So Kyle is in the pool area? I think most of the party goers have left for the most part. He could probably find Enyo. She just came back in from sparring. She could catch him up. Have him knock on her door if you want to.

Enyo was so filled with rage and frustration that she had to find an outlet she was killing things all around her. She picked up the phone and called Bell about getting a hold of Wicked. She said as far as she knew only Shiver could call them. When Enyo slammed her hand down the desk broke.

She got up in frustration and walked outside. She tapped her arm band. A kind of holograph of her mother appeared before her. "I need to find Wicked. Shiver's been...Mom a human put one of those anti power bracelets on her and beat and raped her. I was talking to her not ten minutes before that. We were goofing off as usual. Can you find Wicked?" Her mother nodded. "I'll do my best."

Enyo walked out to the training field and ran circles around the HQ til she couldn't run anymore. Velocity came outside and sparred with her. She needed to destroy something. At least she knew he could take just about anything she dished out. They sparred hard until all she wanted to do was fall down and sleep. Velocity walked her to her room and when she went inside Shiver was sleeping in Omega's arms.

Shiver heard Omega outside the door and she got up. She had no idea how bad she looked. She had refused to look in the mirror. She opened the door just a little to make sure it was him. "You can come in. I look terrible." She let him in and she was shaking. "I can't stop shaking." She needed to hold onto things to get back to the bed. She was wearing a long nightgown that went just past her knees and fuzzy dog slippers. "Can you hold me so I won't shake so hard?" She closed her eyes and held onto his arms as he held her.

Shiver walked in forgetting about her attire. She saw a room full of drunk people many of whom wouldn't stop staring at her and she yelled. "REY! ARE YOU STILL HERE?" One of the men said "I'm Rey." He pulled her close to him and tried to kiss her."Stop it!" The bartender yelled at him and the guy didn't say anything he slapped something onto Shiver's arm and she screamed and fought against him. He dragged her outside with him and hoisted her over his shoulder. How did this guy have an anti-meta bracelet?

Shiver never stopped kicking and screaming. He had her pinned so she couldn't hit her comlink. Her vitals were bouncing up and down with her active fighting but nothing to cause the alerts to go off. He took her into a nearby vacated building. He slapped her around and after he took advantage of her he left her there naked and unconscious.

Enyo looked around for Shiver and after she hadn't seen her in about twenty minutes she hit her com. "Hey Shiv? Where are you?" When there was no answer Enyo ran upstairs to the war room and located her. "Oh shit!" She hit her comlink. "Cal watch over the HQ Something has happened to Shiver! I'm going to the hospital." With that Enyo was gone.

Enyo spent more time trying to find her in the hospital than in getting there. Shiver was in a hospital gown, scared out of her mind and beaten. She was screaming and throwing things at the staff. Enyo saw the bracelet and she broke it off of her arm. Instantly Shiver's powers came back. She was too weak to use them though. Enyo put the bracelet in her pocket. She picked up Shiver and put her in the bed. "Stay here I have to talk to the cop." Shiver nodded and closed her eyes.

He told Enyo where she was found. He said the bartender had a guy follow the guy who took her out of there. She was found apparently right afterwards. Enyo nodded and picked Shiver up and wrapped her in a blanket and sped her back to the HQ. Enyo zoomed right past everyone and took Shiver into her room and got her into the shower. Enyo looked at her best friend and saw all of the bruises and the blood. The cop said they would test the rape kit for anyone in the system already.

After getting Shiver to bed she went out to the party. First she turned off the music and then she told everyone what happened. Eden got visibly upset. "Donovan is on a bracelet because he is being punished. Shiver was brutally raped and beaten tonight because someone slapped one of these on her wrist and took her from a bar filled with people when she went to find a friend. All metas are susceptible to these. Gods are NOT. So keep your eyes open at all times." She tossed the broken bracelet on the table. Enyo looked so pissed no one was surprised when she went outside and punched a statue and it shattered into a thousand pieces.

Enyo took over the office and tried to figure out how to contact Wicked and Kronus.

Shiver laughed at Kyle. "Wow, you really don't get out much do you? Eden is an Asguardian like Thor. She is a goddess of youth. That's why she looks like she is about 15. Enyo is an Olympian goddess and she is the Goddess of war. I would not suggest pissing her off." Suddenly it dawned on Shiver what Enyo told Eden and she started laughing so hard tears ran down her face. "No wonder."

Looking back at Kyle "I'm sorry! "She pointed out all of the people she could think of. She talked to him about metas and the anti meta bracelets and showed him the ones Donovan was wearing and why. "Donovan is a bad boy." Shiver suddenly looked around. "Oh Fuck me! I'll be right back." She teleported to the club in her bikini. She was closer to drunk than not and she had to find Rey.

Enyo chuckled at Kyle. He was cute and obviously flustered. Eden looked like she might choke to death any moment and Enyo just reached down and yanked Donovan out of the pool and tossed him up on the side without missing a beat.

"Hey freaky? You ok?" She slapped him on the back nearly breaking him in two. Shiver sat down and looked at Kyle who was blushing or maybe it was just the lighting, Eden who looked shocked by something and Donovan who looked like he swallowed half of the pool.

"For the gods sake Enyo don't beat him to death!" Shiver said. Enyo chuckled and said, "He'll be ok." Shiver shook her head and looked at Eden. "You okay? You look like you've seen a ghost." Eden shook her head really quick and got up and went to get some pizza.

"Yoyo what did you say to her?" Enyo grinned mischievously. "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good." She started laughing and zipped up the stairs to the slide. Shiver laughed and tipped her drink back.

Ari smiled. I know where we are going and how to get out fast if we need to. How about you drive afterwards? She whistled and Archie jumped into the backseat and looked out the window panting like he had been in a car all his life for car rides. Ari smiled. For some reason the dog reminded her a little of her brother Alex with his protectiveness of her.

She took them the back way into the Walmart entrance. She stopped and put the car in reverse and turned back around the corner. Archie's ears had risen straight up and he began to snarl. "Good boy, you saw it too huh?" She petted the wolf's scruff and he wagged his tongue happily. "New plan. Get away from here and find supplies along the way." She looked at Malik, "don't you see it?" He did not appear to see what she was talking about. "If you look on the ground at the end of the truck right there there is a body. There was another shadow that moved." Right about that moment a gangbanger walked out of the door they would have entered. She backed the car up slowly as the guy looked the other way as he took a piss. Before he could turn around they were gone. She got them to the edge of town and let him drive.

Enyo smiled at him "Kyle? Right? lastest new guy? Wow Shiv must have won the lottery this week. Lots of new people this week. So what is your damage?" Enyo got out of the pool and walked over to the bar tender and suddenly the overhead speakers were vibrating with the music from Shiver's mp3 player.

Shiver hovered way up in the air and made a totally kick ass ice slide to glide you into the pool at about 25 miles an hour. She froze some stairs to climb up. Then she ported into the jail downstairs.

"So you want to come to the party? Those bracelets are not coming off of your arms until you can control your urges to hurt/rape people. No shadows til then." She unlocked his cell and took his hand and ported him to the party. "Now behave yourself I'm watching you." Shiver put him at the top of the slide and watched Donovan as he went down it.

Eden heard the music and came out of her room to see what was going on. She smiled at all of the activity and thought that this was more like home. She quietly slipped over to the bar and got a drink. Pizzas were delivered by the dozen. She made her way over to where Enyo was. She recognized her as another goddess almost immediately.

Eden asked Enyo "You look familiar, do I know you?" Enyo looked back and said "I was Loki's girlfriend for five years or so. That might be why." Eden sat back and nodded while taking a sip of her drink.
