The tech we've got right now is a weird amalgation of medieval weaponry, lasers, and various forms of armor.

Somehow I don't think you're going to get crucified on the cross of realism

The distinction between real and super is more thematic than technological, to be honest.

There's massive overlap between the two "styles", though the general rule of thumb is that reals act like military assets while supers act like superheroes.

The mechs are gonna be stock, most likely provided by the school. Kaithas and I are still working out the details as far as modifications go and whatnot. All of that will be explained in the OOC ^^

Depending on what kind of modifications are allowed (for example a scanner linked to a computer that collects data such as weaknesses that can then be sent to other mechs), I may be interested.
