Can you try to react to what people said around him, Robert did kinda just say something near your guy about the roads, he could comment about it, and maybe describe how you feel about the situation? It's just that post is kinda what you would see more in the free rp section then the casual section... no offense

None taken, I can edit more in but... there is nothing to add...

Describe things around you, describe people around you. How would your character react/what would they think of their surroundings? Keep these sort of things in mind when posts come up too short, basically, try to add what some authors refer to as 'fluff' when you're having trouble making a decently-sized post.

I don't think its needed. This is casual, we can have a few low points every now and then. Malz isn't gon ban the thread for to low of a word count in one post. I'm fine with it anyway.

That usually works but he already described the tent and the silence until the armored man came in. There might be something I can add but it still wont amount to much...

Could still be greatly improved... the point, though, shouldn't just be to appease us, more or less, to improve your skills so that this doesn't become a common thing. Anyways, I'm sorry if it seems like I'm being a critic, but, well, I'd kinda like to stay away from the 'Free' section if I can help it.

I'm sorry if that is the case, but I'll be more than happy to readdress the section. However, I do my best not to railroad the characters, allowing pcs control over minor NPCs to some degree. For example, you could include the girl in whatever response you have (I.E: Jo-Anne and her two (now one) npcs). I also included the inclusion of the stone to draw attention to so Gabranth could possibly comment on. There are some subtle things I include for you to pick and choose to interact with to craft your own story for your character- with me acting more as a narrator while your story plays out. Once again, I can do a rewrite if you wish. Still learning the whole GM thing and how to interact with my players, so I apologize if you felt neglected.

Edit: I also don't care about the length of your post. I'm more concerned about the quailty. If you can sum up your character and his actions and reactions in a few words, that's great, but at least give something that others (including myself) can work off of. I expect you guys to hold me accountable to that same ruling as well.

Thanks for the criticism. I am a somewhat aspiring writer myself and I always look to better my writing. I have found that criticism from others often helps by showing me what I did wrong and can do better.

On board with that... kinda a preference but lets put it in a hider and read them all at once or use a real time like google docs or titanpad, just to eliminate the chance of foul play.

Question: How much free time will everyone have?

For me, school starts Monday, so mornings and evenings Mon-fri along with most of Saturday and Sunday.

I'm pretty much free the entire day. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I'll usually spend about three or so hours away from home, but other than that, I'm free.

Not really free with work and school coming so...
