Also, I think my guy's going to be relatively chill most of the time. He'll just be doing a rubix cube in a lawn chair while everyone else is working out and all that. :b He'll still train, of course. He's just chill.
That should be one of my character's things... He'll always have a rubix cube.

Rainer is, in a word, a legend among the US Marines. Originally starting out after finishing college- he had studied a wide range in military history, computer science, and various other areas- he graduated in four years with two Minors and a Major. After completing the ROTC the college offered, he joined the United States Marines, and quickly rising up to gain the attention of several generals-one of which being his father, the others being his father's coworkers-, where he was then transferred to MARSOC, and began training again. After showing great proficiency in learning and remembering it almost every time afterwards, it was decided to bump him up the ranks some more, and Rainer was on his way to becoming the leader of his own MARSOC squad.
Not soon after he began operating in the MARSOC, various NATO officials took notice of Rainer, after being prompted and hinted at by Rainer's general father. Along with this was some amount of pressure on the US side from Lockheed Martin, for undisclosed reasons. At this point, Rainer had established himself as a legendary, 'untouched' Marine in MARSOC, especially when his company was launched overseas into anti-terrorist operations. Soon afterwards, he was recruited into Task Force Echo.
Equipment: SPECIAL: Often carries at least two quadcopters for in-field situational awarness to compliment his advanced, and very expensive, FCISISAM, or Full Coverage Inter-Squad Intelligent Situational Awareness Module, a specially designed tactical helmet called affectionately by its owner as "Ficklehelm."
Also manages to always have an Oshkosh sent to them instead of any other vehicle, because of the influence he has with the generals of the US military.
