Oh right, I'm curious. After a familiar contracts with a master, they become capable of using magic. However, does that mean that the contracted familiar can then become the master of another familiar?

Noup, since most don't have a mana pool themselves.

Perhaps if a HUMAN was the familiar of another human, and they could supply the other familiar with mana, then perhaps, but otehrwise not.

Make multiple contracts with other humans. Have those humans make contracts with other humans. Build up that pyramid.
