It's decent at best. It's mechanics range from okay to really good, but the missions, the story, the DLC ESPECIALLY, all suck even if you give the game standalone status. It's basically a fallout mod for Skyrim, just with really good shooting mechanics, which is irrelevant because the best weapons are all melee. The biggest selling point, building your own settlements, is garbage in every aspect. The best DLC, building your own robots, was just a mod that the developers took and made official and gave a short story to.
It's a decent game at best and it cannot even be considered a Fallout game because it's not a fucking RPG at all. It would be like if pokemon suddenly became like Cyber Sleuth, it wouldn't be a pokemon game at that point.
