Eden Wicked and Shiver

Having no idea where Wicked and Kronus were Eden used the comlnks to call on her. "Wicked? Are you there? I need your help, there is a medical emergency in the HQ I'll leave the door open. It's cupid."

Wicked and Kronus were not that far away at this time and they were going at record speed and as Kronus slowed down so he wouldn't hit the ground hard Wicked did not. She just skidded in the back doorway sideways. Her footwear was so hot that it sizzled and left black marks on the ground where she landed. Kronus went to Shiver and Wicked went to the room Eden was in.

"What is it Eden?"
"Wow, that was fast."
"We were nearly here already."
"Where were you?"

"Across the galaxy in another universe." Wicked sat next to Cupid and placed her hands on him. One on his head and the other on his chest. Her hands started to glow and her eyes turned white. "He was very nearly killed. It appears that he was jerked out of an illusion that was more difficult than most."

'That is what I was told. Enyo said the two angels had told her he would heal on his own. When I spoke with them a few minutes ago they appeared to be at odds as to whether or not they could heal him unaided."

"Wait, so you don't know what happened to Shiver then." Wicked turned "What happened?" "I'm not sure if I should be the one to..." "NOW EDEN!" "She was raped. A human put meta cuffs on her and beat and raped her." Cupid appeared to be waking up. "He will need to eat." Eden nodded. "Yes ma'am." Eden looked at Cupid. "So what do you eat?"

"Kronus where is she?" Wicked ran to the office to see her daughter floating in mid air and surrounded by bright light. "No! Let me heal her first!" She went to grab Kronus and Enyo grabbed her arms from behind her. "She wants this and said not to let you see her before she goes." Shiver was worried you would freak out. "She won't know what she is doing out there!" "Did you at first?" Wicked wiped the tears away and nodded. "I'm okay."

Shiver's appearance became altered slightly as the light became blinding. Her attire was brilliant silver and gold with purple material covering most of the legs. Her armor was gold with angel wings on it as well as on her sword. Her hood covered her blond hair and highlighted the gold adornment on her forehead. The biggest change was the seriousness in her eyes. All signs of her wounds were gone.

Shiver appeared to be almost a different person. Wicked's breath caught in her throat. What could she say. If given the option would she have chosen to be an angel warrior? To destroy worlds that the creator decided couldn't be saved? Shiver couldn't know that is what she was to do. Shiver didn't have a mean streak in her. Naughty, confused and sense of humor Yes but purposely mean? Could she really kill innocents because she was ordered to? Wicked highly doubted it. If forced to it might kill the girl inside. Wicked's heart ached for her.

Eden came around the corner just in time to see Shiver in her new form with her wings spanning 14 feet from end to end easily. "Wow....is that Shiver?" Enyo nodded, leary of this decision. "Yes it is. I just hope when she comes back she is our Shiver."

Shiver was taking in the sunlight and listening to the normal hustle and bustle of the HQ when Zoe appeared on the roof "Hey Zoe" Shiver said smiling at her offer. When Zoe sat next to her Shiver pointed out the activity of the day already starting. Shiver watched for a few minutes and hugged her. "Thanks Zoe, I think I'm just going to lay low for a while. I've made a big enough disaster out of my love life to make me want to run away and work for the creator on some crazy mission like my parents do...." Shiver stopped and then she said "I'll be in my office."

Shiver was seriously thinking about taking a leave of absence from the HQ. If she did go on a mission for the creator then she could gain her self confidence back and maybe heal before her mother saw her and flipped out. "Enyo, can I talk to you?"

"Yeah, I'll be back in ten minutes!" Enyo said as she had a gangster hanging upside down by his foot over a ten story drop. "So dude? How lucky do you feel?"

Eden was still sitting in the chair. She had fallen asleep and woke up to see the two sides of the angel. She sat up slowly as they appeared to know she was there without acknowledging her. "Okay I'll bite, how are you doing that and does that mean you are alright? Should I go find Wicked?"

Shiver woke up and it was still dark out. She looked at the clock and it said 4:45am. She sighed and got up quietly and went back to her own room. She took a shower and washed her hair. She couldn't keep her mind off of what happened and she needed to distract herself. Shiver got out and looked through her clothes. She put on jeans that were loose and baggy with a sweater that she had buttoned up to her neck. She had no adornments on of any kind. She really missed Ro'kun. She knew about now he would offer her a sandwich and hold her for hours. She put on her running shoes and went outside.

Shiver saw the training field and smirked as the maintenance team was struggling to move the larger weights and the pieces. Helping out, Shiver walked over and put them all in one pile so they didn't have to try and bring the trucks all over the place. The in tact weights she put on their proper spots but the broken ones she punched until they were manageable. After that she went for a run around the compound.

By the time the sun came up she was sitting on the roof watching it.

Wicked watched as hers and Kronus' handiwork paid off. The world they had been working on destroying was recycling itself and would become whatever the creator wanted it to be. Wicked looked at Kronus.

"Well that took longer than I had thought it would." He seemed a little off. "What's wrong?" Wicked asked him. "I don't know. I tele'd with Shiv and she sounded off. There was a problem with one of the new guys but it turned out to be a false alarm but she didn't sound like herself. I feel something is wrong." "Let's go then." Wicked said worried. Flying through space was tricky as there was no friction to speak of and no air for their wings to push. It was just something as angels that they could do. Wicked didn't try to understand the machanics of it. Right now she just wanted to get to her daughter. She felt something was off too.

Shiver had been reading reports when she got a response from Kronus via the angel network. Shiver? I barely heard you. Your mother is further away. We are working on destroying a planet for the creator. Are you guys ok? Is it life or death? Shiver tapped her comlink "Enyo? Any word on Cupid? Do you still need my mom? She is really far out there."

Enyo answered back. "No, his illusion told me he will be ok." Shiver heard her and wasn't even going to ask.
No Dad it was a false alarm.

"Who's with him?"

"Eden is, why?"

"You like messing with her don't you?" Shiver chuckled a little it.
"Yeah, why? She seems kind of prudish to me."

Still smiling Shiver said "Ok come get me I'm ready to go back to sleep."

"Ok on my way." Enyo said to Kyle. "Good job!" She sped past him and whipped his towel away from him. Chuckling because she knew he would have to run inside butt naked. She was still laughing when she got to the office. "You okay Shiv?" Shiver looked even worse if it was possible. Enyo picked her up and carried her like a china doll and took her to Enyo's room and put her in bed. Then Enyo went to sleep next to her in case she woke up.

"Good! Keep doing it!" Enyo threw another one his way and another one after that. She was determined to keep him focused. Three in rapid succession should be a good start she thought. Enyo watched to see what he did. She wasn't concerned in the least. She knew he could handle it. While she was waiting for him she worried about Shiver and how long it would take to heal her mind from what happened to her. One of the blasts got past the weights and when it came at her Enyo punched it full on causing it to shatter. "SEE no problem!"

There is no way that Kyle has healing powers of any kind. It is not listed in your powers so you can't do it. Heightened senses are great but he can't heal with it.
