Hey if you ever disagree with me cause I'm insulting the the police please know that there is now someone who had a citation for disorderly conduct from a police officer because they offended someone. A police officer literally believed that offending someone is against the law and gave a disorderly conduct citation to someone for bashing gayness on a college campus. And the reasoning is like, david level reasoning. It's because in the ranting this guy said "penis" and "anus" and the police officer literally said that offending someone is against the law.

Ability to nullify magics (I consider copy or nullification abilities cliche, but they're options). Ability to absorb someone else's despair until she becomes a witch herself. Creating simulated realities for magical entities. Separating the magical realm from the real one. The ability to create other magical girls.

Ooooh. Well the absorb someone else's is my first choice wish that got rejected for balance, despite my best attempts to keep it balanced. (It was a principle thing.) But those others are good. I'm sure the make other magical girls won't work, and I considered a potential wish for that, but to create a non-corruption based labyrinth or separating magical realities from physical are both good. I'll write that up, thanks.

Of the character is that the writer made her to be someone who is the stereotypical "man eater" turned toward MGs. Otherwise I'm not sure if you were referring to something specific.
Personality: Cynical, self-deprecating. A misanthrope who distrusts her peers, hates her elders, and is protective of her youngers. Hates liars but is not above lying.
Afflictions:
Wish: 'Would you like to become a magical girl? I can tell you've grown tired of your everyday life. Simply make a contract with me, and you'll be able to change it forever.' "Tell me more. I won't accept any contract I don't know the fine print of." "I wish magical girls, after becoming witches, returned to normal humans and didn't die when they were killed as witches." 'That wish is impossible.' "Then could I make that wish for myself only?" 'That wish is also impossible.' "I wish that witches came about separate from the magical girl they used to be. That the girl's soul returned to them and the witch became a separate entity." 'I cannot grant that wish, either. Please think of something that's possible if you wish to make a contract.' Taking many weeks to think on what she wished for, and asking many questions about what being a magical girl means, she came to the conclusion that she could overcome not entropy, but rather her lack of worth or value to the universe or even simply other people by making a wish. Her early attempts at wishes were deemed impossible, and she eventually settled on one that the incubator was capable of granting. Despite living with an indifferent mother and doting step father, her views of adults are almost always negative. Combined with a distrust of her peers fostered by a lifetime of abuse both verbal and physical for her personality and flightiness, she is a misanthrope through and through, giving exception only to those younger than their teens. Her younger brother held a special place in her heart, and added to the development of her opinion of herself when she was unable to save his life, taken by an infant playing with open electricity who he was helping watch in place of it's parents. This event, the image of her brother's corpse and the sound of his pained scream haunt her to this day.
Skills: A "jack of all trades, master of none" due to her inconsistent interests and pursuits, she is most proud of her cooking skill, her talent of singing, and her uncanny ability to judge the world around her mathematically. (Such as distance, the passage of time, vague speed, etc.)

Magical Ability: My Own Little World (Name she gave to her ability.) Core ability: Her wish for magic has given her just that, magic. In a strange twist of fate, her magic presents itself similarly to that of Witches rather than Magical Girls. Her main ability is to create a small magical reality around her in place of yet parallel to the world itself, similar to a Witch's labyrinth, albeit smaller. Unlike Witches though, she is unable to create magical entities such as a Witch's familiars. While the creation of such a space requires a relatively large amount of magical power, maintaining it requires very little so long as it remains in the same state. Changes to this magical realm uses further magical power but even completely changing every aspect of it uses only half as much power as creating it does. Her maximum number and total size/complexity of this realm increases as she gains more experience creating and using them, as well as with her experience as a Magical Girl overall.
Sub abilities: - Similarly to her ability to create them, she is able to separate a magical reality from the usual reality, preventing access to and from a labyrinth at the cost of a constant drain of her magical power. - She also has the ability to use this principle more precisely in order to remove magic from a weapon that is not purely magic. (Homura's bullets as opposed to Mami's.) - The ability to nullify non-specialized magic with her own. (See: Homura's fixing her eyes, Homura controlling the truck, etc.)

The effects manifested as the ability to see labyrinths from outside of them, as well as the ability to see through illusions and subterfuge. Weak points are laid bare to her, as are strengths for both people and things. Sub abilities: - The ability to "read" people. Her distaste for lying has been given validation, as she can now tell what is or isn't the truth. Rather, what the speaker believes to be the truth or not. (This does NOT mean she knows what the truth is or what the speaker thinks the truth is when lied to, only that they are lying.) A person's true emotions at the time are clear to her, as well. - Her natural hyper-awareness of and ability to judge her surroundings has been heightened further by her wish, including the ability to visibly see numerical representations of quantifiable information around her. (Distance, number, sound loudness and frequency, etc.) This is to the point that she can predict the immediate future with frightening accuracy, however this is of her own mental talent rather than a result of her wish or magic.
