"He took Shiver! He just yanked her through a dimensional rift. She is in big trouble. He won't just let her go. Believe me he is, unfortunately, my uncle. Enyo gave him a moment barely and said, "So what are you going to do about it? We can't leave her there you don't realize what he can do! Will you come with me? And please don't start I know this is all my fault if she hadn't been trying to fix my mistake..."

Enyo was so upset she was visibly moving in her own space she was actually blurry to those looking at her. "Come with me? Maybe he will listen to you. At least try! "She tugs at his hand. "Please!"

Shiver, Enyo and Hades

She looked a little crest fallen when he said no but she figured they were making progress anyway. There was hope that eventually they might be able to get along better. Shiver looked at Liz who was entering data into the computer. "Liz can you.." Shiver stopped talking as her ring from Hades began to glow. Shiver held her hand up so that Liz could see it glowing. Shiver got worried. What did that mean? He better not be trying to call her back. She still had roughly 10 weeks left. She hit her comlink "Enyo! It's glowing! What does that..." Shiver glowed but not the usual white/yellow of electricity but a deep red. She began to scream as she was ripped from this dimension and into the one that Hades was in.

Enyo heard Shiver and she screamed before she could say anything. She had been on missions when Shiver called and within seconds she was standing in the office. Liz was still shocked at Shiver's being sucked into a void and now there were piles of papers flying around thanks to Enyo's speed. Enyo looked at Liz. "It was her big ugly ring right?" Liz nodded. "She glowed red not her usual white and she got sucked into this black swirly hole. "Omega!" Enyo yelled into her comlink. "He was going to R&D." Enyo disappeared in another flurry of paperwork. "I swear I am going to anchor everything in this place down with paperweights!" Liz exclaimed.

Shiver was literally shimmered through the dimensional shift without the portal. It was similar to teleporting but she felt flat like she couldn't breathe while doing it. She landed on her knees in front of Hades. "You can't just pull me back here whenever you want to!" Shiver was afraid. She had never been in his home before and she couldn't reach anyone at all. Shiver looked at him with a mixture of fear and hate and she looked around. "My dearest wife. It has been three months." "What? No it's been two weeks." "Not in this world." Shiver was horrified as Hades laughed.

Nikki Hyatt

A few minutes later Jenna entered the gym with a sheet of paper and walked over to Nikki. They spoke for a few minutes and Nikki nodded and entered the girls locker room again this time for a quick rinse off from her workout. When she left the room she was in blue jeans, tank top and sneakers. She jogged across the gym down the hall to her room and switched shoes put her gun in the front inside pocket of her trenchcoat loaded up her knives and grabbed her sword. As Nikki was going out the door she heard Matt, "Nik wait up!" She waited and said something Matt thought was funny and they walked out and Jenna locked back up. Nikki went to her car and looked at the gas tank. She turned around and said, "Let's take the Monster." Matt grinned and climbed up into the driver seat. Progress, he thought to himself.

They went to the usual warehouse. Stocking up had become easier every time they came here. There were fewer walkers every time and there was still so much. Nikki was so glad the refrigerators were still running. Nikki filled one cart with nothing but eggs. They needed to find some living chickens. Her guess was that was going to be really hard to find. Matt had one cart filled with toilet paper and Nikki found a stack in the back of the gardening section of seeds. They could plant a garden as big as the football field if they needed to. Nikki took everything she could fit. She knew the 'how' part would be found in the library. Nikki heard a walker and turned around and she stabbed him in the head as if it was a natural thing. Matt wondered what she would do if they were to ever run into their father.

They got the rest of the list pretty easily and headed out of there. Nikki got down out of the truck to open the gates so Matt could drive in and she closed it back killing the walkers that entered with one swing of her sword. She felt that her arms were stronger than before and she figured it was due to the strength training workouts she was doing.

When the got the truck unloaded Jenna was ecstatic about the eggs. Nikki looked at her. "There are no more there so you gotta make them last." Jenna understood the meaning behind that and nodded and started to plan breakfast a little differently. Less eggs and more cereals and oatmeals.

4:30pm Day 10

Nikki went back to her room to wind down. She took off her boots and put her sneakers back on and stretched her legs and feet. Next she hung her coat up. The sword she cleaned it up with a damp cloth, then she laid it on the desk that she had turned and moved over to the outer wall. She used it as a dresser/tv stand. There was a single bed shoved over in the corner. She hadn't lay down for ten minutes when there was a call over the PA for dinner in 15 minutes.

Nikki walked down the hall and saw Eric in his room. She smiled. "Hungry?"
