I suggest we start with some fights between groups and NPCs, to set the matches up, then have the fights be posted later, when either the people come back or we decide to replace/ignore them.

So we don't get to pick our teammates?

Also considering some people basically get a bye by facing NPCs, maybe it'd be better to have a battle royale to start things. People standing at the end determine the seeding?

So like if Tearlag gets 2nd and Nura gets 4th and those are the highest on the team, they have access to Seeds 2 and 4 for their partners.

Plus at least that way activity would start happening, and the brackets would make sense. We'd also see everyone who is available.

@pyromanDon't forget Silme and my NPC, plus we can still add in some NPC teams as well. Just have Kouki control them, or if they're not able, trust the team to make a good fight.

Edit Onarax said also seems plausible as well.

@Onarax@HereComesTheSnow@RaijinslayerYou can all pick your teammates, but the bracket is there mostly to show that, while most of the teams are filled out, some of the teams are missing people. It's a rough bracket that will be changed depending on who teams with twho.

I still feel that a battle royale for seeding might be a more effective approach. Plus it'll get activity going immediately that isn't tied to the activity of just one or two other players.
