Current Sometimes you spend so long looking for peace in someone else, you loose sight of that peace you can give yourself. Don't forget that guys.

Jerus Je'and

"Normally I'd agree, but there's only one way out of this hangar, and she's next to it. Stubborn or not, she deserves to know either way."I start walking, hoping Luci is right behind me. "We'll handle the finer details as they come up." I pause. "And no you will not have them dig a tunnel into dad's hangar. My fire runs out eventually, his is made with the Force and does not."
Jerus Je'and

"Cut her some slack, lad. She's not done anything wrong to us, not by choice." I glance between Luci and Koraline and sigh. "Oh, this is gonna be fun..." Approaching the Joiner Chiss, I tap her shoulder. "Do me a favor, and just stay behind me for a moment, she still thinks you're dead."
Zar'kun Je'and

The five ships soon land in their respective hangars at the base, however, as they all begin to disembark, they find themselves faced with a crew of about six people, lead by a Mirialan wielding twin blaster pistols. "Y'all have ten seconds to tell us who you are befo-Jerus? Who the hell are these people with ya?" I turn slowly towards my son, who's suddenly trying to find a reason to head back to his ship.

"I think you should tell me why a smuggler crew is using my base." The Mirialan suddenly lowers his weapons.

"Oh, you're his dad?! Stand down guys, they're supposed to be here."

Jerus Je'and

Mentally cursing myself for never remembering to tell my dad about Tren and his crew, I step up. "They're some friends who, in exchange for keeping the base's facilities up to date and taking care of the place, were using this place to hide out until the Hutts settled down." My father raises his eyebrows.

"And how long ago was that." I open my mouth, but Tren speaks up first.

"About five years ago. We might have made 'em madder than we thought." Sighing, I nod.

"That's about right, but they've done well and the caretaker droids even report that the base is still at peak proficiency."

Zar'kun Je'and

"Very well. I'm going to go contact Lord Organa, ask if he can spare the time to come get an explanation for our sudden return." I glance at Jerus. "You handle the, uh, situation." And with that, I vanish out of the hangar, the Mirialan and his crew, sensing the mood, following shortly after.
Zar'kun Je'and

Glancing at the readout, I chuckle sadly. "That would be HJ's...aunt if memory serves, Koraline. Jerus must have called her."
Zar'kun Je'and

"You may be right, but at the very least, I should inform Duke Organa of the reason for the reactivation of the full Sith Hunters base." I tap my chin thoughtfully. "We'll have to contact him once we've landed."
Zar'kun Je'and

"Thank you duke." Cutting the channel, I have the ship resume it's descent. "We owe it to House Organa and Panteer to tell them what's really happening, but it's hard to say if they'd believe us."
Zar'kun Je'and

"The Sith Hunters have always supported both House Organa and your aunt, Duke Ventus, but I understand the need for conclusive evidence we are who we claim. We'll await your communication."
Zar'kun Je'and

"One can hope..." Reaching the cockpit, I take a seat in the pilot's seat and turn on the microphone. "This is Zar'kun Je'and, owner of an old base in Organa lands. We seek nothing more than to lay low in our own base. Who of House Panteer do I have the pleasure of speaking with?"
Zar'kun Je'and

I smile as the voice fades and contact Jerus, with whom the conversation was short and I had just ended the call when Iwan's knock came. "House Panteer? We're landing in Organa's lands..." Opening the door, I frown as I exit my room. "As for spacers, Alderaan recently seceded from the Republic, so they're nervous."
Zar'kun Je'and

I sigh and nod. "I know you can't, Sevard, but I have always held your advice highly." I chuckle sadly. "Times like this make me wish you were still with us. In any case, I know what I have to do, though I do it with a heavy heart. I thank you for the help, Sevard, I appreciate it." I start typing in the COM code for Jerus' ship. "I only fear for what Jerus may do for the sake of Jakito and Luci's family if they ask it of him..."
