if we go battletech style (as real as real robot can be) i will play through a mist of my own tears

battletech makes me a sad man

The distinction between real and super is more thematic than technological, to be honest.

There's massive overlap between the two "styles", though the general rule of thumb is that reals act like military assets while supers act like superheroes.

Your sister sounds like a wonderful person. What'd be the rule on the mechs themselves? Since iut's school do we get some stock vehicles that we can modify over time or can we design our own?

It actually came from my dad :3

The mechs are gonna be stock, most likely provided by the school. Kaithas and I are still working out the details as far as modifications go and whatnot. All of that will be explained in the OOC ^^

Depending on what kind of modifications are allowed (for example a scanner linked to a computer that collects data such as weaknesses that can then be sent to other mechs), I may be interested.
