"What did I just say about no tricks? It's like talking to a brick fucking wall." This was going to go south so quickly and when we were about to be surrounded by Mandos, I wasn't sure it was a good idea.
Jason Erthos, Commander Hammer, and Captain Erin-Aboard the Resurgence

As the leaders of the various ships spoke with their crews and delegated who would go to what place on what missions, Jason sat in one of the officer's lounges with Commander Hammer, the Clone, no, man who lead the Clones of the 302nd Clone Legion and Captain Erin Gor'shan, the single fiercest woman he'd ever met in his long career in the military. The lounges were usually open to everyone in the crew, making them more crew lounges than officer, but this particular one was just for the three of them today. On the table between them sat a game of three way Pazaak and at the moment, the Supreme Commander found himself loosing to Erin. "Seems I can't catch a break today. I fold." Hammer grumbled before folding as well, leading to the Captain collecting a nice sized pile of credits.

"Appreciate the extra money, boys, but I don't think Pazaak is the reason we're here." Jason picked up his cards as Hammer started dealing again and nodded.

"You'd be right, Captain. As you're aware, I've offered to lead the way to Alderaan to meet with House Organa and attempt to recruit them as allies. The Second Chance has volunteered to be transport for the endeavor, and I've agreed so long as they don't object to me bringing along the Scorch Guard." Erin shakes her head.

"I dunno, Sir. That one member of their crew seemed a little TOO eager from what Strafe said." Jason made a mental note to remind the clones who run interference during the delegation meetings that talking about it BEFORE an official report was put out needed to stop, but he nodded.

"He was, but his heart was mostly in the right place. Captain, I called you here to give you your official assignment and you aren't going to like it. Commander?" As Hammer faced Erin with a grin, the woman groaned.

"Oh hell no! It better not be a trip t-" Hammer cut her off.

"You'll be joining the Glasgow along with your fireteam to Coruscant to find out what's what and who's who. Anubis is likely already focusing the bulk of his religion there and I want you and your team to find out where exactly that power base is meeting, along with further objectives you'll find on your mission briefing on your datapad."

"Och, I should have known, what with you buttering me up with a few rounds of Pazaak first. Alright, so I'm going, can't argue that. Does the ship already have our dossiers?" Jason nods as he stands the Hammer hands everyone back their decks.

"Sent them ahead some time ago, we already have the green light to send you over when we're ready. Think you all can stay undercover?"

Erin nods, though her face is grim. "Aye, though we'll still be rigging distractions if any of the groups cover gets blown. Better to be prepared than not." Nodding, the trio heads for the door. "So lads, same time next week?" Laughing, the three exit the lounge and head down the hall.

"We'll see if we're all still alive in a week, Captain. May the Force be with you." The captain gave a salute as they walked.

"And you, Supreme Commander."

Jerus Je'and-Prepping for a Hunt

Jerus ran the preflight check on the Shadowed Hand for what had to have been the hundredth or two hundredth time in the hangar, the Inquistor-Class fighter humming like the day he had last started it, at least two years prior. He and Samus had spent much of the last four days, when they weren't busy with their own projects, practicing her ability to address a Hutt without ending up either a snack for it's rancor or smeared on the ground outside their compound by a turbolaser turret. The bounty hunter was prideful, which was well earned based on what he'd seen aboard the Imperial ship, but the two of them were unknown here, no name and no reputation.

Finally convinced he couldn't wait any longer, he headed out of the hangar and off to find the orange armored hunter. Asking around got him pointed in the right direction quickly and before long, he was standing at the same table as Samus and the alien from aboard the Aegis. "Well, not much reason to delay much longer. We should head out, unless your ship master needs Samus for something?"

Alderaan-Castle Organa

Bail Organa sat in the dining hall alone, swirling a glass of red wine absentmindedly in his hand as outside the room, the House of Organa, stalwart supporters of the Republic and democracy. Of course, in the short couple of days it had been, the head of House Organa had watched democracy fall and the Republic crumble and be replaced with an Empire. The only good news, as he'd stumbled upon the slaughter of the Jedi as well, was that Master Yoda had found Anakin, who had recalled the entirety of the 501st to his location and were now enroute to the planet with the clones in tow.

He could hardly believe that anything else of insane measure would happen, but then, as he took a small swig of the wine, he knew the Force worked in mysterious ways.

Planet Dxun-Clan Ordo encampment

"Again!" The two Mandalorian warriors, clad in little more than their everyday clothes, squared off again before launching themselves at each other, blows raining down in an effort to try and find openings and exploit them. The Clan Chief, Temari Ordo, watched from nearby as numerous other warriors, of varying ages but all experienced fighters. Death Watch, the dishonorable rats lead by Clan Saxon, had tried numerous times to recruit them, but had failed each time.

Now, this Galactic Empire scoured the stars for pockets of resistance and rebellion, quelling them before they can grow and Temari despised it. There was no glory to be had in hunting those weaker than you, but then she was considered old fashioned by the standards of the likes of Clan Saxon and Clan Fett. It didn't matter though, as it would be her Basilisks and warriors to retake their home from the Empire, not those of the traitorous Saxon.

Xan's lack of a sense of humor kills the mood and I return to the topic at hand. "Like I said, it's a tactical choice. Not to mention that Ava's under scrutiny from the Clan Chief's because of her involvement with us, specifically HJ. Jakito and I can get in, that much I'm sure of. I need to speak with Temari, find out her part in all this. The trick will be getting them to let you two in." I look up at the guards and frown. "Well, maybe no trick, just talking them out of the way."
Jerus Je'and

"No, it's more a tactical decision. Jude is convinced that Korre's baby is supposed to be a new vessel for Vitiate and we already know that child is perhaps the linchpin to all of Sucal's plans. The kid probably thinks they can use her as bait to make his father make some kind of mistake." I chuckle and shake my head. "Punk probably forgot that dad shielded Korre's location and no amount of smashing her jewelry is going to disperse it. Anyways, he's probably convinced Hayden that they can get his dad using her. We all know that your daughter holds the galaxy's biggest grudge against him."
Jerus Je'and

"Jude and your daughter. Jude kidnapped Korre on Alderaan after Gendry failed to get her and brought her here. Iwan...didn't survive the fight." I glance over at the guards, who were still watching us. "We think they hooked up with Cosen and Gavin."
Jerus Je'and

As we come into sight of the guards and Jakito, my hands are up and I call out in Mandalorian identifying us as Jerus Je'and and Becca Twilight with Senator Xanthippe Nabberie. "We're not here to make trouble, just looking for a scampering rat who thought he was clever."
Resurgence Briefing Room

Hammer had already pulled up a holographic map of the galaxy at large as Jason stood and walked closer to it. "Kham, get a new Head Engineer appointed and gather your scientific team. You'll also be taking two squads of Clone Engineers and a squad of enlisted Engineers to the new ship, help figure it out and get it running. Hammer?"

"The Clans will take time to track down, though we'll want to avoid Clan Saxon. If I had to guess, they're still loyal to the Empire even here. But even if we find them..." He paused and looked over Eri and grinned. "Well, Eri'Moram, how do you feel about proving your metal to the warrior race of our universe?" Jason shook his head and turned to the others.

"The only Rebel I can name off the top of my head is Bail Organa, a member of House Organa of Alderaan. With the Death Star still under construction, the planet hasn't yet been blown off the galactic star maps. As for the Separatists...we'll have to look. Who's feeling diplomatic? Because whoever it is will be coming with me to speak with the Organas. Captain Travis, I've already sent some key places to drop information gathering teams to find the Clans and I'll be sending Havoc Squad with you. Their files should be on your datapad we gave you within the hour."

Within moments, the delegations had begun to buckle down and begin planning things to move forwards. Anubis would hopefully remain unaware of their presence just a little longer.

Four days later, the busy work had been done and the group had relocated to an asteroid belt close enough that the Aegis arrived only a couple of hours after the others did and the ship that Elizabeth had left them with was already gathering up asteroids for materials. Jason paced, still not sure that their plan for dealing with House Organa would all work out if Bail himself wasn't planet side as the current head of the family.

"They're more wary of strangers who are trying to be sneaky if I had to guess, so let's do ourselves a favor and stay in the middle of the walkway where they can see us clearly."
Temari Ordo

"I'll dispatch a pair of Clan Ordo's trackers to see if it can be found." I then turn to leave. "By your leave, Manda'lor, I must go ensure that the team dealing with this Stoneheart Killer is ready to head out. If he is not dealt with, the populace itself may turn on us soon enough."
Temari Ordo

"Three? I only knew of Jakito Twilight and recently of Jerus. The former brought Cosen's and Gavin's mother." It occurred to me that Hayden and Jude might not have come from some other part of Coruscant after all, but at the time I had met them with Cosen, I had no reason to think that they hadn't. "What was the third ship, Manda'lor?"
