Gratia Mindaro – Mistral, Je T’aime

The nearly-naked grunt woke up in shock. He scrambled to attempt to open the obviously locked doors, he even tried to elbow his way through a window. But the Dodici were not fools, they made sure it was bulletproof. He saw the display left for him. The rotting surprised face of his former employer and nearly fainted again. His vision caving in around him. He only saw his interrogator. “The Faunus are in the warehouse, Sonny, Ignzaio and Marissa should all be there though so you’ll have a hard time getting in, please I have a family don’t kill me too. I ain’t never done nothing to that Faunus friend o’yours.” He rambled attempting to put up a solid defense against Gratia should she attack. He glanced at Vitoria and there was nothing he could use in an attempt to defend himself on her person.

He threw up his hands in front of his face, cowering in fear.
So how is everyone doing?
@HereComesTheSnow

She has every cootie.

But in accordance with the real talk

I don't think there's any need to be dramatic about collabs. To my knowledge the most active section of the IC during this whole mission period has been myself and @Crimmy and I think it would average out to about a post a day for a week period, and then a break for another week or so - typically it's been a post every few days.

That isn't burying anyone, especially not for people who don't have to read the VGNB mission. If you're more concerned about your own mission, then simply talking it out with your teammates about establishing some sort of posting order can help with that. During off time, once more it is never necessary to read other people's posts that don't pertain to your characters. You can do that whenever you have the time if you feel like it, but if we're talking necessities I'd stick with your own characters and their interactions.

And as @Krayzikk correctly pointed out, people will and do make mistakes. You can always just PM someone.
@Plank Sinatra

I gotta agree. The team collabs have resulted in about a post a month which makes people feel like the RP is dying when everyone is at least allegedly still writing stuff for it.
I would largely agree with the idea that missions should be done in two to three weeks. If we can hopefully keep VGNB moving there is only one large event remaining that can't be wrapped up in a 'they did the thing' kind of post.
On one note

McHaggis you're pictures are wonderful (sig) and avatar <3

On another, how we all doing?

Hitomi hit the ground hard. Not because she had decided to, but because she was tackled. Which was rather nice of her new friend. Though her skull kissed the pavement and it left a ringing sensation that drowned out any other noise she was able to hear. It was through this forced clarity that she was able to deviate from her usual sweltering train of thought and realize what was necessary, what had to happen. Before she was able to hear herself speaking again she began whispering commands into Daisuke’s ear. Pulling his ear directly besides her mouth.

Get ready to flank the pizza delivery forces. They’re about to be angry.

She launched herself up and off the ground, barely able to keep her guitar case in tow. She – at a grain strain on her arms, cupped her hands (only really successfully with one hand) and yelled at Kimiko. “Get to the truck.” She would shout, coming between the dastardly oppressive forces whom used delivering humanities favourite foods as a way into their hearts and minds. This was true evil.

Hitomi had found her calling.

Hey mozzarella brains!” She said waving her arms back and forth. “Yeah, you sons of calzones!

“I-I don’t think you could even deliver a breadstick, let alone a pizza!” Hitomi said, confidence only slightly wavering.

Shitake Mushrooms this is looking bad. Hitomi cursed under her breath putting her guitar case between herself and the pizzatrons.

As soon as they began to garner interest in her she reflected once more upon her dissatisfaction with their delivery services. She scanned around for anything usable and noticed a fire hydrant a few feet behind her current position. She began backing up towards that while still cursing towards the pizzatron 9000’s.

I would like a complete refund!” She said daring the pizzatrons once more.

You can put that in your juice box and suck it. She thought preparing to evade the cheesy onslaught she was attempting to garner through her vigorous insults. Still motioning towards Kimiko to move onward to the truck, hopefully without the onslaught of deliverybots attempting to stop her.
VGNB's primary objective is complete, they are just freeing hostages and then the mission is complete!
Soleil Petit - Omni Auditis

The Greatest Change

"I think that's smart Acheri." Soleil said nodding, leaving Eastwood's side and rejoining that of her friends. She walked forward and distanced herself from the hulking Texan-born man, placing her hand out directed at him in order to stop him from making sure she walked forward fine. She placed her headphones over her ears and closed her eyes peacefully. A song filled her ears and she allowed it to show her where each sound wave was located. Each breath anyone took while they stood in their imperfect circle filled the space around her with a shading of their surroundings. So much so that as soon as she glanced back at Acheri, she could make out the short girl.

"Don't worry about me either." Soleil began, she briefly traced her finger along a soundwave, which of course looked like nothing to anyone else, but when she touched it she was immediately sped along with it. She was only a few feet in front of everyone else when she had let it go and she glanced back in their direction.

"I believe that I can handle myself." She said, her accent more noticeable than usual. Truly, she was a little choked up. She kept discovering new depths to her powers. First she was granted sight and now this? Now the ability to transport herself through soundwaves. It was nearly too much. But it wouldn't be.

If for no other reason then because Eastwood would have to coddle her, she would make sure all coddling was involuntarily and at her own behest. Those were the rules of the engagement.

"Are you all coming?" She said quieter this time, the ability to use soundwaves as transportation. It filled with butterflies. It was time to test this thing.
Soleil Petit - L'Oiseau Départé la Nid

Soleil waved in the direction of Acheri nodding with a small smile on her lips. “Hi Acheri.” She noticed Gō passing by their group and listened to Eastwood grumble about it with his orange voice. She remembered that he and Gō had asked her a couple of times now to time them when they sprinted. She didn’t have a watch and wouldn’t be able to see the time on a phone so she used a metronome. It was actually pretty simple. They just told her when to start counting and she would listen for how many clicks of the metronome would sound off until they were done. Setting it at 60 bpm typically resolved any problems with counting. She didn’t have too hard of a time keeping track of the number since there wasn’t much to look at anyway.

What with her being blind and all that.

Although now she had a fair amount of colours to look at.

Soleil was lost in her train of thought and barely noticed Eastwood gesturing with the arm she was attached to. She had to cling to it in order to avoid falling over. Even being lifted up and off the ground as he did so.

The doctor was the next to address the group. His voice grey, undecided and slightly pervasive. He informed them of a ‘danger room’. Simulations, training, free for anyone to use and he wanted them to test it out.

Soleil found herself nodding with Eastwood as he crumbled to the threat of Soleil not thinking the big tank of a football player was up to the test.

“I think I’ll try it out too.” Soleil said stepping out from behind the massive beam that was Eastwood’s arm. “I don’t mind too much, I think I should be able to figure it out.” Soleil said looking in a direction that wasn’t really towards anyone. "So it's the four of us then?" Soleil said to Gō, Ambrose and Eastwood.
