I feel like I'm not making the kind of progress everyone else is. And I don't know what to do about it.
Now that is something I can answer. Nobody ever sees the progress they make and thinks it's enough. It's much harder to see something from within it than outside of it.

You do. Judging from some common, objective standard is useless. You can't compare a snake and a bird for their ability to fly. Similarly, you can't compare people for what one is good at. You're each doing the best you can, and are constantly improving in some way, suited to you. That's an amazing thing.
