When you attach it to your chest, it syncs with your life force and body, constantly reading you as you go on.

What does it do?
It’s an Escape Rope. It will pull you out of the arena when it senses you are in critical condition and make you intangible, allowing you to not be harmed, but you cannot do anything either. The intangibility is just in case the pull back mechanic does not work.
