I use LotR orc speech for my Uruk so I wonder if I can give authentic names to Kashgar units.
I am thinking of Kashgar spearmen, slingers and that special cavalry of theirs.

Having telepathic link between all your forces is a considerable edge. If I were you I wouldn't waste it.

I think neither of these are quite used in the NRP yet.
We have opressive empire and telepathy-linked pacifists but none of the above.
On the other hand we have no less than 3 communist states with each hating the others.

I was actually "victim" of such a fair number of times already. Don't see me defending him regardless.
It happens. Being flexible is often preferable.
You also don't need to take all his territories. You can carve the shape of your own nation here.

@WrongEndoftheRainbowTo be honest for me it sounded more like messing with time slightly but inconsistently thus each part of a ship's body would be resonating/moving at a different rate which increases structural stress and likely strains the frame enough to usually break it apart.

Imagine a propeller where the top part moves twice as fast as its angular velocity should dictate. That means it effectively tries to break apart at the point where the two inconsistent velocities meet. Basically that's the same as using force to break it off yet you don't and its extend depends on the weight and original momentum of the object.

Basically without something to block this your only defense is to make your ships as strudy as possible. And not against impacts or impulse energy transfer. But making it engineered as enduring of extremes as possible.

Howdy ho, I've returned from my long absence with a hankering for some sci-fi fun times. I'm assuming this is still open? There's ten pages of OOC to comb through so I'm not sure of general power levels of things yet but I should have something up that fits once I get myself up to speed.

General powerlevels are probably in star warsish range or whatever "generic sci-fi" you can think about. But it's generally left vague to avoid powerplaying.

my weapons are going to be causality and entropy benders, causing the area hit to speed up locally by a high amount time wise. Then entropy kicks in and crumbles your neat armor. Considering adding microwarp drives to them so they can warp by point defenses.

Good thing my tachyonic lightwave barriers actually protect me from such abuses.
Then again, I am probably the next most developed faction with barely any more ships than you.
And again, that doesn't make me impervious. It just means you won't ignore my defenses.
