He usually wears a leather jacket, a white shirt underneath, as well as some jeans and sneakers. All are actually bio kinetic constructs, but feels and move just like clothing, and is even removable.
Powers: He possesses the power of Biokinesis, specifically Self Body Manipulation. He can freely take any form he chooses, as long as he has enough Biomass to turn into that thing. He absorbs organic material, most easily that of animals and humans, and uses it as his weapons, armor, even sentient creatures. He can also just consume things, making his body denser, heavier, stronger, and more durable, and the reverse is true for when he loses biomatter, becoming faster, more agile, but not as strong or durable. He can also access the memories of people he consumes, as well as turn into them, making him good at infiltration of almost any base. He can even divide himself into relatively smaller creatures(smallest being the size of a squirrel), and reform later. This gives him a hive mind mentality, with one creature as the head that directs the others, seeing and hearing everything through their eyes. He can also detect other supers, so he knows not to try and consume them, through smell. Each super has a distinct smell based on their personality and power. He also has a high healing factor, so the only true way to kill him is to completely destroy his brain before he can regenerate.
Limitations - He can't consume people with super powers, as it's like poison to his veins if he even ingests a drop of their blood. Trying to eat one would more than likely leave him very ill, and highly useless. One can burn or freeze the organic matter and constructs he uses, which will render it inoperable for him to use. He can't reform when split into smaller pieces unless he has at least his base amount of Biomatter, and he can't absorb as much biomatter when he has been divided.
Weaknesses: He can only consume so much matter, and it can be hard to get. One can burn or freeze the organic matter and constructs he uses, which will render it inoperable for him to use. If once can get him to ingest, consume, or be injected with the blood of a empowered human, he'll will get violently ill, and his powers will become inoperable for a time.
Skills: Good at Hand to hand combat, has honed his skills a t impersonations so that given the proper knowledge, he can impersonate anyone from the way they walk, the way they talk, to even the way the twirl their fingers when their bored. Has basic gun knowledge and decent aim with such weapons.
Equipment: Has a treasured Motorcycle, gets pissed if some so much as lays a finger on it, so if you like you fingers attached to your body, don't touch his motorcycle.
Ranking: A

Brief History: He was once a regular kid, except for one thing. He could absorb and transform into living things. His parents feared him, but tried to make the best of it, telling him not to use his powers, and for a while he listened. But when he was 7, he began to get this feeling when looking at other kids. It was as if someone had set off a ravenous drumbeat in his head, and it made him want to stalk them, want to attack him, want to devour them. HE resisted this urge until he was thirteen, when a pack of bullies began to beat him in an alley. As he took the beating, he realized something. Why should he have to deal with his abuse, he was stronger than them, better than them, and know, he was going to let them know it. Those bullies never left that ally, but their screams did, and soon police arrived on the scene, only to find nothing but signs of a faint struggle and blood splatter along the ground and walls. Jaden never returned home that day, for he had no more use for such a place. He was a hunter, and a hunting he went, going on a serial killing spree that simply couldn't be tracked. soon, however, he found another use for his skills in the world of business. He could take over any position of any company, steal their files, and even ruin the reputation of high ranking officials. He was quick to find people who would want such skills as his and work for them, as long as they continued to feed his hunger. If they didn't, then he would move on, an his employer would be dead, any secrets he knew taken with him to the grave.
Feathers cover over 70% of his body, concentrated mostly on the upper body and tapering off around the legs which are mostly normal. Actually has wings which just sort of suck into his back when not in use. Most of the time wears a top hat with his neat little tail suit because he thinks it helps him look more ridiculous than horrifying.
Powers: The Owlman has enhanced strength and reaction time, his claws being powerful enough to tear the roof off a car or leave deep gouges in stone. He has the enhanced senses of an owl, with superior sight and hearing to a normal person, in addition to the ability to pinpoint somethings location based solely on sound. He has wings and is capable of flight, but prefers not to use them since he can't wear a shirt with them out and he thinks that makes him look more like a monster. Finally his feathers have a supernatural sound damping quality, which they retain even if they fall from him. He can move in almost total silence.
Incidentally, he also has a tougher digestion system and can turn his head completely around, but that's not likely to come up.
The Owlman can not communicate normally. Owl physiology has stolen his voice and left him with only hoots and shrieks. Even writing and sign language are denied to him because of his giant talons. The best he can do without a dedicated translator and carve words into the ground or nearest wall.
Skills: Hand to hand combat, tracking, wilderness survival.
Equipment: None.
Ranking: I'm thinking low to mid C but it's really up to you.
(Optional) Brief History: Zachery Talbot ran away from society after transforming into a terrifying owl person in the summer of 09. Eight years later a Reformist inspection team, following long reported rumors of a strange creature haunting [Undisclosed] National Park, discovered him deep in the woods living in a crude, hand made shelter. It was shocking experience for all involved, mostly because it involved someone panicking and throwing lightning, but after a short, embarrassing misunderstanding/battle it was determined that the panicked creature that had fled into the depths of the woods was in fact a human being.
What followed was a several month long expedition to not only find The Owlman, but to gain his trust and introduce him back into society. It was touch and go at a few places, but after seeing that these people too had strange powers, hearing their rhetoric about normalizing people like him, and being introduced to a very understanding telepath, The Owlman was slowly brought out of the woods.
He figures that if someone like him can become a publicly adored superhero it will lead to more acceptance for others whose powers have rendered them into something you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley. He wants to become the beacon that draws out the "monsters," because if he'd known that there was a community out there for him he might never have run away.

Tom Wick prefers a suit to more casual outfits. He likes to appear imposing and important, like someone who could cause some damage. The suit isn't specially fitted to his requirements, however, and if he's not concentrating, trying to filter his smoke, he can often end up burning it to ashes. His eyes are usually cold and uninterested, unless something can pique it. His eyes would light up like embers if that were to happen.
Powers: Thomas Wick can manipulate smoke to his will. The power, while at first, sounds weak, his smoke is heavier. He mixes the gas with ashes and embers, adding a hint of fire to it. The smoke can be derived from his own body, generating it from his pores, usually accompanied by a burning sensation in his skin, and the feeling of his energy draining. However, despite his apparent ability to create smoke, his lungs simply haven't adapted to the smoke powers, and he's forced to constantly wear a gas mask, to ensure he doesn't accidentally inhale his own smoke.
The ability to manipulate and control smog is a powerful ability, surprisingly. It serves it's purpose in combat excellently. The smoke can serve as both hinder and hurt the target. The smoke, once enough is inhaled, can kill a civilian or badly pain a Meta's lungs. The embers and ashes add an extra, powerful burst in punch power. They let him sear and push opponents when he shoots at them with it. He can even boost the power of his own punches and kicks with the fiery smog. To add to it, the teenager can create powerful, smoky tendrils, similar to tentacles.
The cloudy smoke tendrils can whip at enemies, and while wispy and easily broken, can severely hinder target's line of sight. Not only that, but his feet can let out a jet of powerful, fiery smoke, thrusting him forward. It lets him, in a sense, fly. He has little control over it, however, and mainly just uses it to thrust himself forward, making it over rooftop gaps or ditches. If the need arises, he can also simply begin rapidly pumping smoke out of his body, usually resulting in a massive, heavy cloud of smoke, choking most humans within a certain radius, permanently damaging and sometimes choking Metas. However, he rarely uses it, considering it can start to overload his own gas mask, and knocking him out from the fatigue. Doing something like that would be suicide.
His powers don't end at simply bending smoke, however. The boy's own body is oddly composited. He seems to switch in and out of solid and gaseous form, usually to his will. If he wishes it, his body can become smokey and wispy. Tom's appearance in this ashy form appears as a dark, smoke silhouette, flickering with embers and appearing to glow. If he's gaseous, attempting to touch him simply results in his silhouette flickering and distorting. In his smokey, ashy form, he can float through thin slits and small holes, but he can't manipulate smoke or fight. He can crudely fly while smokey. The form usually tires him, requiring him to hold together his silhouette, draining his energy.
Thomas' reaction to smoke is debatable. Contrary to belief, his powers don't actually make him invincible to smoke; weak lungs can't stand up to the powerful, ashy substance, yet his eyes and skin can hold well against the smoke, appearing to simply slide it off. While he's not completely sure of how of why, he thinks it may be because his lungs haven't gotten much exposure to the smoke in comparison to his outer body, which gets a regular dosage of smoke each day, growing immune to it. If his gas mask were to ever get broken, he'd quickly choke to death on his smoke.
The boy mainly keeps to the shadows in terms of power management. He doesn't go strutting down the city, burning down buildings and choking out civilians while dodging the military. He keeps a generally low profile, but keeps his gas mask on at all times. Occasionally, even without prompt, his body will generate smoke, and that would result in a long, untimely, painful death, assuming he weren't wearing it. If his gas mask were to get broken or knocked off, he'd be guaranteed a loss. He would never risk death by using his powers.
Skills: Thomas Wick has a wide array of skills, mainly specializing in the shady side of society. His skill range includes rudimentary bomb manufacturing, drug manufacturing, and lock picking, amongst other potent abilities. A multitude of these skills were accumulated from both experience and literature, heavily deriving most of his skills from an original copy of The Anarchist's Cookbook, an important source of knowledge. If you left him alone with a canister of gasoline and a slab of styrofoam, he'd develop napalm.
The boy's combat skills aren't much to experience. The teenager knows very little about battle, and heavily relies on his powers within a fight, giving him an edge over an opponent. If one were to strip away his powers, Tom would hardly be able to fend off a ten year old. His reflexes are quick, but his jabs and punches are pathetically lacking. In a fight, he tends to use his smoke as both a method of attack and escape plan. While his opponents are desperately looking for him through the smoke, he changes form and slips away.
Equipment: Tom tends to keep little on him, with little space to place it. He keeps a pack of cigarettes, (He doesn't smoke, however.) a lighter, and a revolver. On various occasions, he'll pocket tubed chemicals, in case the need for a bomb arises.
Ranking: C
Brief History: Thomas Wick was quickly finding life to be unfulfilling. He found it boring and droll, with little fun to be found. It was difficult as a 14 year old living in the inner city. Especially having smoke powers, and posing a constant threat to accidentally suck all the clean oxygen out of his parents. His life was mostly locked in his room, with a sealed door, wide, open windows, and a lack of a smoke detector. It was dull.
The only thing that stood out in his life was his older sister, Alice. She actually showed him kindness and empathy. She actually tried to teach him, where his parents were too scared to send him to school. He loved her company, and was like a parent to him. However, even she couldn't stave off his desire to look for something else in life.
He spent most of his days drawing pictures and reading an old, beaten copy of The Anarchist's Cookbook, left to rot. It wasn't long before he began to feel rebellious and angry. He wanted to live out a real life! With powers! He quickly abandoned his family, leaving with a book and ten dollars. He didn't care much for his parents, but he hoped his sister wouldn't mind. Tom quickly began to start a small reputation in the under world, using his extensive criminal knowledge, and earning money.
Samuel is a tall, slender man. He has narrow, graceful features, and a long, straight nose. He has thin lips, and smooth skin. His hair, hanging down to his shoulders, is a pale sandy blonde colour, and his eyes are a light grey. He favours well tailored clothes in a fairly conservative style, and moves in a very smooth, fluid manner.
His body is a dark blue color, his armor does it's best to hide his insides but some of his inner workings occasionally show themselves when he stretches or is damaged. His eyes glow red during combat, but outside of a fight his visor glows a bright blue.
Powers:
Her hair was once blond but has turned grey very early from the amount of times she has used too much of her own energy. She fights in unrestrictive clothing mostly, which varies but usually comes in lighter colors.
Powers:
Psi-corporeal Familiar; This is an ability that psionically separates Charlie's subconscious and manifest it as an external physical being. This manifestation usually takes on the form of an animal and Charlie can alter its animal form at will, though he can make it take on the form of virtually any living creature, such as other humans, dinosaurs, fictional beings, and even imaginary creatures, however, having his familiar take on a form from his imagination causes extreme mental strain to maintain. Because the familiar is a corporeal manifestation of his subconscious mind, it has human intelligence and is capable of human speech. Furthermore, it can behave as though independent of Charlie, though Charlie can command it to do anything he wishes. Also, he has an empathic and telepathic connection to it, allowing them to feel each others emotions and communicate telepathically. Despite the appearance that the manifestation may take, it is gender-less. Furthermore, his ability has an instinctive nature to it and will manifest to protect him when he feels threatened or his subconsciousness instinctively senses danger. This sometimes occurs whether he wants it to or not. He has named his manifestation "Chunsa", which means angel in Korean.
Weakness and Limitations: Because he and his psionic familiar are connected empathically(Basically 1 entity in 2 bodies), he mentally feels any pain that it receives. Though, because it isn't actually "real", it cannot truly be destroyed. If it sustains enough damage, it will disappear and Charlie will have to wait briefly before he can manifest it again. Charlie is practically defenseless without his familiar. Aside from that, Charlie is allergic to ocean water and even sea breezes. Coming into contact with either would cause an extreme allergic reaction.
Skills:
-Drawing
-Painting
-Very Creative
-Technologically savvy
-Yoga
-Very Flexible
-Skilled Pianist(since the age of 5)
-Compassionate, Sympathetic, Empathic, and Forgiving
-Fluent in English and Korean
Equipment: Nothing of particular importance
Ranking: C-rank, but at the maximum pinnacle of his powers it would be S-rank
(Optional) Brief History: Charlie was one of the fortunate meta-humans whose powers weren't as overt as some of the others. He was often sympathetic of the other meta-humans whose powers couldn't be turned off or some of them who looked odd and unusual. It seemed as though being a meta-human was an 8th sin and equal to death. Although he was born in South Korea, he and his family moved to America when he was 11 years old. As a Korean-American, his native Korean parents were extraordinarily strict and didn't seem to appreciate his unique style. When his powers manifested, his parents and two older brothers went through the hell and back to keep it a secret. Till this day, his powers are still only known by his family and very few close friends. Often his family would mask his psionic familiar as the family "pet" when they had guests over. Now that he and one his older brothers live on their own as roommates, its become ever the more difficult for him to stand back and watch as other meta-humans are taken advantage of and mistreated. Perhaps now is the time for him to pick a side.
