout it, to make sure it’s fine” Ethan didn’t look up from the car, but he knew people were listening to him, just not who."

INERTIA and SHIVER
Shiver looked at the Dr. when she was healing her. "What's up doc? Why are you so upset?" When the doctor didn't answer her Shiver teleported to Tia's office.
"What happened? Why is Evergreen leaving? She is the best that .." Shiver started. Tia raised her voice, "NOT NOW SHIVER!" Her sister glared at her and said, "What did you do?" Tia looked at her, "She was healing the villains to let them loose on us again! I stopped her that is what I did!"
"You should have spoken to her. What did you DO?" Shiver yelled.
Tia exclaimed worn out, "I killed them all so there was nothing left to heal." Shiver shot her with a hail of ice bullets. "OUCH! Quit that!" Tia said as the bullets pushed out of her body. "That hurts!"
"Good!" Shiver said teleporting to Dr. Evergreen. "Look, we need to talk about this. Tia shouldn't have just up and did what she did. Please come back."

Yes she is angry. (I'm not angry.) I understand wanting to heal everyone but at the same time that is not what Dr. Evergreen was supposed to do at the HQ. She is supposed to be there to help the team. The doctor is going to have to conform and work with R&D to advance stuff to save their own people but Tia won't stand for healing the killers.
