Powers: Magic: Jade can tap into the raw unhindered power of the universe. This arcane energy allows him to perform a variety of things. He wields it effortlessly, calling upon his inner mana and that of the world to bring about changes. He can fire bolts of devastating energy, teleport groups of people or himself vast distances, create force fields, and levitate. By speaking spells, or harnessing incantations through movement, Jade can call upon the assistance of deities offensively or defensively.
Jade can also empower others using mystic markings. By placing a symbol onto the skin of the target, he can increase their power as long as he is conscious. The symbol usually burns into the flesh of the target and causes great pain, but the increase in power is two times the normal strength. He canNOT perform this on himself and must be within 40 feet of the target constantly for the boost to work. He can only increase two targets power at one time, any more than that and he could die from the strain.
He must be careful when performing spells and incantations as there is always a cost when calling upon a supreme force. Performing high-level spells drains his inner mana, which could force him into unconsciousness and cause physical damage. Calling upon the assistance of powerful beings normally requires a blood oath or allegiance of some sort.

Personality: Jade may seem cold and condescending, but he means well. It is his way of not getting close to anyone. He has seen so much death in his life. As such, he tends to stay away from building any type of friendship/relationship, not wanting to garner any feelings for them. He is stern and can be slightly stubborn. He is able to keep his emotions in check even in the face of adversity. He can wear a blank expression, thus surprising him usually backfires. He believes in liberation, he believes in freedom.
Relationships? Jade tends to shy away from them. He has actually never dated anyone. He fears that love blinds the senses and causes people to act strangely. Perhaps he has never met the one to bring him into that mindset, but for now, he puts his work first.
Biography: Jade is the descendant of Doctor Stephen Strange. He grew up with knowledge of Doctor Strange, though his parents seemed to want to protect him from that part of their lives. Jade grew up having to learn what his developing powers meant. Although his parents tried to shield it from him, Jade found every excuse to learn magic and develop his power.
Aside from living as normal a life as he could, given the circumstances, Jade grew anxious. He wanted to learn, he wanted to know more about his lineage and he dove deeper into the world of magic. Eventually, he was able to contact Doctor Strange who trained him fully. He could not deny that Jade had an aptitude for wielding arcane energy. He seemed in tune with the magical energy that flowed around him. Doctor Strange was indeed happy to know of their kinship and had no issue training him in the ways of sorcery. Throughout his teens, he was taught and Doctor Strange eventually finished his teachings on his 18th birthday.
Though he still seeks knowledge, Doctor Strange returned to his duties fully, leaving Jade to further his learning in different ways. Jade took on the name Heka, a name that means a lot to him. It translates to magic in Egyptian. Jade’s life wasn’t all roses and sunshine. He did not go unnoticed by the sentinel services, and after an attack on his home, he was forced to leave. He joined the Brotherhood because he realizes that their goals were similar to his own. Eventually, he was approached by Corona who requested his assistance. He gladly accepted and joined the M.L.A.
Equipment: Jade's enchanted clothing is sentient and resistant to the elements and bullets. His garbs can extend, retract, harden, soften, and sharpen to the point that they can cut through stone and parry other weapons. Aside from his enchanted clothes, he has a beautiful butterfly staff. The staff is about six feet in length and the tip has a beautiful sapphire stone that levitates above the end of the staff while spectral butterfly wings extend on either side of the sapphire gem.
